Pam Hobbs took great care of us during our visit on October 1st! It was our first time and we enjoyed all the food we ordered with the help of Pam! Will definitely request her whenever we return! We came during lunch time and got seated right away too!
Lacey provided excellent service and the food was delicious. She made our dining experience fun and enjoyable! I ll be sure to ask for her on my next visit to Marketplace Grill.
Great experience at Market Place today. The chicken tenders were incredible and the jambalaya was perfect. The bread was fresh and hot. Our server was friendly, professional yet gave us our space can be a tough balancing act. We tried out the the queso appetizer and it was an excellent start. Ended with the brownie and ice cream. It was to die for. Thank goodness we shared it. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is on my top 5 list for NWA.

Lovely experience. I'm sorry I don't remember we our waitresses name, but she was absolutely wonderful. Food was really good I had a and sweet potato , kinda sad I don't remember what my husband had, I can tell you he enjoyed it we then had a death by chocolate dessert aka: chocolate mess ---- to die for. Will be back 4 sure!!!
Amazing place, great menu, our wait staff was James, professional and far better service than we could have ever received at a chain restaurant. Will be making it a regular stop for lunch and dinner

Ashley was an amazing server. She was so helpful, made regular rounds to check on us, and was very personable. This sweet lady does a great job at marketplace in Springdale. If you want good service, go there!

Have been to MP so many times that I've lost count. We go back again and again because the food is great (everything we've ordered is tasty!!), the atmosphere is comfortable, and ever server has been helpful (this last time we had Lacey, who was great). Highly recommended for a date night or family & friends get-together.
Shelby was an amazing server! She was right there when we needed her and kept the dinner in light with her bright attitude!

Food came out cold and was called "sir" by multiple employees even though I am very clearly a female. This has happened on numerous occasions by Zack and Tyler. The general manager, Bob, refuses to return phone calls. Spoke to the Director of Operations, Dave Strong and he stated he would "look into it".
Chicken seasoning was okay though.
Second time eating here and the experience was again fantastic. Service was excellent and the food was very delicious and very filling. This time I ordered the chicken fried steak with cheese grits and mashed potatoes...so very good! Dessert was chocolate cake a la mode and also scrumptious.
The restaurant gets really busy ESPECIALLY on weekends and seating is currently limited due to COVID. Therefore, I would strongly recommend you arrive here when they open at 11 a.m.
MarketPlace recently catered my wedding. They did a wonderful job, and the food was delicious! Very professional and friendly. Quick to respond. They cleaned up and boxed up leftovers. Toni was so sweet and great to work with! She was very accommodating, and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. She even made my husband and I to-go boxes so we could eat later on! Very happy with MarketPlace and would definitely recommend for any catering needs you might need!
