This clinic and Dr. telcl were recommended to us by acquaintances who also fulfilled the most beautiful dream, as well as in Slovakia we underwent IVF 3x unsuccessfully and here we helped to 1x. A professional and especially human approach helped us a lot and we believed it must work. Now we know that in this clinic I don't take clients as another number but really help and don't unnecessarily increase the financial side. Thanks again for our little treasure and if you haven't decided yet, go for it

This clinic was a total waste of money-left us standing outside the building in the freezing cold and when we dared to complain, the doctor almost refused us to do the embryo transfer! This treatment is maybe acceptable for locals, but for international clientele used to the good customer service, definitely not. I experienced severe bleeding afterwards and they told me "they cannot really help me" and to basically seek out help elsewhere - no comments. ET was unsuccessful - waste of EUR 4000. I regret not going to Sanatorium Helios now, I have heard much better feedback from patients there. You have been warned.

The clinic is very good and the staff very human. Our exchanges with them from the beginning of our journey until the day of the transfer (4 months) were fluid and responsive. It remains more than nature to continue the work ...

Amazing staff and approach !!! I didn't feel like a number in the queue at all, on the contrary.
We got our coordinator, who always explained everything to us nicely (she always responded to the email quickly)! The doctor is also great, smiling, nice!
I definitely recommend to everyone !!!! I have not seen here in the Czech Republic for a long time and have not experienced such a professional approach! Five stars are small for this clinic

After 4 attempts at SK we decided for this clinic. And that was our best decision. Very good organizationally manageable, high professionalism and expertise, but especially what is very meticulous human approach. We really felt that I was interested in solving our situation and we are not just another issue for them. We have been informed, explained and received an answer to all questions. And even when we announced a happy news, they were sincerely pleased with us. And yet one very good experience, because we did not have Czech insurance and various examinations recommended us to visit us in Slovakia and did not respect each cost of performance and they did not increase us budget. Certainly anyone who decides to recommend.

A clinic like any other, the staff are very nice but who is not nice when it comes to money.
We were there, and according to her, everything went really well and everything went really well .... Of course you can say a lot.
Do not expect too much because on the website there are only positive reports from experiences which should make you skeptical.
