This place is the best. I visited last month in Malcolm Pacific immigration and Honghao Wu was my Adviser. Many,many special thanks to Honghao as he was always there with me and making sure about all documents and other paper works required to meet the conditions. One of the staff was very immature and rude when they went on about their fee. They just stared at me with a sly grin and said, "Better start saving up kid!" Even if it was meant as a joke it is not the sort of thing to say when speaking to a depressed client who just wants to bring his wife to her new home.

My friend and I visited Malcolm months ago for her working visa application after many agencies rejected to take her case because it was really challenging(they advised her to go back to uni to get a student visa), we did our last try to find Malcolm. We talked with a nice and pretty lady for around 2 hours, about the whole background information of my friend. Then the consultant went back to discuss the case with another two professional for half an hour. Nobody knows how struggling and desperate we were ,esp my friend, when we were waiting for the consultant coming back. Good that she came with the good news, that she would take the case, she was confident and glad to take a challenge. When we left, my friend hugged and said I relied on you. Those are words I have never heard of her saying. Thankfully, now she told me the good result came out, I am happy for her, my best friend, and being grateful to the consultant who helped her.

Daniel's professionalism, constant feedback and diligence got us over the line far sooner than we dared hope. His key strength is his ability to know when to push and when to bide his time. Consequently he almost always achieves a positive outcome when facing hurdles and liaising with the authorities.

Absolute time waste.

Poor English communication skills. Does not able to express their own ideas to the customers. I asked to explore 2 options - Long term skill shortage visa and skill migrant visa. They searched only skill migrant category also did not give me reason behind not being able to apply for skilled migrant visa. I'm a test automation engineer which comes under long term skill shortage list. The code is 261314 and Malcolm is telling me this is not skilled work.

We were recommended to Malcolm Pacific as NZ based immigration lawyers in our application for skilled migrant status. The whole process can be very frustrating and at times will make you wonder if it's all worth it, but MP were great. Special mention to Anita Alletson who seemlessly managed our application from beginning to end. We were probably not the easiest of applicants - impatient and sometimes questioning the relevance of the numerous documents required, plus the level of detail. But Anita knew the system perfectly, the levers to pull and buttons to push, and once submitted, our application was fast tracked and approved within weeks.
