Segal, Cohen & Landis, LLP Review

This was one of the most stressful decisions of my life. I was facing overwhelming IRS tax debt from my failed business. I studied and researched tax attorney's and companies across the U.S. trying to identify who could truly really help me! All while receiving hundreds of mailers all promising the same thing!

They have reduced my total debt owed from >$160,000 to less than $30,000 and established a 5 year payment plan that I can actually afford! It is amazing to me how this firm took a situation of mine that seemed so hopeless and through effective representation they have created such a manageable solution for me! In 5 years I will be completely free of my IRS debt!

I hired them to handle a case with the IRS and they had me set up monthly withdrawals to cover their fee. 1 entire year passed and they never made progress and then the IRS put a lien on my property. When I contacted the IRS directly they informed me that no one from this law firm had ever contacted them on my behalf.

Excellent Tax Attorneys, I retainre this firm a few months ago because i was havhav irs back tax issues over 100k sam Landis contacted me and made mr feel comfortable with hiring them, I was assigned Patrick Albasha as my primary attorney, we we a few months with negotiations and figuring out a way to get me the best deal possible, well this month Patrick was able to get me a reasonable doable repayment plan that I'm comfortable with. I really do recommend this firm if your having tax issues, sometimes it does take a few months to get a good resolution. Thank you for all the help.

Outstanding customer service. I had a couple of problems and these people proceeded to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The whole experience went smoothly and its really appreciated.

Long story short the IRS made a mistake, we tried for months to get it fixed. I was referred to Segal Cohen and Landis and ultimatly they made everything right. Lesson learned...hire them sooner.

What can I say, Segal Cohen and Landis Tax Attorneys Saved My Life from financial ruin. Samuel, and Gregory are the greatest. I was not the best client to start, but then again who is when the IRS is breathing down your neck. I was Angry,Unsure and just plain Scared. The professionalism and candor from them and from their entire staff towards myself and my tax problems are unmatched by anything I have ever experienced in my whole life, they never promised me anything upfront, but each time I got discouraged Greg always was able to ease my mind and help me shoulder the impossible burden that I had accumulated thru much of my life, without any regard for what in the near the future would surely have brought me to a financial downfall. It took well over five years for Greg and Samuel and his Associates to help me clean up the huge mess of tax problems that I had pretty much ignored for almost ten years, but in the end we opened champagne and toasted the steadfastness of there office personnel, Greg and Samuels expertise in dealing with my individual tax problem.
