This has been a great place to work. I have enjoyed building friendships with the team in and outside of work. The managers have continually helped so much with training me and my success was made possible by their experience and guidance.
I have worked at Venicom since early 2017 and it has been a great few years. My coworkers were friendly and professional and a delight to work with. Management was supportive and wanted nothing more than each of us to be successful. Great company to work for.
I am a long time customer of Venicom. They continue to excel at finding cost savings for my company. They on multiple occasions have saved the day. They have a 24/7 repair team along with an excellent sales and operations team. Thank you for all you do!!!
I really enjoyed my time here. There were sales meetings weekly and a great bunch of managers to work for. The work environment was professional yet fun.
Great company to work for, Customer always comes first, which makes your job easy.
Scam company, do not do business with these marketers!!!
Fun office to work in. I had a great Manager who really taught me a lot. It was a great place to work, I had lots of fun building friendships with the team in and out of work. My Managers helped so much with training me and my success was made possible by their experience and guidance.
Fake Scam company. They sign you up for T-Mobile service, claiming to be them, T-Mobile is great by the way, not this company though. Once your signed up, they send you phones, I received a phone which was blocked and useless, so I set up and exchange to find out that phone was linked to another T-Mobile account which was suspended due to non payment and the device is financed by T-Mobile (not this company) for the said account, which is not mine. I of course learned they are a scam company stealing peoples money so I dispute the charge and now I get a breach of contract for $400 per line, I only have 2 lines yet they get $1200, first $800, they can't make their minds up how much they want to rip me off. SCAM COMPANY STEER CLEAR, THEY WILL ROB YOU.... I will be taking them to court as I record all my calls and got their pity all recorded as well as the first day I got their blocked phone when I called TMOBILE.
I worked at Venicom for roughly 6 years. During by time at Venicom there was growth potential and engaging projects. Loved the culture and the people I worked with. Management was supportive.
COMPANY IS FRAUD. They lied to me . BILLED ME 600 dollars after i cancelled and sent the debt to 4 different creditors. It has been nightmare for me for the past year. I just got T-Mobile corporate involved and finally may have a resolution to my matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
My experience here was absolutely stellar. The management staff was superior. They had continuous training and support for all employees.
This place is horrible if they call you or come to your door. RUN!!!!! I use to work for them I should know. SHADY!!!
Fun place to work. Free lunch on Monday's and a Manager that really cared about my success.
Too many companies out there promise the moon and deliver cheese, Venicom is hands down the BEST at delivering what they promise. The technical guys know there stuff, got my email server right on the first try and helped us avoid maleware on our companies mail server. The sales guys didnt sell us anything we didnt need for our small but growing company. I only wish I discovered them years ago.
Fairly Decent place to work. Treated well and Has a relaxed and professional environment. I would certainly suggest the company.
Sales reps lied to us, they say they are T Mobile reps. Worst mistake I've ever made trying to switch from att to T-Mobile. They gave us the lowest grade phones possible. T mobile cannot help you since we technically signed up through this company. I hope this company goes bankrupt
I spoke with a David at this company which was very rude, he over talked myself and my husband. We was promised to recieve $300 for both lines that was canceled but didn't receive it. Then the representative who signed us up informed us we could only get a certain phone, but that wasn't true. They are LIARS!!!!
Worked with a great bunch of folks that really enjoy what they do. Very involved in my success and managers that continue training to make sure you are able to seal the deal with the customers.
I have been a customer of Venicom for about 5 years now and they never cease to amaze me. There continuous efforts to streamline and make my business more efficient are greatly appreciated.
Sales meetings weekly and a great bunch of managers to work for. Enjoyed my time here.
I worked here for 7 months and they fired me because I was only two minutes late to work. I was never late prior to this and was only late due to two accidents on the freeway. This company is notorious for favoritism and only promoting people they like vs over those who actually deserve to be promoted. For the hourly pay, the work you are required to do is far more extensive then any other job I have worked for, which have actually paid more. Wouldn t recommend working here.
