Mansfield were booked by the AA to tow a 4x4 to a local garage. They called and gave me a 2 hour window when they would arrive. They did not turn up. An hour later they called saying their driver was busy and would be with me in an hour's time. I said this wouldn't be any use as the garage would be closed where it was being towed to, and what would they do with my car on the back of their lorry overnight? The time comes, he does not turn up. I called them and they said the driver had gone home! They scheduled for the next day, the drier STILL did not turn up. The lady on the customer services line was extremely rude and blunt and unfriendly. I will not use them again.

I would like to thank Tom from recovery for a great professional service . He went above and beyond to help my self and partner who is heavily pregnant. AA had told us our connecting recovery truck will be with us within 5 hours and Tom managed to get them to put us up in a hotel if they didn t he wasn t going leave us until the connection recovery truck arrived . I give this guy a 10/10 for his efforts and customer service .

My car would not start on Stoke BR car park after 4 days parking. I rang Green Flag and Mansfield turned up in 22 minutes. Jumped my battety and I was away. Fabulous....

This company helped me via my eversure breakdown cover, had a dead battery at home, received a call from mansfield group with a timescale of 3 hours which they kept to. Came and fixed my dead battery in minutes. Thanks so much!

Absolutely horrendous, avoid at ALL costs. Mansfield came out to recover a breakdown, misdiagnosed the problem then broke a part and left it off the vehicle BROKEN. They now refuse to fix the part that they broke and refuse to take responsibility. Vehicle is left in worse condition than when they came out to it. Never known a recovery company to do more damage than good. Avoid avoid avoid.

Went to collect my car after it was towed by them after police seized it. I picked it up 2 days later and cant find my phone which i left it in the car by accident. The last location was at Mansfield, called them and they said they dont have the phone.

I had a flat battery. When the operative arrived (a chap called Dan Winton) he not only fixed the battery but also noticed my headlight bulb had gone. He had the common sense and professionalism to change the bulb and also showed me how to change it if it happens again. Far better service than the AA.

Been waiting for a recovery truck for over 5 hours and they are still not here. Best bit is, I'm less then 2 miles away from their depou.

A little bit expensive to recover my van as it wos not a emergency and could of been recovered any time
