Marco Polo Ortigas was an all-rounder with its helpful staff and full range breakfast buffet.

A 5-star Hotel. However, when we we're there (Dec 2017), there was an unpleasant odor upon entry to their lobby, .

HI Frank, All good but as you know in the service industry there is always room for improvement. One of which maybe the number of service staff at VU's. I noticed that you only have one or two staff at the start of your happy hour at 5pm and as guests builds up, the number of staff didn't change except of the receptionists who don't really assist guest for their orders. i hope this can improve so that our stay with VU's can be more regular. Thank you.

Great room, food is okay. But the check-in and check-in line is horrible. Even the valet service takes a long time!
But the view is great. They have space for kids, swimming pool with jacuzzi and rooms with bath tub.

Nice and friendly staffs..
Function rooms are available from small events to a big one.

Excellent service, excellent people. This has been the fine print rules of Marco Polo Ortigas! Thank you for accommodating me last Sunday when my flight was cancelled. It was just a simple text even on wee hours and everything went well. Excellent! No wonder my key cards are keep piling up.

Has unique elevators, you dunno where the buttons are :o the elevators tell how good the interiors, design, and ambiance. So far the place is cozy, warm to the eyes ;) you definitely have an idea of how welcoming the place is gonna be when you pass by hotel staffs

Overall, it has been a good stay at the hotel. Just the breakfast varieties needs to be improved though.

It's the staff that brings Marco Polo to the top as Forbes 5 star. You know that staff are well trained and managed very well. I am a hotelier and was amazed how your staff deliver and give excellent service to costumers. I am happy with my room I stayed and how my room was cleaned. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of my room and everything I need was automatically provided. A really great experience which I can share to my hotel. Kudos to your Housekeeping Team.

We booked an two rooms, adjacent, for two nights for the long weekend. The rooms were as expected. However, at night, since the one of the rooms was facing Metro Walk, the noise from across the street was very audible. to think we were at the 27th floor! So for the first night, there was no peaceful sleep due to the noise. when we raised this concern, Kristine of the their Club was very helpful. She moved us to the 43rd floor so that the second night could be more quiet.
This made us very happy; however the other room at the 43rd floor was I suppose still facing the street. So at night, the sound of the ambulance siren, cars honking were still heard. :( I think this hotel needs to improve their sound proofing.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms. 45 th floor lounge is awesome for drinks with freinds. The staff in excellent and the lounge is well managed. Ivy and Fey are the best.

Loved the rooms. Problem is the long wait for the elevators' availability. Pool and dressing area are superb. Dining area has queue, but menu is fine.

Overall a great hotel you can expect from Marco Polo and the service level is high. Only issue is the traffic congestion due to its location which is facing a main road.

I've checked-in for a couple of times already and my most recent stay's no different from my past visits. Marco Polo has always been consistent in providing excellent service. Stepping in, you'll immediately notice the hotel's state-of-the-art display. Upon entering the rooms, its facilities will make you
feel like you've checked yourself in to something really premium. More than the outstanding hotel aesthetics, the quality of service provided by the staffs is what I don't wanna miss to commend. They're all pleasant and enthusiastic, and seemed to be enjoying what they do. They're all polite and they try to be as helpful as possible. Before directed to our respective rooms, we're accommodated in the Continental Club Floor where we're given extra assistance. We were provided with options to choose from when it comes to our food/drink preference even before we even ask. I appreciate that we're also given information by the receptionist about hotel amenities that we can enjoy, ensuring that we'll have the most of our entire stay. Truly, both excellent facilities and quality service are what make up a good hotel experience.

Good Hotel, great location if you want to explore and there are a couple of good bars in the hotel. Staff were friendly and room was clean.

Great location but slightly congested lifts. The breakfast spread is good but not outstanding. Rooms are good.

We always book a couple of rooms whenever Christmas and New Year comes around. We first checked in when they first opened (2,3 years ago?) and have yet to be disappointed.

Rooms were, as always, cozy, clean, and comfortably cold. Bathrooms were always clean to the point of being sterile.

Their restaurants always ensured you wouldn't want to eat outside of the hotel for the duration of your stay. Got to give props to one of their managers, Sheryl, who never failed to please. Whereas other hotels would make it a hassle to get an extra bed or would take forever to have a bucket of ice delivered, Sheryl and the housekeeping and concierge staff always made it easy for their guests.

No complaints,none. Our stay last December (rooms 3417 and 3418) would definitely not be our last.
