Lacey was amazing!!! I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated for eating at a restaurant! This was our first time to this restaurant and we definitely will be back! The food was perfect! The management was inviting and warm. The employees were friendly! Please visit!!

Marketplace Grill is and always will be the pinnacle of restaurant comfort food. The atmosphere is impeccable, the experience is delightful, the service is classic, and the food is phenomenal. You could spend an entire lifetime trying to create the recipe for the perfect dining experience, and you wouldn t come close to what they do here at Marketplace. I ve been a customer for over 20 years, and yet every meal has been a new experience for me. An experience that I enjoy and rave about to all my friends and family. This building, these owners, those servants, those cooks, ... they will forever feel like family.
The food was either very mediocre or actually gross, wouldn't recommend the Korean tacos. Tasted like dried generic beef stew beef with Asian style cabbage on top. Cold, unsalted fries with special "fry sauce" that just tasted like ketchup mixed with a bit of mayo. I've had better crab cakes from the freezers at Wal-Mart. And portions are small for the more expensive price. I was pretty stunned because of all the good reviews. Boom boom shrimp was actually good, but they only gave us 4, and the rest was definitly not worth it. I almost never complain at restaurants and didn't want to cause problems, but I mentioned to the waitress that I didn't like it (I only ate half of one of the 4 mini tacos) but she only pushed me to get dessert, which I declined. Left still very hungry.
I ve never had a bad meal, or bad service at the market place grill.

Table side service was fantastic! I was properly upsold and my water was never empty. The server was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and I very much enjoyed the mini apple dessert! Sadly, I am unable to rate this experience over 3 stars due to the horrible guest service experience. I will however place blame on the hiring manager and not the team. While most every team member was warm and friendly two were not. The young host, she was so horribly rude I nearly left. Now horribly rude is strong... But if you are a host who rebuffs a smile and greeting... But still that is not enough for the adjective used. After being greeted with distain the host mubled almost angry, "follow me" I complied The Host then raced to a table begrudgingly placed the menu on it and left without saying a word... Now one might say, "why blame the hiring manager and not a host having a bad night?" I will tell you. It happened again only not to me and it was a different team member... This one delivered food to tables... The food server well she walked to the table across from me and without making eye contact or greeting the guest dropped a salad in front of the wrong person and left....
I was really happy with my first experience at MarketPlace Grill! Our waitress Terina was so patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She did a phenomenal job taking care of us and highly recommend her so make sure to ask for her when you visit!! :)

I love using Marketplace Catering! It doesn't matter if I plan well advance or need something with only a couple hours' notice--they come through! The food is always great and as expected, and the team members delivering the service are always friendly, professional, and eager to help. I highly recommend them!

It was my first time. Tianna was just amazing. She recommended menu item as highlighted but told me her favorites: and told me about the combo menu. The food was good but her eyes and smile made it a GREAT experience.. I was at 66. She told me upfront it was a challenging table, easy to slip by....... But she liked me with kindness and that genuine smile.....
I use to really enjoy this place. The queso was mediocre at best. My brother-in-law and I ordered the same shrimp tacos, which were also mediocre at best. My sister ordered a salad that looked like it was straight off of a Wendy's or a McDonald's menu. She thought it looked too gross to eat, but didn't want to complain so she refused to send it back. She paid for a disappointment of a salad she hardly touched. The only thing that tasted freshly homemade was the salsa I ordered, which was the only thing my sister ate for lunch. My husband said he liked his burger, but overall everything was less than impressive. Such a disappointment, I use to really like this place. I truly hope it bounces back. Maybe it's time for a menu overhaul? I'd rather have a shorter menu of fresh and spectacular choices to choose from, than a plethora of food you want to wrinkle your nose at.

Big menu. Key item - no alcohol , beer, wine on the menu. Otherwise, endless choices for food. Portions are decent size. Service is fairly quick. Seems like like a good date or family place.

My wife and I used marketplace to cater our wedding. The service and food were both outstanding. Staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating to everything we needed. We really didn t have to worry about anything food related whatsoever. Will be using them for any/all other catering needs we have in the future.

This is/was my favorite place to eat when coming to Springdale, went in there for lunch and the host seated us in the back with a huge group in the back. We sat there for 10mins with 3 different waiters that had walked by not even asking our drink order or if anyone's has helped us before I got up to ask if we could be seated somewhere else with some service and the host didn't even seem to understand my problem and what I was asking than asked me if I was sitting at table 93? How would I know? I'm not the one working there... Had anther lady walk back to my table where my mom was still sitting and said nothing just looked confused so we just said we would leave instead and she had no acknowledgment and completely ignored us. Very unfortunate considering this is one of my favorite places to stop and eat.
This was my first time visiting here. Me and my husband did have to wait about 20 minutes to get seated but it was SO worth it! The staff was friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! Highly recommended!
i cannot thank our wonderful waiter enough. this has been one of the best dining experiences that i have ever had. the food was delicious and even for small portions i still couldn t finish it all. we are now waiting on our dessert. we are 3 hours from home but will definitely be dining again whenever we can!

We had a great time! Although we unknowingly arrived shortly before closing time, the staff NEVER made us feel uncomfortable or rushed! Our server was very nice and she and the manager even made it a point to temp us with desserts and tell us about a 'must see' while we are in town! Did I mention the food was exceptional! Fresh and perfectly cooked!

We love market place. It is a regular stop when we have guest in town and want to show them a good unique restaurant. The flaming queso is one of our favorite items to order. The strawberry chicken salad is also a great healthy option with their homemade dressing. The steaks are always a good option as well. You can call ahead and get on the wait list as they are a popular restaurant and are frequently on waits especially on weekend nights and all day Sunday.
So good!! The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was wonderful. Our server, James, was very nice and did a wonderful job of checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing as well, their famous bread truly lives up to its reputation! I will definitely be coming back here again and again.
Marketplace catered our wedding reception and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food, service and value were not to be beaten. This is the second time we have used MPG in the last 6 months and both times exceeded our expectations.

It was our first experience and for the most part not a good one,it took forever to get through but ,with the pandemic.....
The sides were excellent, the chicken fried steak was burnt and they left out dessert all together, just when we decided never to go back ,I talked to the manager and was pleasantly surprised.
After a brief conversation and a second try we were really happy.
I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.
I was told we could call ahead and if there was a wait put our names in the list. I called 15min. Before arriving and was told there was no wait. When we arrived there was some how a party of 20 and a party of 16 ahead of us. I was told the wait would be 20min. 1 HOUR and 15 MINUTES later we were STILL WAITING. Now keep in mind my whole party was their the entire time. They kept seating party's of 5 to 7 before us. Told the party of 20 all had to be there before sitting...but they didn't seat us. Then told us if we didn't need a baby sling we could be seated faster. So we told them to take it off, and we still didn't get seated. Then they had the audacity to sit a party of 16 who had waited for 33min. before our party of 11 who had been there almost triple the time. When my husband asked the manager about it, he said there was only one place to seat us and it was taken...no freaking way a restaurant doesn't have more tables that can accommodate 11!!!! We will NEVER go back to MARKETPLACE. Unfortunately,l there were multiple people this was happening too. Not sure if there is new management but DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We dined at MPG on Monday night and Jamie was an excellent waitress. She was friendly and attentive to any requests we had. Our dining experience was very pleasurable and we will definitely be returning. This place just never disappoints. I don't think we've ever had a bad dining experience or experienced anything less than kindness from all staff.
