Excellent family accommodation and access to Surfer's

I couldn t believe how shabby this hotel was. Probably the worst 4* hotel I ve ever stayed in. Felt like I travelled back to the 1970s with the decor, although I m sure they paid more attention to painting the skirting boards back then.

Service was great and the room was clean. Parking is quite cheap also. We will stay again in the future!

A good value hotel with excellent service levels and great facilities.

Great location, shirt walk to beach and main Surfers Paradise strip. Service is great and room sizes good. Can do with a little bit of an update, but otherwise quite reasonable for location.

It was very convenient as it was located in a downtown area and adjacent to convenience stores and drug stores. I am glad that the amenities etc. are substantial.

Although I was only doing a school formal dropoff the staff present directed and controlled traffic in a friendly and quite professional manner

If this hotel is indeed 4 stars...they ate very dim stars.

There are amazing small balconies with great views of the sea.

It's 2020 and you have to pay for WiFi, as well as off site parking? This place is a joke.

No updates menus in rooms, bad service, no working lift to get to carpark with pram

Dont like that you have to pay extra for parking.. otherwise room was great for price and convenient location

Very nice standard room, good reasonably priced food. Only problem with them is no free WiFi.

have always loved staying at Mantra stayed in many different locations and they never dissapoint

Clean, spacious and reasonably priced.
Only downside is no Wi-Fi in the actual rooms, which is a must in this day and age.

Room spacious n well kept... location ideal for shoppers, beach bum n chill out... mins away from tram station n all the clubs n pubs just behind the hotel.. breakfast spread ample n early... wifi available n strong.. front office staff ever so friendly n helpful... spacious lobby....

The facilities were good and I was able to spend comfortably. It was convenient because the station and the sea were close. The hotel bar was also very nice.

A very bad hotel, service staff is very bad attitude, there is education and training? What do you mean by service first? Obviously, order is for two nights. Why does the text message ask tenants to check out? Why does the 11 o'clock broadcast yell? Respect customers? For the first time in my life, I encountered this kind of service Really sad

Function room was great where the after party was for the supercar officials.

This was our second time staying at the Mantra on View. Not only was the price brilliant, but the staff (especially Jamie who welcomed us at the check-in desk) are so down to earth and really make your stay well worth it!
We can wait to holiday there again!

Excellent pool and location. But room's little outdated. Fantastic location. Grocery. Restaurants. Clubs just 1 minutes walk.

Very friendly staff. COVID safe. No impact on experience though.
Clean rooms. Spacious.
Onsite parking for $10 overnight.
24/7 concierge.

Needs better and faster elevators, but otherwise great space!

This hotel is the location many of the local activity tours use as the pick up/drop off point. In that regards, it's in a good location.

The service was very nice, the place is also good. I like how they've done the interior (both lobby at the main entrance and the room). The facade and exterior of the hotel is quite old, but the interior is new and contemporary

Still a great location with terrific views and very good service, but the hotel is starting to show its age.

Facilities are good but no one for room service. Even the house keeping is part time. Which is wrong for a hotel this size.

We went there for dinner at Changmai. It was great as usual.

Hotel & location great. Management staff were rude & unaccomadating. Concierge staff member Michael was absolutely pleasant, helpful & accomadating. Mantra should be proud to have a staff member that works well with the public & that strives to make sure guests are happy.

Sorry, not what I expected.
I had a well located room.
Foyer was very nice.
Lifts great.
Pool very old but clean.
Shower rose dodgy. Kept flopping down.
Water in the fridge would be nice, nothing in the fridge.
Breakfast was ok, but hot food was cold.
A/C good.
Maintenace not very good.
Need to pay more attention to detail if you want guests to pay what you ask..

Nice and clean, fresh and friendly, very attractive place, great location. Buffet in the Nosh restaurant was disappointing, limited, basic food seemed a bit old and dried up. No free WiFi or car parking.

Comfortable room with Sea View and 200 steps to the beach and surrounded by eateries

Great customer service, close to Surfers Paradise Beach and shops.
We were only unhappy with the toilet which can't flush properly but the staff came quickly to fix it.
