What's not to like man.

My visit was on 08-09-2019. The waitstaff was excellent. The bad: I ordered the NY strip with a baked potato. The steak was supposed to be Cajun grilled but had little to no flavor and was full of gristle. The baked potato was luke warm at best and the ice cold sour cream didn t help. The good: the house salad was good as was the chocolate cake with ice cream.

Nice refreshing meal. Our sever Rachel never let the glasses 1/2 full and was great at recommendations.

Not even busy with horrible service. Uneducated wait staff who say they have something when they dont.

Market Place in Springdale is always one of my favorites! Our server Terina made sure we had everything we needed and did a great job the entire night!

Loved the Chocolate Mess Sundae! It was our first time dining at Market place and our server Tehna was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and suggestions.

Grace had the best service I ever had in a restaurant. The best food.

We showed up with 25 people on an hour s notice. 25 slowly turned into 40 (sorry) but they took SUCH good care of us. Food was great, service was excellent, we ll be back.

Very good selection..... and tasty food... they don't serve alcohol, which is a bummer when you are out on business trip, but that attract families!

Good food, good atmosphere. I'm a little portly and they honestly shrank the boots during the remodel to get more seating. It wasn't very comfortable.

Food was good. Server was friendly. Would have gotten more stars, but one of the people in my party didn't get what they ordered. They ordered the potato soup and after everyone else got their food I asked about her soup. They said it would be just a couple of minutes while they check on it. They came back and said that they we're waiting for fresh soup to be made. After about five minutes later the server came back and said that the soup would take another hour to make. The person in my party didn't want to wait two hours for soup and didn't want to order anything else. They still ended up charging her for her drink and she didn't get an apology from the manager.

This is my mom and I s go to place for lunch or dinner dates. We had Micaela as a server today and she was amazing! We couldn t even tell she was still training she was so attentive and answered any question we had. Go here!!

Food was not tasteful, nor at table temperature. Bread was soaked in butter. Service was the only redeeming part of this experience.

Cozy place! Clean and the atmosphere reminded me of the clean air in Oregon. Staff was friendly and provided wonderful service. They don't have hot coco but that's ok. This place is a little pricey. But I'd definitely recommend it to friends & family.

The food is very mediocre for the VERY expensive price...I've eaten at two different Marketplace locations and the food was mediocre at both places and the prices were very high for the quality of food...

My man Tyler?! Don t even get me started. AMAZING. Has gone out of his way to make sure we are doing well, as well as recommending the best dishes for us. Tyler s been treating us not only like customers, but family members. I feel blessed to be here! 100000/10 would recommend the Springdale location.

I had the Chicken Florentine pizza. It was very good. I just wish they would shred the chicken across the whole pizza rather than just placing slices of cooked chicken on it. The flaming queso is amazing!!

Wonderful food and wonderful service. We are followers of Christ. Pam served us as we hope to serve others. She was very thorough, very friendly, very helpful. She answered every question we could have asked as newcomers, anticipating our needs. We never had to wait on refills on drinks or more of the amazing bread drenched in real butter!!!

Marketplace is one of the best family restaurants in NWA. The chocolate mess is worth the trip itself! Service is fantastic. Our server Ashley was exceptional.

Consistent. Fresh. Good. This is a mainstay in the area and the service, atmosphere and food are very good. Definitely a great stop for a good meal.

As always, food was phenomenal! We had a larger party so they gave us two servers, Jamie and David, who were quick and persistent. They were incredibly friendly and never let us go thirsty! Thanks so much for another amazing meal!

Great food! Ate here twice during my week stay and both times I was very pleased.

We have been going to Marketplace Grill for a long time and always have enjoyed everything we get! The jambalaya is one of mine and my husband's favorites. The service there is always top notch as well. At our most recent dine-in experience, our waiter, Tyler, went above and beyond to make our meal awesome. Will definitely continue to go back!!!

I had lunch today at MarketPlace Grill in Springdale Ar. I ordered the MARKETPLACE CLUB. It was delicious. 5 stars for "Ashley was a great server" Most excellent.

I've eaten at this place for years and NEVER once had poor service. The staff is always on top of everything and they are really diligent to serve us well. The food is also amazing. I highly recommend the chicken fingers with sweet potato fries and the caramel sauce.

Great food and our server, Shelby, was exceptional!! She was very attentive, helpful, and has a great personality!! We enjoyed our visit and will definitely ask for her again!! Great service!!

The Jambalaya pasta supreme (with shrimp added) is still a winner after all these years....more than 25 think!

I was recently in town on business and stayed at a hotel that was adjacent to this restaurant. I went in with our senior leadership team for lunch and had a phenomenal experience. The food was excellent, scratch made food at very reasonable prices. The portions were huge. My server, Lance, epitomized professional service. Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu, but he ensured that our meal was flawless without disrupting the flow of our business lunch. As we were finishing our meal we had some questions about the area and he took the time to answer our questions. I will definitely be back for the great food and amazing service. This restaurant is on par with our best restaurants in Dallas!

We were visiting friends and they took us here for lunch. The cajun catfish was great. I also enjoyed the shrimp cakes. The server was great. She kept the drinks replenished and was very attentive.

Outside they have real gas lanterns and inside they have five or six checkerboards set up if you want to play. We had the shared meal for 24.99. We got cheese and jalapeno fritters for our shared appetizer, chicken fried steak with for our individual with garlic mashed potatoes as our side, a great house salad with fresh made Ranch, they also brought us a loaf of fresh hot bread served in a pool of melted butter The chocolate cake which came with ice cream for our shared dessert. Drinks were just under $3 a piece. I cannot tell you how amazing the chocolate cake was with the hot fudge sauce and the cake was hot it was amazing. Total about $35 but we had an incredible meal and the service and the staff are top notch.

Shout out to our waitress, Aerielle, for her amazing personality, customer service, and patience with my 2 kiddos! She gave us such a wonderful dining experience - and we would love to see her again next time we visit MP! Thanks, Aerielle for just being fabulous you!!!!
