Event room was very nice. Bar staff took way to long to serve us.

The scenery is very good, the location is good, you can see the night view of the city and the coast, and the supermarket is also close!

The carpark is terrible and dirty but accommodation for conferences is clean and suitable for various size events

Good service. Clean. Only fault was the buffet Breakfast, All hot items such as Eggs and bacon had been cooked hours before-and were very cold

Great location with an amazing ocean view close to the night club and shopping center. I really enjoyed my stay at room 2105.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay, the room and view were amazing and we loved walking back into a clean room each day, excellent work by housekeeping, we ll definitely be back :)

A great place with great service! Always happy to stay here when I visit the GC. They offer cheap overnight parking too. Very close to the beach, monorail, restaurants and entertainment.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Surfers Paradise. Ticks all the boxes you need for a quality hotel.

Chipped porcelain in bath tub. Mould under hand basin room is old and worn. Lift to car park is broken about a 1 block walk to hotel. It is not a good part of surfers to walking around in empty unpatrolled car parks late at night. Can provide photos of mould and lift broken signs. Check in staff took 10 mins to find reservation. Do your self a favour and go elsewhere

It was very disgusting to have to use the same lift used for garbage. Really unpleasant the smell and dirt. We went back to the afternoon after leaving all day and the room still remained without doing the cleaning a real disappointment

No free wifi no free parking maids forget? To make up your room even when the door tag asks for it to be done not enough coffee or sugar, sugar like 3 satchels. Unable to change AC settings either cold or off hallway carpets not cleaned of sand footprints from the day we got out of the lift with the bags no it was not us with wet sandy feet. Short walk to beach and entertainment, clean rooms, good quality service

The car park is a bit annoying to access bit other than that, it's a nice enough hotel.

Whilst the lobby was modern, the rooms were quite dated. There was dust all throughout the room with some mould in the shower. Paid for valet however desk was unattended every time I needed the car. Stayed in room 2221.Breaky was good.

Stayed here for the evening as we had a conference there the next morning. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and bed comfy. Good views out across the Goldy. Had room service as was tired and the food was tasty. Breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent with a large selection of dishes available. Lunch in the restaurant was great. Had a swim in the pool which was refreshing and the staff were awesome #LetsGuide #Goldcoast #Qld #Australia

Excellent quality rooms, great room service and such a nice area. Great views!

Room was tidy except the old opened and used soap left in the shower from previous guest. Paid extra for an ocean view and was disappointed that we mostly got city view and not much ocean. Was never told on booking we had to leave such a huge deposit despite paying in full at booking. Car parking is $10 a day....and restaurant closed all weekend so had to find food elsewhere.
