Marco Polo Hotels Review

This has always been majestic. I remember when I was a kid and staying here over the weekend, it has never been rubbish.

We spent three nights here. I love the room where we stayed because the view at night was magnificent. I like how they deliver foods to our room it was classy not the traditional room service delivery.

Excellent hotel. Although they could improve their parking and valet situation. It takes tooooo long to wait.

One of the cozy hotels here in ortigas. Rooms are a little bit small. But has jacuzzi.

I'm looking forward to staycation again at this amazing hotel. We had a wonderful experience at Marco Polo Ortigas and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool was a great break. Not very deep but you can swim. Great for the kids. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Knew all the answers to questions I asked. Will be coming back here one day. Hopefully it maintains its excellence.

Stayed here for three days. We really enjoyed it! Love the indoor pool and the sauna. Food is great. When we stayed here, the Azkals were there too! My friend got a chance to take a picture with Phil Young Husband. Anyway, this is very near Metrowalk where you can chill and take a drink. Highly recommended hotel here in Manila.

Last sunday it was Ilocano dishes they served. Sarap!

Place is nice and accessible but parking is limited as its size is not that big

Went here for a conference. The Grand conference room can accommodate almost 300 pax, the food served was good, cheesecake was great, and the rest rooms are always clean.

The service is great, the room is big and decor is great. The view from the top is breathtaking

It was a very nice hotel, in fact a 5-star one, with very cozy rooms, with necessary amenities, nice view and very filling breakfast. However it was quite difficult to adjust the room AC, to the point resorting to just closing it. Temp was still ok even when it was off.

We really enjoyed our stay there, especially the food. Design is modern, hotel has a pleasant smell everywhere you go. Great service & staff are very accomodating. You really feel that you're an important guest. The room is spacious & fill with all you need more importantly in gadget's different size/type of chargers. The VU's Sky bar has breath taking cityscape views.

Comfortable rooms, spacious and good breakfast. The scrambled eggs were one of the best I have tasted - even had 2 servings!

I love everything, this place won't disappoint you if you have plan to visit this. And highly recommend this place, also their staff they are also good they'll really treat you like a VIP ! ^^

Very nice clean organized place very accomodative staff.

At first we were dismayed 'coz the parking was small, the lobby was also small especially when crowded and we have to transfer elevators every time we go to the pool, to our room, to ground floor, etc. Their public toilet is far from Shangri la's stellar look.
But those first impressions were covered 'coz their service was awesome and most of their staff are courteous. My family enjoyed their indoor pool while I went to their sauna and gym. We were satisfied with their amenities. We had a good night sleep. They were considerate to us when it came to their rules 'coz we have 3 toddlers without nanny and their consideration was a big help. The buffet breakfast was energizing. We have experienced a five star service and I hope it will still be the same next time.

Great services, clean room but the lighting in the rooms is terrible. I feel like I'm walking around in the dark.

Food was not great, expensive and executive lounge food was lacking in choice and not very "executive", room was good, service was outstanding!

Lovely Hotel. Loved staying her for a month although I didn't appreciate staff checking my social media and trying to befriend me. Apart from singular staff being inappropriate the hotel is clean, great food (slightly over-priced) and a great bar

I like the hotel's ambience, very bright and neat. Restaurants like Cucina are just okay, food is not exceptional. Lung Hing on the other hand is over priced, servings are small just like you're eating in a French restaurant. However, I like Pronto Cafe's sandwiches.,

A place of comfort and luxury, their service is one the best and we highly recommend this to all. I will consider this hotel in my future plans with my family and friends.

It s a place away from home.

first thing you wull notice upon entering through the main entrance is the wonderful scent of roses in the lobby you will see real orchids decorating the table in thr seating area. one thong noyoveable id their female staff who appear to have taken out of a single mold. their japanese menu is to die for and so is their brewed ice tea. they have reasonable rates for whole day events that usually include 2 snacks and lunch that include use of venue and led projectors. all the food they serve is freshly cooked and of the highest quality. rates sre competitive when compared with other similar venues within a 1 kilometer radius.

Their training facilities were cozy, yet space can still be improved because we were a little cramped during the seminar. Restrooms, elevators, lobby, etc were great. Food was great as well. Customer service is okay, I don't particularly recall anyone being too nice or grumpy during our 1 day training.