Do not do business with this company, they mis-represented T-Mobile! I was told that they would pay our early termination fees with sprint which never happened and they locked us into a 2 year contract with T-Mobile which, they don't even have contracts anymore. The phones that they gave us are horrible and they said they were comparable to the Galaxy S5....We had the S3 with sprint and they didn't even begin to compare with them. They drop calls all the time. I have reported them to the BBB.
I have worked for Venicom for over 15 years. Venicom is a company that truly cares about their employees and their employees success. Venicom is constantly trying to find new and improved ways to make the day more efficient and more effective for each of their employees. They offer multiple incentives as well as ongoing training's to their employees. This is a one of kind company.
They had free lunch every Monday. Working here was fun and it was refreshing having managers that really cared about my success. Offered ongoing group training's as well as one on one.
Scam company . Harassed my wife at work to switch. We cancelled the next day. They stole the phones and we are now getting 1500 $ T-Mobile bills. Do not do business with T-Mobile or venicom . Anyone know a good attorney? I would love to take this to court we have tracking numbers and documentation.
Beware of scam ! I hope this company will get out of business , this is 100% scam , The funny things that they will call you as a team mobile company (which is also another company that have very bad reputation out there)Company s sale people misrepresented themselves as being from T-Mobile.,,,,, liar !! liar !! liar !! Offer to" jump" (jump to new phone ) move to new phone for free if we will need to pay to "jump"? she (Victoria ) say no . Then we fined out it will be a payment of $199 the sales person (Victoria ) also lied about the service , i have everything on text massage with her
Company's sale people misrepresented themselves as being from T-Mobile. I found out after the fact T-Mobile does not send out representatives. This is a third party carrier, and once you've signed onto the contract it takes hundredths to get out of it. I had found this out when I tried to add more data to my phone and was told I'd have to pay $400.00 {!!@#$@}. That's when I found out I'm Venicom, not T-Mobile. I've learned my lesson...let the FCC investigate them.
They pretended to be from Verizon, came to our business and convinced us to switch because they said our phone lines are copper wire (when in the end I found out they were fiber optics) and need to switch to fiber optics. I asked the guy 12+ times if they are really Verizon because I was skeptical as well and he kept saying YES without a doubt. 3 months later, after having several issues and getting billed way more than they promised, we have finally had it and are switching back to the REAL Verizon. Filing a complaint with the FCC. They are scamming everyone it looks like. Someone needs to put an end to this.
Signed with them for my business opened account with 6 lines. COMPLETE SCAM.. once you get the phones mailed and they overcharge your credit card your screwed. The sales reps have "NO CALLER ID" on their phones IF you can get through to them and they return your call IF THEY COME TO YOU, KICK THEM OUT!!!!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE FROM T-MOBILE BUT ARE NOT. IM SUPRISED T-MOBILE HASNT SUED THEM YET... Anyone who has rated this company 5 star must be working for the company.
Venicom is one of the best call center's I have encountered and work in over the years. The family and friendliness in the center is second to none. It's a great place for people who seek a warm environment and fair wages.
I worked for four years with this company. Management along with my coworkers are a great bunch of people. They consistently supported me and assisted me in improving my skills. You are definitely part of a team when working here.
got a tmobile phone the other day, had a tech issue, called in and received world class customer support and resolution. Great!!
If you want to switch to T-Mobile go in to the corporate store. When the sales agent will not share their Cell number with you there is a reason. After their 14 day window when the buyer's remorse period expires this company could care less
The sales rep who came to my office told me she was offering business accounts for T Mobile in order to give business clients discounted rates and perks. This company obviously is one that does not value transparency with their client's client's, and therefore does not respect their clients. Be sure and require proof the next time a sales person comes to your door or office. Doing business with Venicom has lead to my credit card being charged four times in one amount of $104, and three charges of $196. No goods or services have been rendered in return during the "non-contract" period.
