My really wanted to go there because she worked there when she was in college. The food was decent but similar to Applebee's, TGIF, etc...

Lacey did an incredible job! We had many kids in our party and she took very good care of us!

Once a year, for the last 4-5 years, we have come to Springdale and always end up eating at MarketPlace at least once. Jessie was EASILY our best server in all that time.

We ordered off of the catering menu for a group of 10 and we were not disappointed! When I called the order in, the phone was answered quickly, and the person taking my order was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out an entree, side items, etc. The food was delicious and there was more than plenty of it. They supplied cups, plates, eating utensils, serving ware, napkins, ice, 3 different salad dressings, etc. You name it - they thought of it! So awesome and a great price too. Even a nice courtesy email after to see if everything was okay. I LOVE the Marketplace - A+. Whoever is running this place needs a raise :)

Always have amazing food and amazing waitresses! Our waitress this we had this time Terina was awesome, always kept our drinks full and food was out fast she was very nice and a very good waitress. We definitely will be back this place is our favorite!!!

This was my second time coming here and it was incredible. Our waitstaff Jessie and Zac always made sure we had what we needed and were very welcoming. 10/10

Food wasn't that great!! The waitress acted as if she didnt like people with different race. The only thing i noticed was the bus boy, he was very attentive and he even came outside to give us our dessert we left.. I wish I would have caught his name..

Literally FANTASTIC! I am a picky eater but everything I had was incredible!! The spinach artichoke dip is a MUST! And the bread, oh dont get me started. Rachel was our waitress and she was very attentive and knew the menu well. Highly recommend and you should request her!

Tonight was the first time my husband and I have ever been to Marketplace. The food was amazing and our waitress Ashley was too sweet! Very attentive and answered any questions we had. We will be back and I will be requesting her again!

We had a catering at the office for around 175 people. The caterers were awesome and left me with no clean up and no headaches. We will definitely be using them for future events.

All in all it was good it s nothing special the queso had cinnamon on it I wasn t a fan but some people would like it the atmosphere is good there a tad slow but all in all it was a good experience

Great staff and service, good food, and you better get the chocolate mess when you go. This was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Conway, and I was pretty happy to learn they had a location in NWA when I moved up here.

Ordered their Prime Dip sandwich and I have to say, it is genuinely the worst of its kind I have ever tasted. For comparisons sake, lets use Arby's French dip for scale. If you were to place Arby's French dip sandwich at the top of a 1 through 10, This Prime Dip is at a 1. Now compare that to a scale that rates all of the French Dips I have ever eaten, and Arby's French dip would rate as a 3. This sandwich was so bad it can't even be measured between anything I've ever experienced.

The meat was the same shade as the napkins that were provided; white. Aside from the unmistakable tinge of microwaved flavor, it is completely devoid of anything resembling the taste of beef. Even a liberal dosing of au jus only serves to die a gruesome death at the center of this black hole of flavor.

Marketplace is a great place to eat any time of day. I have been coming here for years! Service and food is always consistent. I also love that they are Local Trade Partners.
Terina is a great employee and takes care of her customers with excellence. I walked in earlier and she had her purse on the shoulder ready to leave and take a break. She stopped and sat me instead of walking by and making me wait until someone saw me. That s the kind of employee all of us business owners love!

SERVING sizes have obviously changed with some giving calories. Ordered a chicken berry salad, dinner size as always...no bacon, 1 cashew, no bread. Guess what u now have to ask for bread, no longer offered at the start. Dinner plate salad was small like a lunch salad. Time to find a new place...wont be back!

Love the food and cool place but really no alchohol because it's a "family place"? Its 2019 and I hate skipping places just because they dont have everything. Should really provide it all.

Robert Steak was thin and salted so much I could not taste the beef. Bread was half cooked.

We used MarketPlace Catering for an event of around 200 people. The set up was beautiful the staff was punctual, attentive, and super friendly, and the food was wonderful! We will for sure use them again for our future catering needs!

Portions a bit smaller. Service a bit slow for a Thursday night. Better luck next yimr

Marketplace does an incredible job helping us feed our volunteers. We use their food/service often and everyone is consistently thrilled with the quality and taste of the food they serve!

We eat here so often when we're in Springdale, that it's a problem. Not a day goes by that I don't want their salad and bread. Their wait staff varies between top notch and begging for good reviews.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at marketplace grill. Everything was perfect in every way, every staff member was helpful and friendly. The food could not have been more delicious and my server Rachel gave outstanding service , she answered all of my questions and suggested some new items I had never tried. This place has always impressed me when it comes to service and I love being able to count on that each and every time I visit. If you have never tried Marketplace Grill I strongly suggest you do so.

Went for an early dinner and Lacey was great! Very attentive and everything was exactly as we ordered. Go in and ask for Lacey!

Good food and good deals on the dinner for two menu.

We used Marketplace Grill catering for our Spring Formal Banquet. The food was hot and delicious. It was cooked to perfection. Our catering representative arrived an hour before our event started. Her name was Toni and she was extremely professional. She worked behind the scenes setting everything up so nicely. This is our 8th year to use Marketplace Grill!

The Entrees were so very disappointing :( :(

We selected MarketPlace Grill based on thereviews here, and it did not live up to the reviews; not even close.
I ordered a Half Slab of Baby Back Ribs. - I nearly backed out when the waitress said they were "Falling-off-the-bone"
The portion size was only 4 bones ! A Half slab should be about 6. (A Full Slab is by definition 11-13)
There was very little meat. -- A crime in the Headquarters Town of Tyson Foods.
The Membrane was not removed.
They were very over-cooked.

My Wife ordered Salmon - undercooked and she did not like the sauce.

The couple across from of us didn't like their Entrees either.
About half our group seemed happy with their meals.

Shelby is a great waitress. They have the best deal going with their Two Can Dine meals. Love this place.

I brought one of my clients to lunch and we had an excellent experience! Lacey was our server and was very fast and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything came out quick and exactly as ordered. The food was fresh and amazing as always!

My fiance & I are from Oklahoma. We went road tripping & found this place on Yelp. We just ate here for lunch & WOW!!! This place is the real deal! I ordered the Hawaiin Chicken with Broccoli & Green Beans & my fiance ordered the ultimate meat pie (pizza). The food tasted so fresh & so good. Ashley was our waitress, she was nice & very attentive. We'll be coming back to Springdale soon just so we can eat here again.

They have the best chicken pizza!! And that chocolate mess... It's amazing Wait staff are generally the best!! We went in for dinner take out and had a chocolate mess while we waited and our Waiter was just as friendly as tho we were staying for the whole 9 yards!! Thank you

Dropped by for lunch on a weekday. They have lunch specials from 11-4 which are pretty good deals. The waiting area was pretty huge so seems like they get real busy in the evening and weekends. Shout out to my server Terina who gave me a good run through of the menu and specials they have. I spent more than an hour there working and she checked on me frequently and re-filled my water when needed. This place is close to where my hotel so will definitely keep coming back for lunch during the week.

We had the flaming queso and it was delicious. Tried the new shrimp tacos. We didn't try it but I think they have a free birthday dessert.

Had a great time at Marketplace!! Food was great! Ashley our server did an amazing job!! She went above and beyond for our large group! Can't beat Marketplace! Lindsay was our server and made sure our drinks were always full and that we had plenty of the yummy bread. Everything is good there, but I especially enjoy the turkey filet minon. Super smoky flavor that is unbeatable. We will back, probably weekly.
