Use extreme caution when dealing with this company. If you are short on your order you only have 30 days to complain. I was short 14 bolts (1/4 x 1 1/4) and it cost me $37.00 to get the replacement they missed on my order. When I complained to the phone operator it was ignored. I would not buy from them again. Ethics matter in business

Consumers be very careful when dealing with these folks. I ordered a Dodge front bed panel that was so badly deformed I reported it as shipping damage. After a full month of run-around, I am told they all look like that! Is QUALITY and customer service about knowingly selling damaged/defective parts? Lesson learned!!

purchased wood kit for my 1967 c10, with hidden fasteners, polished stainless. Arrived faster then quoted and in great condition. Boards are packed in such a manner any possible damage would occur on the bottom (there was no damage on mine.)

This rating may change once I receive my order, I receive an email after placing an order and it clearly states allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order and it's been over 10 days with no order or an email confirmation of being shipped .I called their office and was told it would be shipped yesterday and still haven't received any information on that happening. I've heard great things about their products but don't put out claims on shipping if it's going to take longer .