Sorry if this is long, but...As others said, people came to my job misrepresenting themselves as t mobile reps. They lied about the whole entire process. For instance, they told me the phone would activate when I sent a text or made a call with the new phone, and I had 2 weeks to activate if I liked it. I was already being billed and wanted to know why so when I called T-Mobile they told me it gets activated as soon as it enters my zip code. This was back in 2016, when I told t-mobile I wanted to return it, I had trouble returning it and it took a few times calling and a few costumer service for someone to realize I didn t really sign up with t mobile. I signed up with venicom. So instead of sending the phone to T-Mobile I had to send it back to venicom!! Weird! So I sent it back, I paid extra so someone would need to sign for it because you can t trust these con artist, good thing I did!! I got a call from someone at this company telling me I did not return the phone and would have to pay. I had the receipt with the tracking number and saw it was delivered and even signed for. Money. Hungry. I still receive bills from T-Mobile that I m never paying for. They got enough money from me. I don t know how but somehow in the middle of all this my sprint number, which is my real phone number stopped existing, so I had to pay my way out of my lease still with sprint, get a new number soo much. I have no idea how T-Mobile and this company tie together, but it looks T-Mobile look reallly bad, especially if they are aware of this company scamming people using their name!
There is free lunch on Monday's and Manager's that really cared about my success. It was a fun place to work. They really taught me a lot. Continual training so that each representative is successful.
I cant even give one star because these people are a total SHAM!! They will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear to get you to switch over and then they leave you high and dry to clean up the mess by yourself all the while misidentifying themselves as a T-mobile rep.
This is a fun place to work. I had the opportunity to make some great friendships with my team members inside and out of work. My managers were truly inspiring. They really gave all of us a voice. They listened to our ideas. The training was excellent and their guidance and experience is what made my success possible.
I ordered a new T-Mobile cell phone and was very happy with their customer service. They helped me pick out the best plan and phone for my budget and set up my account. Thanks!
LOL dont fall for this BS!!!!!....This is a B2B telecom job where you sell COMCAST services to other businesses. Basically you will be driving around town(In ATLANTA where one of their offices are located) & other places to sell Comcast to the business. THIS IS NOT AN HOURLY PAY JOB, DO NOT BE FOOLED. They pay by commission(about $300-$400 per sale) , but it is a FORM 1099 which means you pay the gov't back your taxes during tax season( lol, that's all I can say)
I don t understand all the negatives Reviews. I really don t. T-Mobile sends you an electronic signature to your email which you sign from your email and such email has a breakdown of your charges including Downpayments and Sales Taxes and also the terms and conditions. Don t blame companies of being scammers just because you didn t like being charged for something that you signed. Every single phone company have a time limit in which you can return the phones. If you go to a store and buy a pair of shoes, don t show up to the store in 2 months to return it and expect to get a refund. Mostly everywhere you go has Max 30 Days return policy. Plus, T-Mobile stores are also Resellers. No negative comments about Venicom. They clearly say it over the phone, that they are Authorized T-Mobile RESELLERS.
Biggest mistake I ever made was agreeing to listen to reps "from T-Mobile" and leave Verizon. 2 years later, my business account is still not set up right. This cost my company thousands of dollars when T-Mobile did not keep any of the promises made by Venicom reps who sold us our new lines. I could fill this page with the countless issues we experienced from reps who make a sale and then disappear as soon as an issue comes up, but I won't. I'll leave my advice simple: avoid Venicom reps at all cost, no matter how legit their offers seem.
Very engaged management staff that help me make sales. It is a fast paced environment and very busy, but they offer training each week, which worked great.
Worked with a great bunch that really enjoy what they do. Enjoyed the team aspect so much.
I am a customer of Venicom. I can't thank them enough for the cost saving efforts they have come up with for my company. They have saved the day so many times when other carriers have messed up. We have multiple locations and various data and telecom services they handle for us. They have a 24/7 repair team and an excellent sales and operations team supporting every request I send them. Thank you for all you do!!!
I will never do Business with TMOBILE AGAIN!!! Tmobile send out these so call 3 rd party sales people to sell their plans, but guess what, you get screwed, you cannot contact TMOBILE for any help because you signed up under Venicom!
Salesman showed up to my job and tried to get us to switch to T-Mobil (he acted like a t mobil rep, but they are a third party). I fell for his gimmicks after telling him i was satisfied with my phone service provider. Made it seem like i was saving money, but in the end it wasn't true. phones have were never opened and sent back. Still waiting for my refund for the sales tax i paid. 30 - 90 days to wait is absolutely ABSURD. my money is just floating around in a computer system, why does it take that long! who knows if i will get my money back!
