I stayed here for a couple nights for a conference and be warned you are on your own for breakfast and coffee in the morning! I travel somewhat frequently for work and for the money and considering its a Marriott I was shocked to learn there was NO complimentary coffee or food in the morning. There's a Starbucks in the lobby but ask for a muffin and they'll hand you a mass produced muffin in plastic just like ya get in those cheap motels.
The rooms are very nice, clean and up to date so no complaints there. The staff are very professional and friendly.
The rear door entering from the parking lot is always unlocked. I guess there is very little crime in Omaha which is a good thing.
Honestly the lack of complimentary coffee and something to eat I would never recommend this place and will think twice before staying at another Marriott.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms. Front desk was friendly and efficient with the patience of Job because of a wedding rehearsal party keeping the party alive in the lobby. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We arrived after 10 pm and was graciously received with our reservation. We stayed two nights and very pleased with beds and cleanliness. Was mildly disappointed that there was not a microwave but did have refrigerator. It was wrestling tournament weekend so Saturday night was loud with parents and boys til midnight. Otherwise highly recommend staying here!

Great hotel. If you're traveling with a group I highly recommend the catering. Great location for all UNO related business. Work out facility is sub-par, however you can go down ,25 mile to the nearby entertainment shopping area and work out at a pretty decent gym called Genesis. My only other knock is that I wish Courtyard Marriott's came with shower gel instead of bar soap!

Located in beautiful Aksarben village, plenty of parking, the staff was wonderful,Oh did I forget to tell you that you can bring your Family Dog with you. Beautiful indoor swimming pool & fitness room, your room is like a suite with King size bed,Refrigerator (full size), Electric Range, place setting for four, Dishes Silverware, pots pans etc., Table and Chairs, sofa/day bed, computer desk, beautiful walk in shower. The hotel will actually do your grocery shopping for you and ad your purchase price to your hotel bill, they have a laundry room, and I almost forgot to tell you they have an all you can eat free breakfast every morning starting at 6:00 A.M, (eggs, proteins, make your own waffles, Whole Milk, Fat free Milk,Granola, several varieties of Syrup, Yogart, Nuts, Seeds, variety of Condiments, toast, bagels, ceriel, beverages of all kind, fresh fruits,muffins,etc.). Highly recommended place to stay, reasonable, and a lot for your money!!!!

The room was nice and clean. I ended up sleeping on the pullout bed, but it was smaller than expected so my sister (who was going to sleep with me) slept with my parents on the king bed. We spent most of our time down in the lobby area because our extended family was also staying at the hotel. There was a lot of seating and a big TV. There was also an outdoor patio area with a fire. That part was really comfortable and we spent most of the evening out there. The pool was small and somewhat crowded. The hotel is a short walk away from several restaurants and a short drive away from more restaurants and stores. On Sunday there was even a farmer's market within walking distance.

The hotel is nice but I find it irritating that a Marriott property has no direct plug in for phone charging. Also I was stretching on the floor and noticed there were potato chips along side the bed frame (not from me)... gross.
