5 stars for the hotel, rooms, food, service and staffs!

Good service and facility, but had to pay parking???!

we had our staycation here for my wife's birthday this July. they made it special by preparing the room with a greeting card, balloons, teddy bear, and small cake. kudos to the staff! the bed was very comfortable and the room is spacious. Minimum P80 to and from MegaMall/Shangrila Mall via Grab. Metrowalk just opp side of road. this is now our new fav hotel in Ortigas.

EXCELLENT and everyone was very courteous, helpful and nice while we were there. Hotel rooms were awesome and above expected.

Marco Polo Ortigas is truely an amazing hotel that is located in the heart of Ortigas, whenever we are in town it is the only place we stay.

The Executive Lounge is great for spending your day to conduct meetings and catchup with friends alike. The food that is prepared for breakfast, morning tea, after tea and of course the cocktails of an evening are a great way to entertain ones self while conducting business.

Eric and the team go to great length to make our stay very memorable, with their attentiveness to all our needs.

A beautiful and prestigious hotel, a shame that dinner is very expensive. A relatively inexpensive hotel in terms of accommodation. Located in a remote area of the city center, but we still found restaurants and performances at the back of the hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice food and comfortable rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We celebrate our friend birthday here with a viewing party of Finding dory. I just have one question. Why the 2 bed room we checked in have a bathroom sliding door? We nearly opened it while some is inside using it. We enjoy the stay. Thank you for having us.

Doesnt aeem to have the element of luxury that a 5 star Forbes rated hotel should have. Staff at the lobby are nice though but banquet staff have no eye contact no facoal reaction when i requested for dessert spoon after clearing all my cutleries. Area traffic is so tight and parking is so difficult. Queuing for valet but was asked by police its not allowed to queue outside of marco polo premises.

Had a sumptuous breakfast at the Cucina restaurant. All the staff is really kind and the food really delicious. Looking forward to come back there and hopefully spend more time at the hotel and in the facilities.

Superb experience. I super love their king size bed checked in when they had their promotions wayback 2015. Customer service experience is topnotch. With indoor pool and very fancy shower room with availability of pool towels. Worth every penny spent.

I visited this place for some event and we have some drinks in the roof top area where the view is awesome.

Since it's Marco Polo a popular hotel, the interior design is amazing and the staff will really assist your needs.

The service here is good, the place is also at the center of Ortigas / Pasig where it's close to different restaurants and bars.

The hotel is well-designed. Thumbs up for everything except the elevators. Maybe they could use a few more elevators.

Over all, happy with my stay! Even the food during our conference was better than most hotel food!

Very good service, usual 5 star facilities, indoor pool on the top floor is beautiful, recommend inhouse Chinese restaurant, 24hr convenience store below, well located for people having work near Eastwood, some Malls nearby as well. Room service menu could be made better, especially for late night eats .

Food is always good. Place is convenient. Room is clean and practical.

Good hotel. But lots of unexpected charges in the hotel after booking via Agoda. They say that we can cancel our reservation but we still have to pay the whole amount which is around 18k for 2 nights instead of 13k (Agoda price).

My wife and I have been staying at the Marco Polo in Ortigas Center for over two months now. The hotel is new and the interiors are still pretty nice. The room sizes are good, views are terrific. Service, however, is horrible. We wanted to like the hotel and more but the longer that we're here the worse it becomes. The staff try, but many seem to lack adequate training. Room service is slow, and often they make mistakes. Ask for confirmation that what you order is what you will get. Check the bill.. twice. Repeat yourself a lot. When the food/drinks come, don't expect that they will be worth the money. Don't even expect that they will be good. Just expect that you can eat it. Some people at the hotel have tried to help accommodate us better for our long-term stay (which is appreciated) but these 'perks' weren't communicated well throughout the hotel so we had to fight to enjoy them until matters were generally straightened out. Maybe if you say here for a day it's OK, but I can't recommend it long term in good conscious.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service is excellent. This hotel has the best breakfast from any hotel I've ever stayed at.

The morning buffet - an array of asian and western cuisine. It was awesome! Ofcourse... it comes with a price.

I loved this hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and specious. The location is good in a push and clean area and a walking distance from 2 big shopping Malls, and lots of restaurants around.

Five star rating for sure. Excellent services and great food selection. The rooms are spacious with modern interiors. Very comfortable bed. Excellent views from all angles. Price is also reasonable. I will book here again next time I visit the area.

What a very good hotel...the best.. new clean and so...so....so...good... it has swiming pool, hot whirl pool and sauna. Has continental club house for 1600peso for beeakfast tea time lunch dinner till 7 pm...at 1 price... good food nice place nice view...

The place is cozy and clean, staffs are friendly, food is great, the rooftop bar is a must see, amenities are good. Your stay will be a good value for your money. Will definitely go back and recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. But a place to avoid during the holidays because of the congestion at the elevators.

This is hotel is amazing. As we arrived, our very heavy luggage (Female issues), were quickly taken care of and we were directed to the 24th Floor for check in (different). The check in area was aesthetically pleasing and the service and professionalism was evident.

Once we checked in, we were informed that our room was located on the 34th floor, our room surpass any expectation.. it was spacious (always good, since I live in NY).

Then hunger stroke, we went straight to the Chinese a la cart restaurant located on the 44th floor, the food was amazing and the prices where pretty modest for a high-end restaurant.

Next day we had a la cart breakfast at Cucina located on the 24th floor...and this is where we made our biggest mistake, we ordered ala cart instead of Buffett (Big Mistake) the price is almost the same for less options... but we learned quickly. The breakfast and Lunch buffet were amazing!!! I fully recommend it!

If you are thinking of traveling to Philippines, I recommend this hotel because of the quality and service but also the Ortigas area of Manila is very walkable and safe.

Experience wasnt as pleasing as expected. Gutted we didnt get to use most of the offers we were told upon purchasing our membership. Pool facilities are no different from public "children's swimming pools. Over all, theres an attempt to live up to its 5 star status however, it seems like they cant carry on with it that we just felt restricted and bizarre the whole stay that its a relief to finaly check out and leave.

Vu bar's night view is awesome! The rooms are superb too!

Deserves the 5-star rating. Though the buffet is a bit overrated.

The buffet is really good with a good selection of shellfish and prime rib. I also enjoy their extensive bread and cheese area. The city view is also very nice.

Kina difficult to park, especially if you have a big vehicle. But overall, it was an awesome place! :)

Great hotel, really great staff who can not do enough for you. The only issue I had was some of them did not understand when I was asking for something, so you finished up with the wrong thing. Otherwise a great place to stay and it was conveniently close to the.office.
