Great facilities, courteous staff, they even contacted for our left items. Gym and pool are well maintained. Wish I could stay longer. I wish they can better their brekfast buffet.

One of the newer hotels we simply love in the Ortigas area.

Food was great. Only signal is bad, especially in the ballrooms.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

The stay was delightful, relaxing, and fun. The hotel's design was very beautiful. It was our tenth stay there so I recommend that you go there.

Friendly and accommodating staffs and also efficient and courteous. The hotel room is neat, tidy and spacious. Toiletries were also available. Beautiful lobby.

I just dont like inside pool unless i m a country where it is cold.

We love this place have stayed there like five times, great staff good location. Amazing views. The setup with an elevator transfer on the 24 floor is a little werid. But I love this hotel!!!!!

Very classy hotel in the Ortigas area of Metro Manila. I like their buffet breakfast of Filipino food.

Perfect welcome, beautiful hotel, all available services, good food ... this hotel is at the service of the client ...

The only difference is traffic congestion. The song is packed from 7 am to 11 pm. The service room can be said to be very large and the view is wide open. The breakfast is very much choice and delicious.

Not so big but a classy and nice hotel to check in.

Book it for the view! Huge room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Checked in at 2pm but waited half an hour for our room.

Fantastic service, all the staff I encountered from the door, front desk, hallways, restaurants, gym was super attentive and polite. Facilities are quite well maintained.

Good business hotel in Ortigas. Great service and good rooms. The wifi was better than other places in the city and was a big relief for business travel.
Nice restaurants and cafes in house and good concierge service which is resourceful in getting taxis during peak hour.

Nice view and atmosphere from the VU's bar at 45th floor.

Disappointed with the room service food. We stayed here just last week to spend the New Year (Dec 30-Jan 1 2019) and we ordered the Filipino breakfast set (the Milk fish dish to be exact) for two consecutive mornings since we enjoyed the first one. However on the second order, the servings of rice and eggs were way less than the first, and the fish definitely did not taste as good as the first one. Super matabang. Considering of course that room service food are not cheap. Sad

Great amenities, accommodating staff. The swimming area is breathtaking! Would have appreciated a deeper pool but still great. Considering it was my birthday, they also gave a free cake and balloon, lovely little surprise. Will definitely go back.

We had an awesome experience. The staffs are so nice, kind and accommodating. The Cucina Buffet has great fusion of Filipino food. Can't wait to go back!

A great hotel, perfect for business trips but not only. Spectacular 22nd floor pool, 45th club, 2 restaurants and a myriad of services as expected from 5 star hotels. Rooms particularly spacious and spotless. Recommended

Would be a five star if the elevator doesnt need to stop on the 24th for a transfer.

Got the continental room - incredibly cozy, and excellent service. The bathtub, however, was surprisingly small. I imagine taller people may have trouble fitting in it.

The spread for the three continental meals is adequate and tasty, but you still may have a craving to eat elsewhere (or get room service) for the full experience.

The rooftop bar/lounge was a little too lively for our tastes - both inside and outside had blaring music that made it difficult to talk with whoever you came with. Felt like a bit of a waste of the potentially good view - and was the main reason we went elsewhere for a late dinner.

A hotel with a great view of the east of the Metro. Superb function room facilities, friendly staff and a vibrant elevated lobby you'd sure want to check and stay on this hotel.

A bit overpriced compared to close by hotels for a good sleep.

Resturant good I just gave a four star cus reception area is not good they won t let customers wait n have snacks especially kids are not allowed the lines can take time they r very strict with the eating policy in the lobby even if it s small snacks for kids

Great hotel but don't expect that your events will be handled well, Customer rxperience should be improved considering that this is a 5 star hotel

Nice hotel, I ve attended workshops there, but haven t stayed overnight. Would also recommend the rooftop bar. Very friendly and nice bartenders!

it had been a while since taking timeout...and never regretted a moment at Marco Polo. The breakfast was a delight...and staff excellant... 2 nights of indulgance.... yummy!

Loved the place. Altho the gym is lacking a bar for weights and no attendant but everyhing else was perfect!

clean and comfy you can definitely like the king size bed and want to take it home =) the room has an amazing view. <3 <3 <3
