Leaving hotel reviews are a great way to share your experiences, especially if your stay was so flawlessly amazing that you simply have to shout about it to everyone. Despite the fact that some people use hotel reviews to highlight the defects of their stay, elements for improvement are usually best communicated directly to the hotel or resort in question so that a speedier response can be given to your gripe (especially if you are still at the resort).
If the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, you should definitely give them a shout out. You can even name the people you thought went out of their way to help you or who provided incredible services: the maid who would leave you different towel sculptures each night; the concierge who got you the tickets that were supposed to be sold out; or the activities guy who made you laugh every time you saw him. These are the details that will make your hotel review different to the rest.

Car parking is not ventillated and full of dust and bad smell , sleeping is not achieved due to the club on the ground floor which the sound is so loud . The room is clean but i had some food with me in the fridge and when they cleaned the room they lift the card which is tge power supply and the food got all rotten

Very comfortable hotel with very kind staff who are trying to solve possible problems related to accommodation. It is better to choose rooms with a view to the street, since the disco will be heard less, and the hotel area.

It was fine for what it was. I was looking for a "budget" hotel in a very expensive city, so I didn't have particularly high expectations to begin with. For the most part, the hotel was completely adequate. The rooms aren't super intuitive, but reception was very quick to help when I needed it. The TV didn't work in my room, but someone came up right away to fix it. There was no cold water once I turned on the water heater, and I never did figure out how to get it back on. Breakfast was definitely geared towards an Asian palette and what was provided was pretty basic. Despite confirming an airport transfer, it was never booked and they had no record of my booking despite the email confirmation I received stating it was confirmed, so I would recommend confirming with the hotel a day or two before if you want them to come pick you up. It's very easy to get a taxi to the hotel and it's cheaper too. I ended up skipping the transfers and using taxi's instead. If you don't have cash, make sure you confirm the taxi has a card reader before heading out.

We had a horrible experience with Tanmit and Kazim. The way he looked at us seems like we are thieves l am pertaining to QASHIM. They are not welcoming and polite. We booked 4 rooms so we can accomodate our colleagues for our team building. But before we booked the rooms l called the reservation agent to clarify what s posted in the booking site. And so we booked. As she said it s maximum 3 adults, it s optional if we want to avail an extra bed. Contrary to what Tanmit was saying! That only 2 adults is allowed! Ms Tanmit you must not say NO I CAN T DO IT YOU RE NOT GETTING MY POINT to a customer. You don t make solutions, you don t know how to compromise. Plus the fact that you gave us the 1st and 2nd room at 3:30PM. As far as l know check in time is 2PM. 3rd room at 6:30 PM and worst, 4th room at 8PM! All guests arrived at the same time with 4 different bookings and how come you gave the 4th room at 8PM?! Seriously? FYI we paid that room from 2PM til 12 NN! 100% POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rooms are not clean though. DON T EVER STAY IF YOU DON T WANT TO RUIN YOUR PLAN. Better to relax somewhere else. Good luck TANMIT and QASHIM

Our stay was horrible. Staffs are not professional. When we booked the king room but they offered us room with 3 bed , even that was interconnecting room . Other side room baby was crying.Strictly they denided to give king room. While we requested shaving kit it didnt deliver on the same day.Next morning while we asked for hair dryer they gave us damaged one which also not working.Again i had to ask for that but still my check out no one has bothered to delivered.Room condition was too bad for 2 people they provided 1 towel . It means one has to wait for other to use.

The staff are friendly and attentive. The place environment is clean and for 500 Dirhams i.e. approximately $135 for two nights, it includes breakfast and taxi to and fro the Airport. I got the deal from the Arabian Adventures desk at the Dubai International Airport.

I think it's good value for money. Considering the fact that it's only 15mins walk to the Deira city center and the metro is nearby.
