Very nice clean room glass shower surround does allow water out the side not a fault of Courtyard just a bad design

Decent place to stay; clean rooms, but no complementary coffee/tea service (or food for that matter) like most hotels offer, from budget to boutique properties...was told to visit the bar/bistro area on the first floor to get a coffee (for a charge of course), which wasn't even open later in the morning...was even told to visit the coffee shop down the street. Sorry, this comes across as a "cash grab" and in my opinion represents poor service.

Service is great. A great location and a really neat area. This is our second time. First time was right after it was built. The area has really reinvented its self. Great for family to.

It was a little warm in the room, but was very welcoming otherwise.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Comfortable atmosphere for people that are traveling and so far from home.

Amazing staff, they went out of their way for me when I arrived very late after a flight delay. Very comfortable place to stay and so close to good restaurants.

This hotel has gone downhill. The outside area used to be nice but this stay, it was a mess. Dirty glasses and trash sitting here for 4 days. No housekeeping even when its requested. Had to chase the housekeeper down to get towels and coffee for my room. Non guests in the lobby asking for cigarettes and money. I stay here every time I'm in town but this will be my last time.

Safety concerns,

Our car was broken into during our stay and the staff acted as of they did not care. Their front seat clerk response was Well did you call the police .

You can't have breakfast unless you buy it in Starbucks which is the only hotel restaurant available

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and even allowed us to check in hours before check in time. The room was clean and spacious and we were just a few minutes' walk away from Stinson Park.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Little things like trouble finding parking and staff being super easy to find kept it from five stars

Disapointed pool is microscopic and not even complimentry coffe just an overpriced and sub par starbucks on property

This courtyard is great, king bed room was fantastic, lots of space and good relaxing area after work. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Cafe area for breakfast was a good alternative to a continental meal. Located super close to a lot of popular restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

My last stay at Marriot Courtyard Omaha was pleasant....
always is. Unfortunately--the fronte desk male clerk did not realize I was a regular guest at the hotel. That was in 2017. I traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska that evening in my new 2016 Camry.....10-GG50. I was working as a RN --MSN, at that time in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Amazing hotel. Beautifully renovated and excellent location.

Never staying here again. I stay in hotels all the time and have never had this problem. They charged me multiple times for $260 (two nights) and kept telling me they didn't even after I showed them the charges. I ended up cancelling my second night and went to a different hotel. Terrible experience. I never write reviews but I was beyond disappointed with the way that handled it. For a hospitality company, they need to work on a lot of things. I get a better experience at a super 8.

I am upset with this hotel, that they could not help out their neighboring community. Bellevue, Ne was hit by a tornado, so 75,000 people were without power, I was without power and water for 4 days! I explained to the hotel why I had to stay there, all of the other hotels were booked up due to the College World Series being in town and other tornado victims looking for a hotel. I understand that hotels jack up their prices for the college world series, but when a customer comes in and tells you that they are there because of the tornado, you should offer them a discount!! No, instead you charged me over $400 to stay 2 nights. If there were other cheaper hotels available I would have stayed there, we did not have a choice!!! I am very disappointed!!!!

Excellent location in Omaha, The Aksarben area is the best in the city for a variety of places to eat. The courtyard is new and the marriot always does a nice job with customer service in my rxperience.

Ok, improving I was at the Marriott for a professional seminar. Well I was there the air conditioner in the meeting room we were in didn't seem to work, so there were 30 of us in a room that was about 85 degrees. I did not see any water or lemonade provided, it may have been but I didn't see it. The women's restroom, maybe there's only one on the main floor? And it was a considerable distance from the meeting rooms. I proved to be difficult to sneak away for a quick break if necessary. The staff was kind and provided us with what we needed during the food portion of the event, but after the conference itself started we didn't see anyone. I work for Marriott a while back, and I would have expected a little bit more proactive problem solving and customer service than I thought. But it was okay.

Nice bed and room furnishings. Wish it had a hot tub, or at least a bathtub in the room.

Solid hotel. Rooms are modern and still include a desk (yay). Breakfast was adequate if a little overpriced (typical hotel breakfast prices).

Great place to stay for business. Free access to Gold's Gym next door.

We are driving from California to Michigan and therefore arrived at the hotel late at night. Nate was so welcoming and energetic even though it was super late and made sure we had everything we needed and found parking without any troubles. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we pass through Omaha!

I have stayed here a couple of times on business and I have to say, I can always trust it to be clean, quiet, and professional.

The young man at the front desk, John, is very helpful, professional, and has good energy which is very important when it comes to arriving at a hotel after a long day on the job. It is always welcoming to be greeted by somebody professional and polite. He definitely deserves a promotion of some kind!

The only thing I would add is that the rooms need microwaves. They have coffee makers, a fridge, and anything else you might need - just lacking a microwave.

Overall, this location is clean, professional, and welcoming!

The hotel was clean and staff was curious. The suite was very spacious and made us feel relaxed. Only complaint was that there were no extra sheets or pillows available for king bed or any sheets or pillows at all for the hideaway bed. But overall top notch.

Very impressed! Went to a conference here and as a nursing mother I needed a room to pump. When I asked the front desk they didn't hesitate to let me use a room, no questions asked! Thanks!

Room was nice. Fancy tvs with Netflix ready to log into. Bar service was ok. Fire pit was nice.

I liked this Courtyard and would stay here again. I would need to rent a car or use taxis to get around since many of the places I would want to visit are 15 min drive away. The neighborhood does have its own selection of restaurants, pubs and the like, and a park and the UN medical campus are nearby.

The hotel is modern having been built in the last 5 or so years. The rooms are nice and clean with modern furniture and decorations. The service I received was excellent and I'll be back for more stays in the future.

Stayed overnight for a concert. Hotel had a great gym, pool, and a 24/7 mini food market that I took advantage of at midnight after the concert. Very close to some great restaurants as well as a few parks. Clean hotel, great service, and a fun location- I will be returning!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfortable, updated. The room has the new courtyard signature love seat that is absolutely perfect for the end of a long day. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, etc, but an even bigger plus is HBO Go, so for those of us who don't get to watch much unless we're traveling, it's awesome.

Outlets on both sides of the bed, decent wifi, and a very lovely cold AC unit for these 100 degree days. I am a very happy camper.

It was a happening place full of friendly people from all over and enjoying themselves.

Staff was fantastic getting me checked in and gave additional help for navigating around the Corporate Cup race that was literally taking over the entire area.

Nice staff. Clean hotel and in a good location with several restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a great stay, comfortable beds, clean, and fairly new or remodeled, but was disappointed to find out they do not offer recycling. The bistro cafe which is not included in the stay offers many plastic container items, plastic forks, etc it does not offer a means to recycle said plastics. Recycling is available at the buildings across the street at the University. This place is nice, but needs to step up its game in acting sustainability.

My second review here, reiterating ... Kudos to the dedicated staff, from the front desk through to the restaurant. Tom, Josh, Nate, Paris and everyone working at this hotel make sure you are comfortable and feel at home! Clean Rooms, awesome house keeping, pleasant ambience make this place a 'go-to' if one has to visit Aksarben, Omaha.

One of the nicest hotels I've seen in a while! Clean and spacious rooms. Saw housekeepers actually changing the sheets when people leave. The hotel is close to lots of stores and restaurants in the Aksarben Village. Wonderful experience.
