people are so friendly here, just like everywhere in Omaha. Directly next to Scott hall where all the engineering students live. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, movie theatre, bars etc.

Very run down and dirty compared to other Marriotts I stayed in. Room had ants and hotel staff came to spray them while we were inside. Unacceptable!! Had to request to be moved to another room that was not sprayed with toxic. Next room not any better, still had ants and bathroom ceiling was peeling off from upstairs leak. The entrance is not welcoming at all, I don t think they ever clean the glass doors. Very disappointed as I never experienced anything like this in other locations. Staff seemed ok and location was pretty good.

This place is very nice. Had great customer service from Nate & Tom at the front desk. Room was very nice, comfy and roomy. Will definitely recommend.

So I think the hotel is great , clean a comfortable.. now my 1 Star rating on the food is based 100% on the ribs , to compare they tasted like a burnt hot dog from a gas station that was left out all day ...

Very classy place! The rooms were very clean and the staff was very courteous! They even have a Starbucks and cafe in the lobby!

Wrong rate charged, espresso machine broken, no high speed Internet, overpriced drinks. Never again. We're lifetime Marriott members and this is by far the worst of many Marriott stays.

A newer hotel that has very nice rooms. Comfortable beds. A refrigerator. A small couch. A very nice area with many restaurants and things to do. On the edge of the UNO campus.

Rooms clean and nice but i got charged double. Took me an hour on phone to get problem resolved

We got smacked. It was awful. Accommodations were great....no complaints. Billing was stupid and unreal. We were charged $493 for two nights' lodging. They did not tell us that the room charges were doubled because of the CWS. Seriously? $240 a night for two people? No recourse, and very frustrated. LESS than One Star...if I could.

Been here the past few weeks and not bad. They need to do some about the lack of parking near the entrance in the back. College kids take the close spots

I usually like this hotel since it's convenient and clean. I did have a specific request to be closer to the elevator but they put me on the further room from the elevator. Maybe she heard me wrong. Also the gym is a joke. I come here often enough that I would work out every day but not enough machines or weights or anything. And it's very tiny. Starbucks is a good touch though

Newly renovated rooms! (Some shoddy workmanship, towel rack came off, network box not level, accent light not properly lined up with light can) Outstanding staff!!! One walked to the Residence Inn for some waters for us after they ran out. Breakfast in the Bistro? I had the fritata, wife had the scramble - both were top notch!

Great spot, very convenient for work, many restaurants nearby, and friendly staff

Our stay was excellent! Room was clean, mattress and pillows were so comfortable, and the Bistro offered as delicious selection of breakfast items as well as cocktails later with an abundance of comfortable seating for casual conversation with friends. I would definitely stay there again!

Pool is not child friendly and on the small side. Room seemed small. The hide-a-bed was not made up.

Was here for a professional even for work. We had breakfast served and it was amazing! The hotel itself was very clean and professional. The staff was kind and directed me to my event. Seems like a great place to stay, it's very centrally located, so it's easy to get around town.

Nice place, very helpful personnel. For some reason my room card stopped working each day. They did not ask for id, when rebadging. I could get to someone's else room in my opinion.

The hotel was clean, the staff were all friendly and willing to help you with anything. It was decently priced and would definitely stay there again if in town. It's located right next to the University of Nebraska at Omaha so super convenient if you are going there.

Been there many times, staff is top notch, rooms are relatively new and nice, Aksarben village is a good location for biz travelers, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

This could be the nicest Courtyard I've visited. My room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. In loved the gathering staff outside and in on the main level. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. Extraordinarily comfortable room, whether lying in bed or on the sofa with ottoman.

Comfortable, walking distance to restaurants, and very close to Baxter arena. There's also a running trail nearby, if that appeals to you.

Very nice hotel. Great lobby with lots of seating. Indoor Pool was fairly small and crowded, but served its purpose. Great rooms with comfortable beds.

Location was great, walking distance to numerous restaurants. Rooms were nice and service was good. Pictures showed hot tub with pool but the hot tub has been filled in and is no longer there.

I have never stayed in hotel that doesn't offer some sort of contenitintal breakfast. And they sell muffins for 3-4 dollars. This place is a nice upscale hotel but I don't care about that. I have stayed in alot of nice hotels and paid alot less than I did here and every hotel offers some sort of contenitintal breakfast.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. My main reasons for choosing it again are: 1.location 2.modern furniture and decor 3.television and internet access 4.wonderful staff. The price is competitive, out of 5 other hotels I have stayed in, in Omaha, this is by far my favorite!

Attended a professional event. Meeting room was the right size for our group of 30 people. Fajitas were served for lunch buffet style. Nothing to rave about but did the job. Great central location in Aksarben Village.

Room was rented for corporate training, clean and friendly staff and rooms.. lots of places to eat nearby.

I found this Courtyard to be very accomodating in terms of location. The trendy shopping center, Aksarben Village, is within walking distance and everything is just a short drive away. The rooms are updated to Courtyard's new design which was a great addition to the friendly staff.

For the price. The room was great. Very ideal location for Omaha.

A very nice hotel at a reasonable price. A nice bonus was the beer selection in the dining area.

To be perfectly honest the room, amenities, and services were all immaculate, easily beyond the actual class of hotel this belongs to, but for a hundred bucks a night I expect you to spring for the Keurig instead of putting the same cheap POS drip coffee maker they have in literally every dive motel in the country. And maybe don't charge $10 for two eggs? Just a thought

Clean lobby, clean rooms. Pillows were fluffy and like ones I'd actually buy for myself. Lots of room to store your stuff, would make a great place to stay for a long trip. Bed was comfortable. A.C. was quiet and worked well. Definitely one of my best hotel experiences.

This hotel is in a decently fun neighborhood. But it is basically a nice neighborhood because some developer said it was. It doesn't stand up on its own.

Now the hotel. It is not worth more than $89/night. But apparently, it is $349/night... Ridiculous!!! Sure I like the mattress, but The waitstaff is careless. The restaurant is overpriced and not good. Thanks for putting tomatoes on my sandwich after I told you I am allergic to them.

If you can, stay somewhere else.

Nice rooms. Simple studio like. All comforts of home available. Social nights offer free food and drinks to guests. Clean and comfy. There is some construction around, but blackout curtains block all the lights.

Clean rooms & hotel in general. However, The lobby & hallways were extremely hot!!

As Marriott rewards member I was greeted by the desk clerk with respect and warmth. We early for check in, around 11:30 am, my room was ready and my friend's room was not we ask if a room could be found near mine, and when we came back from lunch a room next to mine was ready. Great service, very clean hotel and very comfortable stay.

This was a last minute stop. The front desk clerk was very friendly, very knowledgeable. The decor is nice. There's a patio with a fire pit for socializing. The bartender was awesome. The room was amazing. Clean, pleasantly appointed, and quiet. Comfortable bed, fantastic pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel.