Stayed for 3 nights. Service was commendable, quite obliging staff. I love my super king size bed, very comfy. The gym and pool facilities were great! The gym instructor even made me an energy shake! #pleasantsurprise
The only complaint is that the breakfast buffet queue was way tooooo long. Everytime i had to wait for 10-15min before entering. On my last morning, i gave up as i was running late, so wasted my money on the breakfast.
I'm heading back there again next week, hopefully will be pleasantly surprised.

The room was spacious. Room has practically everything you need for a pleasurable and hassle free getaway.Food was also great. But the best is their warm and friendly staff. Will be visiting again.

Probably the most memorable 5 star hotel I ve been to. It s memorable because of all the bad experiences me and my wife encountered in this hotel. The only reason we stayed was because we booked our family NYE celebration at VU Skybar in this hotel. Our check in was OK. Their lobby is located on the 24th floor of the hotel. To get to your room, you have to transfer from one elevator on the 24th floor to another elevator to your room. It gets really packed to the point that you have to fall in line just to get to the elevator with no organization whether your going up or down. Only one elevator goes to all the floors. We tried the complimentary breakfast buffet they offered, it starts from 6-10AM. We got there at 9:15AM and was asked to wait while they prepare our table (they weren t preparing our table it was just really packed) when we got seated at 9:50AM we were told that it will end at 10:15AM. When we looked at the food they offered at the buffet it was either empty or left-over food. (No butter, syrup, and basic stuff you would see in a breakfast buffet) We asked if they can put more food and they just ignored us. The omelette eggs and coffee took forever for them to give. Eventually my wife and I , plus another couple from Europe complained and they just gave us Adobo and Bacon which we didn t eat. (Bacon has no taste and Adobo was hard as hell and probably left-overs too). We were sleeping in the afternoon and the phone kept on ringing because the front desk wanted to know if we want the room to be cleaned. They also don t respect the Do No Disturb sign, they will still knock on your door even if it s on. The main entrance is always packed for some reason...some cars are parked, blocking the entry way and we have no choice to get on and off the street even if it s raining. We had our room cleaned and the carpet was not vacuumed. We have raised our concern while we were here but nothing has been done. Their Facebook reviews showed they responded to the concern but there was no follow up from Marco Polo. I will recommend the VU Skybar but not the hotel itself.

Best weekend stay ever! My room is absolutely superior. It has a good view of the skyscrapers of Ortigas and had a large comfortable queen sized bed just for me. 3 green apples welcomed me at my couch table which was a very welcome treat. The linen, the towels, bath robes, blankets are all super soft and fluffy and smelled good and if requested, they change everything daily. The toilet has all the free essentials I need like shampoo, soap and noticeably, they're of good quality and not of the generic type. They could have supplied a bidet for the toilet.. thats's the only thing missing. At the buffet breakfast, an extensive array of yummy food awaits you everyday. Now if they can only change the choices daily, or at least some of them, it would have been a perfect weekend stay for me. But hey, the resto staff are helpful and courteous along with the front desk clerks who did not ask me for a deposit! He trusts me! And that makes a whole world of difference. I love Marco Polo Ortigas!

Excellent but not perfect. At the lobby, you'd definitely feel like you're on top of the world with a great view of Manila's cityscape from the 24th floor. Exquisite F&B offerings have always given Marco Polo hotels an edge. The staff are very well trained and professional. Great stay!

Great hotel ..friendly staff.. very clean rooms.. heated indoor pool.. nice locker room.. what i don' t like is the elevators in which you have to transfer going up and down to your destination..breakfast could be better..

Everything about this hotel is worth mentioning .... from the front desk staff who are always so welcoming and efficient, the cafe's glorious food and service crew, the beautiful and well equipped rooms with that fabulous bath tub, the nice firm bed and relaxing are sofa and off course the magnificent view (especially at night).
The location is wonderful as it is close to shopping malls and eateries (love the filipino restaurant opposite the street) and out importantly is convenient because lots of taxis are available 24/7.
I also love staying in Marco Polo Davao and Marco Polo Hong Kong.

The crew prang makes it easy to keep plates .. no more eat it. Just ask questions or excuse. Major turn off ..

Good hotel for conference, good food and meeting room.

The most Fancy place I ever been but not expensive it's CRIS Aquino quotes said Sulit you getting more than what you paid for. Looking for good food you can enjoy it their 5star Hotel in Forbes big time nice ambiance, very nice good customer service, Their Manager Frank was always smile warms your heart makes you feel so welcome feels like home.

The best 5 star hotel in the middle of everywhere in Manila.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy the evening after hard day at office...and traffic.
