The assistant store manager (Paul) was very rude and obnoxious when we call back was trying to exchange some molding that was just delivered due to size too big. He told us flat out and was very angry with his voice that they do not take return. He actually fighting and yelling with us over the phone.... We just seemly told him that they need to disclosure the return policy to every customer specially the new one... There is nothing written on the receive or anywhere. This guy so angry and ready exploded over the phone with us. Very unprofessional... We actually just hang up the phone and refer to legal for action.....
