Had to come here cause I got shorted in morgonton, North Carolina. No sighn for driver entrance , but called the guard shack an the guy was very helpful... I go to get my door an back an one driver honks at me (employee) because I GOAL he said back up an I said I'm trying but I can't see... on the way out I get in line at the guard shack an I get flipped off by a lady in a small white suv also (employee)... Rude staff an very rude drivers... I'm just glad there was a parking spot on the hill...one star for finding a spot to park....

Arrived an hour early they said they ran out of product & my load was canceled. Broker said no! It s ready! Shipper said no! It s canceled! Finally the broker says ok, it s canceled, then shipper says no, we have it! I feel like I m trapped in a bugs bunny cartoon, come guys, is it duck season or rabbit season?

Bought an 18kg (40 pound) box with 4 x 10 pounds chicken leg quarters from Wholesalers in South Africa. Packaging states that there is 4% retained water which is more than acceptable but after defrosting the water loss amounted to 20%. A loss of 2 pounds on a 10 pound bag. The quality of the chicken itself was very good with little fat, well cleaned and tasty. But for me the loss of 20% weight is a financial constraint that far outweighs the benefit of the quality chicken. If that could be reduced to an actual 4% then I would definitely purchase these imports from the US without hesitation.

Work for the company. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I've had several issues with them concerning my hours and pay. 99% are illegal immigrants and they are very prejudiced against any and all Americans especially black. This is not a place for any wanting to work to make a living.

They make appointments that they have no intentions of keeping just so that they can have a driver standing by when a load is finally ready for shipment. Currently, with a 1pm appointment, it's now the next morning at 1:17 am (over a half a day later) and I'm still getting a response to my "when will my load be ready" question of "I can't give you an exact time or even a window of time yet". And all of us drivers know that in this industry, this would be considered a whole new level of highly unacceptable... with any customer... anywhere. Don't bother running their extremely tight loads unless you're a "super trucker" that doesn't mind fudging your paper logs, or if you're willing to laugh at the delivery time(s) and have them rescheduled to a date/time that you can safely and legally make. Sure it's a poultry joint, but they should certainly have their system running stronger and smarter than "um, I don't know".
