Like other reviewers expressed, very professional, pleasant, service oriented staff. Patiently answered questions and suggested products. In stock baseboard order was cut and placed in my car within minutes. Plenty of moulding options. Seems like warehouse stock made available within couple days although I only bought in stock. Better service, stock and price than box retailer.
Super nice via email and phone. Bright and well stocked store, which had the overlength unusual in real wood profile that I needed for our 1950s home. Paul I and Paul II went above and beyond, and even helped with loading. Now we just need to do more renovation so I can come back.
Franklin was a great wealth of knowledge to absorb info from as it pertained on how to cut crown moulding for a newby. I recently bought crown molding for a foyer, living room, familyroom and dining room plus window casings, baseboards and quarter round. Doing a decent remodel to my home and Moulding Inc. came in big time. There selection is beyond what you will ever find in any big box store plus they are really good with suggestions to get doors fitted properly the first time.
Moldings inc. is a great place with great prices Franklin and Paul have the best costumbre service.

The assistant store manager (Paul) was very rude and obnoxious when we call back was trying to exchange some molding that was just delivered due to size too big. He told us flat out and was very angry with his voice that they do not take return. He actually fighting and yelling with us over the phone.... We just seemly told him that they need to disclosure the return policy to every customer specially the new one... There is nothing written on the receive or anywhere. This guy so angry and ready exploded over the phone with us. Very unprofessional... We actually just hang up the phone and refer to legal for action.....

We just bought crown mouldings and floor muoldings and trim for our new addition. We received 6 star service at Mouldings Inc, and whats more they delivered on a day that they were closed to allow our contractors to carry on working. The driver Joel was a super star for coming out to deliver on his day off. We really thank everyone at Mouldings for their one of a kind service. The prices were tremendous. The products were beautiful. I look forward to ordering my pillars for the porch once I can measure them and send them the info. I will never buy trim and mouldings anywhere else. My experience with Franklin and Paul at Mouldings, Inc. was excellent. They were knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant even though I didn't know much about what I was doing. My project was small but I had their full attention. Excellent, friendly customer care is very unusual these days and was very much appreciated!
Franklin was a joy to work with. We needed to trim doors, windows, and floorboards in a whole-house remodel, plus come up with a solution for a wide (10') doorway to the sun room. The prices were great, the staff knew their stuff, and we were overall very well taken care of. HIGHLY recommended!
Great place to buy trim and interior/exterior doors. They beat the prices of the lumber yards and the home centers. They also always return phone calls (seems to be a rare skill these days) and are quick with quotes.
