Got my room for 100 a night for 2 beds off hipmunk. Room is amazing. Only negative about this hotel is no free breakfast. But I'd rather pay for a quality meal instead of the make your own waffle with plastic utensils most hotels have.

The staff is super friendly. I love that the company I work for hosts meetings here on a quarterly basis. Everyone is smiling. Everything is clean and well kept. A instance happened where I was waiting to purchase an item out of their C store. I waited while the desk manager was tied up on the phone. The GM noticed I was waiting a while as she walked by. She offered the items to me at no charge for patiently waiting. It was very refreshing.

I realize that businesses are slowly reopening, but cleaning hotel rooms, and keeping up with maintenance should not be neglected.

The bathroom was FULL of hair, everywhere. We wanted tub, because my wife prefers baths. We were never told that the only rooms with a tub are handicap-accessible rooms.

The handicap bench makes using the tub pretty much impossible, as the bottom hinges of the bench protrude into the tub area.

The tub, itself, is VERY slippery when wet. Probably not the best for a handicapped room.

The drain plug did not keep water from draining (perhaps from more hair?) While showering, and with the drain open, the water still collected in the tub.

The rest of the room was acceptable, but the appearance made it seem as though it was on the tail end of some repairs. Those should be 100% completed before using the room.

The handle, and front of the bedside table was disgustingly sticky.

There are absolutely no USB ports in the room.

The TV, "guide", never, ever worked.

There are several security issues around the hotel, mainly broken doors.

The rooms are extremely clean and up-to-date. The lobby and bar area is comfortable / attractive. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and will return. The price for such amazing accommodationa was phenomenal!

Visited for a wedding. Clean, modern-styled rooms, perfectly adequate. Like other hotels in this "brand," there aren't any included meals, but the kitchen does make breakfast at reasonable prices. The problem is that Omaha is probably one of the best eating cities in the midwest, so if you're going to be paying for food anyway, don't waste your time getting chain hotel breakfast here.

Can't beat the price, and the location is great. The rooms aare clean and updated. The ironing board was extremely difficult to get out, but it was minor. The front desk staff was incredible. The bar tender seemed very confused, and unsure of her duties, but it's a hotel not a bar. If you go across the street, there is a great sports bar, and plenty of good food options

Nice hotel with nice large lobby, a fire pit, and exercise room. Nice guest rooms. Clean. Comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. However, note: shower doors leak, and there are some carpet stains.

Love our room! Miracle we found this place before they booked up. The area is very popular and close to everything. There was a incident with a big party at 3am and management took care of it. Which we appreciate tremendously, especially after a 6 hour drive here. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room , nice bathroom . Small pool but nice . Nice small fitness center but with your room key you have access to a full gym next to hotel . Wonderful location . Friendly and helpful staff .

Front desk staff were very rude. We were charged way too much for the kind of room we had gotten and breakfast wasn t even free even though the front desk had told us beforehand that it was. I definitely wouldn t stay again.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff has been welcoming and very friendly. I don't feel like an inconvenience when I have questions. I stay her for business and the hotel is chosen for me. However, I would stay here with family and friends I'd I were to travel to Omaha for pleasure.

I stayed here for 2 nights this weekend, the room was clean and the service was wonderful. I even had a late check in (close to midnight) and had no issues doing so. The only thing I can say that is remotely negative is that the shower doors are poorly designed. Every time myself or my roommate showered, it left a huge puddle all over the floor that we had to use our towels for.

Was disappointed in our experience here. Staying in a hotel is never "cheap" so when we do having some kind of options available for breakfast in the morning helps with cost. Finding out their Bistro was closed just for our weekend here was disappointing. Another big reason we chose this hotel was their evening fire pit out back. When we found out we could sit out back but the fire pit wasn't working, that was also disappointing. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly enough, beds comfortable, but some of the "extras" were missing.

My wife and I and our 7 and 5 year olds spent a few days here for a short vacation.
All staff members were curtious and helpful and the room was in great shape.

The only thing we didn't like was the indoor pool was small, which was a bummer since our kids have been taking swim lessons and were looking forward to plenty of pool time. The small size meant if a few other people got in it we couldn't do much swimming as we didn't want our kids bothering other swimmers.
Still, the small pool was not enough of a disappointment to warrant anything other than a 5 star rating.

This Courtyard by Marriott is in Omaha. It's undergoing some construction and my non-marriott gold whatever co-workers were diverted to the residence inn next door. I. on the other hand had a brand new room - maybe the first person to stay in it. Cool! It did smell of new carpet, but no biggie. Great stay and great staff. 5 stars if there was not all the dust and construction!

Had a room with a king and couch. Had to switch to a 2 bed double room do to a mishap while booking. Employee at front desk was very accommodating, and only charged me the 10 dollar difference even though I booked through a third party app. Took less than 5 minutes and I had keys to the new room. The first room was very nice as was the second. I would definitely return in the future.
