I was pre-approved by my bank that I used and trusted for several years, I explained that I would need a quick turnaround once an offer was accepted and was told not a problem. When the offer was accepted, I called XYZ bank, I was told that a 3 week turnaround would not be possible as the timeline would be 30-45 days. They said, no lender could close that quickly. My realtor recommended Marimark Mortgage and it was the best decision I made. They were able to get my file submitted quickly and were cleared to close in 5 days with a lower rate than anticipated!
