Strange atmosphere from the moment we walk in the front door. Two host stands...? But we disregarded and ordered the flaming queso that did not live up to its reputation. It was cold within 5 mins and tasted very perculiar. We then ordered the 2 for $24 and you guessed it, underwhelming. The chicken tacos were a sloppy mess and the shrimp tasted like a bouncy ball with lime. After all this we got the desert Togo and high tailed out.

Beware.

I eat here just about every week. Ashley, our server, was amazing. She was super busy but still took great care of us. The Cajun Prime Rib is my favorite.

Loved our server, as usual. But kitchen mixed up 2 orders when asked to have things "on the side" due to allergy concerns. Otherwise happy. Good, leafy green salad.

Amazing. Every time I am here, the service is always amazing. Our server, Ashley, was very wonderful. The Chocolate Mess is always a HUGE hit with the kids!

My family went here last night for dinner last night and overall food was good . But my brother ordered the new york strip sandwich and he liked it until he bit in to metal brissles from a wire brush. The server offered a sandwich but he wasnt gonna do that he went to go get the manager but never said anything we got the check they took off that sandwich but thats it . We didnt make a fuss about it but something more should of been done at least an apologize

Service was excellent. Out waiter kept up with the refills and kept the table cleared of used plates. Our food was brought out in a timely fashion. Hot, fresh and great presentation. Highly recommend

Good food. Appetizer of bread in melted butter was a new thing. Staff was helpful and patient. Kitchen was kind when margeritta pizza was sent back because the crust needed to be crunchier. They just made a new one and was kind. Place was moderately busy when we got there 30 minutes after they opened. Would recommend to a friend. Food was pretty edgy but the favorites had a nice twist.

MarketPlace never fails to deliver in the best possible way. Whether it's dining in the restaurant, to-go orders, or catering, they always ensure the best food, service, and experience. This weekend, MPG catered my graduation party, and everyone was so impressed by the food, presentation, and quality of the catering. Mendi and the MPG team worked tirelessly with me over the last 6 months as we navigated the COVID waters to find the right date for the party. She followed up, made sure we were taken care of, and moved dates multiple times without hesitation or complaint. Lance arrived right on time and worked to make sure the catering was set up in a timely manner and looked absolutely beautiful. He made sure everything was perfect, and it didn't go unnoticed by my parents and all the party guests who attended. I would not expect anything less of Lance and the entire MPG team. I have been a long-time guest of MPG and it is my go-to for all things delicious. Thank you MPG for always going above and beyond for your customers, both long-time and new!

Food is hit or miss, but that damn bread is worth the trip alone. Service is usually pretty good as well.

This was our first time stopping in here. We were traveling through the area and picked place because of some good reviews we read online, and we were both in the mood for shrimp, which was featured on the menu.
Service was fine. We were seated right away, and we didn't have to wait long to place our order.
We asked to substitute a small salad for fries, and were told we weren't able to without a $1.50 upcharge, even though they were the same price on the menu. So we got the fries instead.
It was an extremely long wait for our food. When it finally came out, the fries on both plates were cold and inedible.
My boom boom shrimp were tasty, and the best part of the meal. My mom ordered the shrimp tacos. She had to remove the filling and eat it with a fork because the corn taco shells were so tough and chewy, she couldn't eat them.
The price was high for the quality of the food. $20/person for a quick Saturday lunch is too pricey, especially when 1/2 our meal was unsatisfactory.

Great place to eat! Friendly service, amazing food! We walked in with a large group and they did everything they could to seat us together. Shout out to Sandy. She was very friendly and was a big help! Great experience!

Chicken tenders and fries were greasey :c Server was okay, seemed to not care for us. The queso was absolutely amazing! The strawberry stack not so much, the pound cake was hard.

The Marketplace Grill was SO delicious! The staff were friendly, and fast. The food portions were pretty decent for the price, and it was delish! I got the prima chicken pasta and I would definitely recommend it. Will be back!

Tiana was our server tonite and she was very helpful when asking about food. She made sure our drinks were never empty as well. Would definitely recommend her to others and would recommend her to be our server again.

I didn't get the Hawaiian chicken I ordered, but I ate the Santa Fe chicken I was served. It was tough as shoe leather.

Haiden was a great server. She was very quick, polite and our drinks never got close to low! Food is always top notch and service is always 5-star!

The service was excellent, they even accommodated us bringing in our own birthday cake. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't to my liking. It seemed everything I ate had a sweet taste to it, from the salsa and queso to my chicken tenders. I ordered the steamed veggies which was delicious. If you go, you must order the chocolate mess. It was oh so amazingly good! When I go there again, I think I will just order the large chocolate mess! Lol Seriously though, I will definitely try it again. The chicken pasta will be the next dish I try. Not everything can be sweet right?

Had our Christmas party here and they have some very good food. My dauvhter ordered crunchy shrimp and it was amazing.I had the cujun steak and it was really good too. You dont leave hungry. Will definitely come back.

The Marketplace Grill in NW Arkansas catered our daughter's wedding at the end of May 2020 and also her reception in August. We were very pleased with everything!
I initially checked only with traditional catering companies and some were very slow to respond. I had almost booked with a catering company even though I wasn't 100% happy with the taste of the food. Then I happened to see in an internet search that the Marketplace Grill catered weddings. I knew from personal experience that they had delicious food and good service in their restaurants. From the very beginning Mendi Rooney, the catering director, was quick to respond and helpful with ideas. We don't live in NW Arkansas but we were able to do a tasting at the Conway, Ark restaurant.
Everything was planned, but then because of COVID-19, we had to make changes to the wedding/reception. We had no idea until close to the wedding date how many people would be able to attend and what the venue would allow us to do regarding food, but Mendi was understanding and helpful through it all. We ended up with 2 events, rather than just one wedding/reception and they catered both. The Marketplace Grill staff were all very friendly and professional. Tina was the person in charge and on site in August and she did a great job. Multiple guests at the reception commented on the friendliness of the staff and thought the food was great! We were very pleased and highly recommend the Marketplace Grill for catering! (I would have posted this sooner but I just got busy with life in this crazy Covid year.)

Great food, great service, great atmosphere, but most importantly AMAZING Raspberry Lemonade. This is a MUST SEE for trips to Springfield Arkansas.

This was a great place to stop on our cross country trip. Something for everyone to eat, though a vegetarian option other than taking the meat off a salad or pasta would have been ideal. My wife ordered a Cobb salad with the meat separated and not on the salad. It arrived with the meat obviously on the salad then picked up and put in bowls. Not what we ordered. Our server David saved the night by stopping by early (he s not the one who brought out the food), apologized and hand made a new salad because he new what we meant when we ordered. It s service like this that gets a five star review and the food was great too. Thank again David.

Our waiter's name was James and although he was extremely busy that night, he was sure to keep our drinks full and constantly check on us. Fantastic job James! Also the food was top notch. And a chocolate mess is a must have.

My husband and I came tonight to celebrate our anniversary, we had a wonderful experience! The food was amazing, fast service, and our waitress Tenna was so sweet and attentive to us!

Turkey burger is a must have! Grilled chicken salad is great for lunch as well amazing place and love the service if you want for lunch order in it s easy to pick up max wait is 15 min!

My family and I ate lunch at the Marketplace grill in Springdale this past Easter. I can honestly say that we had an exceptional dining experience! The menu was value priced, the food was prepared with only the freshest ingredients and it was served by a professional and well developed staff!!!

Rachel was very lovely and satisfied my party of six. she treated us like royalty and i will definitely ask for her again. 10/10 recommend Rachel.

Food is normally alright and tasty, had to send it back the last time I went for pink chicken.
