Stopped in for dinner with a friend and had a great time. Terina was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. The food, prime dip sandwich, was amazing and they have one of the best dinner salads out there. Terina couldn't have been more pleasant and was on top of service the entire time.
Can't wait to have another reason to come here again!

Granddaughter wasn't crazy about her chicken so she sent it back and got pizza. No problem. Our waiter,James,was very pleasant and kept our glasses full. Will defiantly go back next time I come this way.
Chelsey was awesome, very knowledgeable my husband and oldest son Love the Boom Boom shrimp, I always love the Tilapia. It's always great for birthday's.

The food was great, as always. Our server was nice and helpful. My only complaint was that it took a long time to get our food. They were petty busy when we first arrived but the place started clearing out while we were there so I'm not sure why things are slow. That said, the food and value were excellent. Well definitely go back again.

Ordered grilled salad w/o croutons and cheese. Get to my office it was full of croutons and cheese, only 1 cucumber slice and 2 rings of purple onion.
* Manager called immediately after this post. She and I talked and she sincerely apologized for me not getting the salad I ordered. Most places world try to make excuses, but she did not. She owned the mistake and went above and beyond to make it up to me, which she did.
Overall The Fairly good job. Most of the food was very good, also the prime rib sandwich definitely was not prime.

Well, you just can't beat Marketplace Grill for a great restaurant! Many times we have had Tyler as our server and he is as good as it gets. Always makes sure we have just what we need. Great steaks, salads, and my wife's favorite, Cajun Catfish. Just try it!
Very good food, service today also, we had a different waitress today, but Pam stopped by and said Hi and talked to us.
We had to wait, which we were told up front, but there were groups the same size that came in after us that kept getting seated first because the hostess kept "forgetting" we were there.
We went there for lunch on fathers day, so it was fairly busy. However our server LaVonda was absolutely amazing. She was very quick with the refills and anything else we needed. She was friendly and helpful even with a very busy restaurant. Jim the manager was very nice and helpful with drink refills too! We love their food but the service always excels!
Our first dining experience here. Service was decent, she stayed on top of our beverages. Food came out hot and appearance was clean. Overall flavor was good. Average price $12-25(steaks).

We got there not long before closing with a big party and lots of kids. They were so gracious, sat us with no concern for being close to closing. Our waitress was so kind when my daughter spilled her drink. The food was fantastic!! Everyone was great! One of our favorite places to come with kids!!
Always great food and service. Very careful when it comes to Gluten free, or food allergy requests! Can be very busy on Sunday, but they handle it well
Enjoyed a nice lunch today with Gary at Market Place Grill, one of our favorite places to eat out and was served by one of the nicest ever servers, Tyler! Will be back again later in the month to celebrate Gary s birthday and hope to see Tyler once again.

I have been eating here since I was young. It is a great family restaurant. They have a variety of choices, and I have yet to try a dish here I didn't like. They have very good pasta dishes. The crab cakes are also not too bad (for a land locked state). It can be a bit pricey, but the portions are very generous. I highly recommend you save room for a chocolate mess for dessert. It is one of the main reasons I eat here. I HAVE to order one very time I come. The queso is very good too, and they set it on fire at your table. Also, the service here has always been very good. I rarely have to wait for a table, but they are typically pretty busy.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING. The ribs were excellent and the staff is top notch. We are passing through on the way back to Ohio and this is the best meal we have had on this trip! Highly recommend!!!

We had a party of 12 tonight to celebrate a couple of Birthdays. Our server (Ashton Smith) did a great job taking care of our large party. Our drinks never went empty, our orders came out correct, table stayed pre-bussed and he was truly a joy to have as a server. Very welcoming, good social distancing, good food and a great place for kids. Our server, Lacey, made the Birthday and the whole experience very enjoyable.
We are out of town visitors & ate at the Springdal, AR location last night because it was right near our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was really good especially the Boom Boom Shrimp. There was a little mix up with my order but our waitress Terina was persistent in getting it resolved even though I said to not worry about. Even the manager came out to make sure I was happy. We will definitely return while we are in town.

My wife and I stopped through and enjoyed an amazing experience with our server, Aerielle. I have been in the service industry since I was a teenager and let me tell you I have never seen a server quite like Aerielle. She was extremely promt, personable, and proactive with her service and to top it off she was hilarious! Which my wife and I love a good server that can be funny with us. There was not one time we had to ask for anything, like refills or extra napkins. 10/10 would ask for her specifically if we are ever able to come back through. Also the food was delicious!! Really enjoyed the Chicken Herb wrap.
