Nice hotel with friendly staff very helpful all speak good English plenty to entertain kids

An affordable hotel close to the marina. In front and near Port Ghalib, where you can shop or eat something in the evening. The hotel itself ok, rooms cleaned daily, food quite monotonous but tasty, service at a good level. Worth the attention if you are looking for a not expensive accommodation !!!

I liked cz its light hotel and comfortable near of Porto Ghalib have a good view and nice pool

To sum it up the staff is really helpful, they listen and do their best to solve problems ., we had an issue with one of the staff he mistreated my daughter because he thought it was OK to do so with an Egyptian but he was scolded by his manager and they apologised for what happened.
The hotel's rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Once the chef in the restaurant knew that we want a certain type of food , the next day the food was made and served to us with love .
Really enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent hotel for comfort, recreation and breathtaking views across the Port of Ghalib

Bad experience with unexperienced employees they don't know any thing about hospitality especially the house keeping and waitresses and also the front disk.
They don't give you the good advise even they don't help.
Animation team is ok
Food quality is very poor, service is very bad

Very nice and nice place, nice and typical shops but too much insistence and intrusion by the Egyptians. Overall a nice center for walks. I did not visit the hotels but you could see a beautiful reef from the pier. The only drawback too many boats that take up space for snorkeling

Food is good location not bad and stuff & service is so bad

We have been to Egypt several times and can afford an objective judgment. The area is good for being close to the Port Ghalib harbor for things to do. The hotel and staff were a total disappointment for us. And in our opinion absolutely not recommendable.

# _ was the best experience of travel, which is designed to relax, the design of the hotel and its colors, which relied on the blue in every degree I was a real amazing shiva and very suitable for the overall atmosphere .. <3 <3

The booking includes breakfast, dinner, drinks, and the food is very sweet and varied during the 4 days we spent, different kitchens and different varieties.
The hotel we add is very great and a great opportunity for me to imagine, people are respectfully respectable and most foreigners get off.
We booked after the "bus" and the trip took almost 8 hours and the text, and because the hotel is in front of the finish line, we checked with the drivers that we landed at Porto Ghalib and we were sure the hotel that we sold the first Arab to arrive for us to come and actually we got on the road at The entrance of Porto Ghalib and the Arab of Gatalna, and the same talk is needed to get back to Cairo.
Al-Bisin was better than the one that followed the hotel, because there was a jellyfish at the time. We did not need to walk 5 minutes until we reached the sea, but the hotel said that there were Arab girls in Tudina and we answered if we were loved but we were Magrabenash, because the Bisin was more wonderful.
It has 3 pesos, 2 adults and 1 children.
During the 4 days part of us did not have any activities, we only had the hotel in the hotel, the relaxation and the snorkeling and the part were doing a cruise and daving followed a guaranteed end there but it was at a very low cost and was not followed by the hotel.
In the night there are dance parties and shows, the hotel beats them and people reach the pogogram.
There is a shop in the hotel for those who want to answer gifts or buy simple necessities.

* I repeat the experience very sweet for me wanting to sit back and imagine and spend a nice and simple time, the activities at a second cost and the mustahab be monitored by the ghosts there.

Good hotel tours are excellent natural views are fabulous very good place to enjoy

Unfortunately there is no real bar in this hotel, you can get a drink that you get in a plastic cup and pull it back into a nook and cranny, the rooms are clean and the food is good value for money. The beach is very nice for snorkeling, which is why I was actually here. If you want to book here, you should compare providers with each trip, the prices are very different.

Excellent hotel, but with a problem sunset into the sea.

Classic Egyptian-style hotel, 4 star, quiet hotel without children, rich animation program, plenty of opportunities for excursions to dolphins, quads, Karnak and many more to speak directly at the hotel at a lower price than the traveler. The staff speak English, German Russian and little Czech

Nice budget hotel with friendly staff, who know the value of customer-centric service. Bit run down and a small renovation would be in order (albeit NOT at night!!). Having a 5* PADI Divecenter (Emperor Divers) in.house and with the boats lying in front of the hotel, makes it the ideal hotel for divers!! :)
