Great place. Forgot some clothes in their closet after I checked out. Called their front office to inform. Called me back that its ready to be picked up. Thank you Marco Polo.

Stayed here many times and they were always pleasant

Checked in at a deluxe king room and it was lovely. The room has a Nespresso machine, a well-stocked toilet and bath with a bathtub (yay!), and a good view of the Ortigas area. Oh, and it has fast wifi, too! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating but not intrusive. And the buffet! Our stay came with complimentary breakfast at Cucina which has a good range of food selections and cuisines. Overall, staying in Marco Polo was a pleasant experience. :)

We went for drinks at Vu Bar of 45th floor. Cocktails were delicious! View was wonderful - not something I'm used to seeing in Manila. Service was a little slow, but that's the relaxed Filipino way...

Very luxurious. Many chinese since it is based in Hong Kong? Great service. Everything was new and well furbished.

Posh business hotel in Ortigas. The service people are the best I've observed in the country.

Great rooms, good amenities. Elevators are a bit inconvenient though since you'll need to take separate elevators to the lobby (24th floor) and to the rooms above or floors below it.

I miss this place! I hope this pandemic will end soon so we can already go back to our 2nd home

Good service, yummy food, but no bidet in our superior room (they assured us that it ll be updated they just prioritised the suites), there was flickering lights in the headboard painting, backflow in the sink, TV cable interruption from check-in to night time.

Regardless of the minute inconveniences, they still managed to provide a card and balloons to greet us on our anniversary (as requested by my husband to surprise me). Staff are also assuring us all the time that all inconveniences will be addressed and we felt they being sincere on their apologies.

Overall the stay was worth it. :)

The hotel is nice but parking is a headache. They have limited slots. Food doesn't taste as it should be. Bland.

All good for a five star hotel though elevator system can be a bit confusing.

If you're looking to book some guests from abroad in the Ortigas area, this is a good place with value for money. Great buffets too.

Our company chose this place as the venue for our loyalty awards night. Needless to say the area was very nice. The food was amazing and the WiFi connection is pretty good. Also the staff are all accommodating and will respond/cater immediately to your needs.

The Marco polo hotel, decent food, pleasant looking lobby, spacious rooms, friendly staff, except the evening guy in the front desk who must've had a rough day.
Nice gym and pool.
One unfortunate experience was accomodating my whole family before closing, but no longer replenished the food served. So, we had few choices of food and settled with less servings.
Their club is aggressively doing good in marketing their club membership though.

Booked the continental club room. You have a separate check in/out desk. The staff are so nice and accommodating.
Kandy was exceptionally helpful.
If you really just want to relax this is the best booking. You get access to the continental lounge where you can have afternoon tea, cocktails before dinner and breakfast.

Rooms are great for a fraction of the price of the usual recognizable hotel chains.

Favorite hotel in Ortigas, particularly with relatively reasonably priced executive rooms (which give access to the lovely executive lounge with views across Manila).

Convenience store in basement makes it easy to find those cold drinks and snacks.

The internet works. The acoustics could still be improved, I could hear the next table even if I m about 1.5 meters away.

Great modern hotel with great service and staff. They are very helpful and accommodating. Ask for a corner room for more space, will always stay at Marco Polo when I am in Manila

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were also all worth the price. We felt very comfortable the whole stay (3N & 4D) and almost all our requests were granted. We love Marco Polo!

The hotel is really amazing. A very clean and accessible hotel located at ortigas. They serve delicious food and very accommodating staffs. Starbucks and other delicious restaurants are just down the building. Thumbs up!

The location is worst....Too much traffic already on Meralco Ave. Yet the hotel entrance is positioned on the same ave....thus causing standstill traffic because of vehicles going in and out of hotel premises...Pasig City should have regulated the construction of this hotel...inconsiderate of public convenience....

The hotel was great and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet is so awesome. I'd highly recommend the body scrub available in the Flow spa.

Location is OK. Room and service are so nice. Only noodle in the Breakfast menu is good choice.

An awesome nightclub up in the sky with glorious views across the city. There is a noisy balcony on one side and a quiet balcony on the other. A great place for a drink and a dance.

This is clearly the best 5 star hotel i have ever been. Staffs are the most friendly and cheerful people I have ever met. Definitly my home away from home! Keep the stars high! Kudos!

The place is amazing... it is very clean... accomodating personnel... great food choices as well.... they have moderately good internet... though it is quite hard to get a cab or grab car during peak hours in the area... going to and out from that area especially if you are from Makati is kind of crazy especially in rush hours...
