Ultimate jambalaya pasta was amazing and the service from Terina was fantastic. Definitely one of the best places to eat in the area!

I have been going to this location with my family ever since it opened over 20 years ago. Unique and extremely flavorful good, excellent service and a great place for special occasions. It does great business to start being a non-alcoholic restaurant. Would highly recommend, especially for a special date or family get together. Recent remodel enhanced the interior to be almost like a cheesecake factory format. Also has a room where you can have events.

Terina was super friendly and the service was on point! We will be back for a chocolate mess next time!!!

I usually don't give reviews of places but,this place was great. They had great food in great portions for great prices. All the staff was attentive and overall I think the place had a great atmosphere.

Our family ate at Marketplace Grill this week and we had an amazing experience. Our server Kelsey was perfect, absolutely the best service we've ever had. We will definitely be asking for her again every time we eat at marketplace.

Food was tasty as always! We visit regularly (bi-weekly to sometimes weekly) and even though we almost always have good service, this time was the best we ve had in a VERY long time! I like to give roses when roses are due. Our server Rachael was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Super sweet, very attentive, never let our drinks run out, and always made sure we had everything we needed! We decided we WILL be aiming to sit in her section again for future visits. We couldn t have asked for better service! It was a very nice change of pace. Rachel did an awesome job and went above and beyond for us! Even with our picky, add this/hold that, kind of order. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Server Lacy is the best!! We always love having her as our server when we come to Market Place! So attentive and great! Food as always was amazing!

Food and atmosphere are good. Don't know if the wait staff or kitchen were having issues but some in our party of 5 had difficulty getting their order the way they ordered it.

High Technology. Super Food. Memorable.

You can see where you are in line, instead of wondering how long the wait or when your buzzer will go off. You can also page the waitstaff from device on the table.

There chocolate deserts are enticing when you see the waitstaff bringing them out to guests...

I love Marketplace Grill in Springdale. Great staff and the food is awesome. My go-to is the Breaded Chicken Salad but I also like both the Turkey and American Burgers. The butter sauce on the Cajun Chicken is amazing! And of course who doesn't like their Flaming Queso, Chocolate Mess and complementary Bread? If you go for lunch be sure to go earlier than 11:30 or you'll have a wait.

It was my first time at MarketPlace Grill with my family, and the waitress, Donna, was incredibly friendly and helpful!
The bread they bring to the table is delicious, as is the food!

Food is always great,the bread is out of this world. Had the prime rib and was cook to perfection cant beat the ceasar salad along with baked potato. The wait staff is always friendly makes you feel like family.

I have been going to Marketplace for the last 20+ years. It has consistently been a guaranteed good meal. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience and in the few times they had some minor messages, they always make it right. The only reason I deduct one star is that the quality of some of the food went down maybe 5 years ago and in that time some more upscale restaurants have opened, but I still consistently go for birthdays and anniversaries every year for tradition's sake. Lastly, the Chocolate Mess is not to be missed!

I just want to say a huge shoutout for Terina! She gave us amazing service, offered so many items and did such a grate job! Our food came out just as we asked got our drinks on time refills on time just an overall great experience at the Marketplace. We will definitely be back and will be asking for her!

Our team went to dinner and it was fabulous. The wait staff was amazing. Personally I went to the manager after I lost my glasses 2 hours earlier and she was determined to help me find them. She is an amazing person. Thank you Sandy. I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant and staff. I have been coming off and on for years and I will keep coming back.

MarketPlace Grill is always on point when comes to their timeless cuisine (I am looking at you blueberry poppy seed dressing), but they do sometimes struggle with large groups.

My wife loves marketplace anytime we are in town its a great spot. If get to select your section ask for Jessie she has the best service. We will see yiu next time

Our family has always liked Marketplace and miss the former Rogers location as it was much closer. Service is consistently good and our kids love it.

My family ate at Marketplace tonight, which also happened to be homecoming. Our wait was a little longer than expected, but the staff was super accommodating- including our waiter, Wes. We appreciated the wonderful customer service even though it was a busier night.

Terina was great! It was our first time at the MarketPlace Grill and she walked us through the menu and made plenty of suggestions that helped us narrow down what we wanted. The portion sizes were more than we could have asked for. Their choices of drink flavorings were delicious.

Went here for a tasting for a holiday party. The food was excellent.

The wait was really long to get a table for 5. The food took forever to get to our table. However, the baked potato soup is amazing.

We wait all year for our girls to have volleyball tournaments around this area so we can come from Tulsa OK area and eat the great food and be served by great waiters and waitresses.

This place has the best Cajun Rib-eye Steaks ! The manager there (Bob) is the best. The staff works hard to please you and you wont be disappointed in any of their food. And don't forget to try the Chocolate Mess !

Market place was wonderful! Not only was the food great, but the service was too! They were very quick to get back to me and promptly answered all inquiries. The day of servers and workers went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Only downfall was our server seemed to have too much on her plate, with what looked like a 12 top on top of 3 individual tables of 2-6. Was trying her hardest to accommodate everyone. Maybe management/hosts should have accepted putting people on a longer wait to not overwork the servers.

The food was wonderful and well presented. Our coordinator, Lacey, was fantastic. She had everything set up on time (actually early), kept the lines full and boxed up the left overs.

I've never been disappointed in a visit to the Marketplace. My favorite is the chicken tenders and my wife loves the krunchy shrimp with the raspberry sauce. The fry sauce is delicious too. The kids always love the flaming queso. The atmosphere is cozy and has a unique southern charm to me. I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great service we had a waiter by the name of Tyler. who was great he always came and checked on us, during our dining experience at Marketplace.

I have been here about a dozen times and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and we have always experienced great wait staff. Definitely a must in the Northwest Arkansas area.

As I was traveling through This area I called for a pick up order. My order was ready when I arrived. I was greeted and picked up my food. Few minutes later I too (just like another reviewer) bite on piece of metal. It was already too late to go back or call (it's Mother's Day). I'm somewhat disappointed that heath Dept has not addressed this issue since it's not the first time.
I do not recommend nor will I return to this place next time in the area.

This place was awesome! I've been meaning to come here for a while now. My work had a dinner meeting here and the workers are super sweet, except for the one, and the food was delicious! I plan on coming back again soon.

Came in here while in town for business trip. Walked over to grab something to eat since I didn't want to drive. Prime rib was delicious and our server Ashley was awesome . If you want really good service ask for Ashley.
