Marco Polo Hotels Review

Went here for a seminar. They have good food esp. their desserts.

I booked their 2nd most expensive room for 2 days and it was so bad I can't explain. They took 1 hour to just check me in. The room was worse than a 3 star hotel. Save your time n don't book here especially if you are looking for a staycation.

Good hotel. A little pricy though. And slow internet.

This is a amazing hotel in Minila. Firstly it's a very stylish building and has a very premium look and feel inside and out. The staff are extremely nice and very accommodating from every point and aspect of hotel.
The rooms are absolutely lovely and extremely comfortable including the bed and come with lots of facilities that you would expect of a premium hotel. The room is very conveniently fitted with of multi plug adapters so it means any plugs from any country will work. The room also offers complimentary bottled water fresh apples in your room and the option of complimentary shoe shine are really nice touchs.
The hotel was also really accommodating and gave the option of the time I would like my room to be cleaned which is great if you don't want to be distrubbed in the mornings.
The hotel also includes other services including restaurants, a cafe, pool, gym and number of dining and rooms for events.
Inside the building is also a Seven Eleven shop which as access to lots of products which is great and very convenient.
Overall I would highly rate this hotel!

So Devastating Experience for a Newbie like me. Hope it wont happen Again. We were lead to the 44th for the Check in when actually it was at the 24th. We waited long sa lobby entrance a car was park waiting for its Valet Attendant about 5mins waiting time before we were able to get down our luggages. Hope tomorrow will be ok.
2nd day: I was guided to my table for the breakfast no table napkin serve for use. I was ask if I want Coffee, Juice or Chocolate by the pretty girl I replied Chocolate get my breakfast and i am almost done with my breakfast. I called her back since she pass by my table for my hot choco and she even ask where did I requested the hot choco. I almost answered from nowhere. I just smiled and she gets back and bring my drink. OMG.

Nice place.. good food. Vues Bar offers the best view of the city. Band performers are awesome. I love it here..

I previously rated this in error, mistaking it for another property down south in Visayas. But guess what, they were prompt to reach out seeking detailed feedback to improve upon. Now that's what I call customer service.

best hotel in ortigas but try not to stay in the area very dull

If only there is a 6-star rating option, I would give it to this Hotel. Experience was superb! I can t wait to get back to Philippines and stay here! Easy access to every mall and metrowalk if you wanted a real late good times :) Expensive but all worth it. Thumbs Up to all the Staffs for making us feel VVVVVIP!!!

To be honest, the room there is quite good, hotel is much better and bigger than Shangrila ortigas . but the breakfast is not that good as shangrila . i love the bathroom of marco polo, big, clean and comfirtable.

Stunning place with very friendly staff, gorgeous views and rooms. Food is excellent and a big breakfast buffet caters for everyone...highly recommended.

Awesome location, awesome food, nice infrastructure. Very courteous staff, value for money hotel. If visiting Lucknow one of the best options for stay! I am a repeat customer and again would like to stay in this hotel during my next visit.

The Event hall was decently sized and the preponderance of Projectors makes it ideal for a seminar type event. The food is decent although the lines are long for the event hosted. I think the hall would be great for weddings/debut events.

Nice hotel. Convenient location right at the heart of Ortigas Center, the CBD of Pasig. Walking distance to Robinson's Galleria and SM Megamall.

The staff are nice and friendly. While every other hotels are closed they are here to help our kababayans retuning abroad.
