There are many excellent restaurants in Lima .partly of the fantastic chef's but also because of the quality of the ingredients available. I have been visiting Peru for 20 years and I have eaten some fantastic food. But the the dish atun co foie beats everything I have eaten so far . I am not talking only about Peru. The rest of the menu shows a lot of creativity but that dish ...

Overall, great flavors, textures, presentation and service. As a starter, we tried the Pulpo (octopus) y Sesos(brains) with lentajas(lentils). The lentils seemed border-line undercooked but offered a texture contrast to the octopus and brains; the flavors were excellent. For our main courses, we chose the Pappardelle (with osso buco) and Risotto de Chupe con camarones(basically, risotto in the style of a seafood stew). Both of those dishes were outstanding. For drinks, we had a cocktail of Pisco and an artisanal beer, both of which were excellent. One negative point: we were offered water not realizing it was an additional charge: 15 Soles for a glass of sparkling water? Aside from that, it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant

Absolutely fantastic! The taste of the food, its presentation, the design of the restaurant, the drinks, and the service... everything is done to perfection. Not only I would recommend this place, but i would say it would be a loss for everyone passing by Lima not to eat there.

Went last night again and I love it even more.

Prior review: Visited a couple of the top restaurants in Lima and I would say this one was the one i enjoyed the most. Drink were unique and great. The duck plate was above what I expected.

The ambience and service was above average and I'm looking forward to visit again soon!

This restaurant represent Jaime very well.

Fantastic place! The cocktail bar is top notch. Knowledgeable bartenders who can mix just about anything, plus a long list of exotic signature drinks. Very sophisticated space, gorgeous design & lighting, but the vibe still very casual and lively. The food looks amazing but I came for drinks and only had the razor clam appetizer (navajas), which was delicious. I guess the owner is one of the top chefs in Lima. This has to be one of the very best, even in a city full of incredible restaurants.

Ample, warm and bright interior and overall great food. The smoked eggplants with black sesame puree were fantastic and the paiche with coconut and palm heart salad was cooked to perfection. Both were the highlights of our lunch. The razor clams had too much and too strong of a sauce, covering up their lovely natural flavor. The dessert was good, but way too sweet for our taste.
Their bar is wonderful, with an amazing variety of pisco macerados. Great chilcanos.

Absolutely amazing service and delicious food. I really appreciated the host speaking English and patiently explaining the menu and each food delivered to me. Their original Pisco sour is out of the world. Can't wait to come back.

Very good service and ambiance. Great presentation of everything but I felt the sauce was a bit too intense or salty, which made the dish less tasty. Gnocchi was big gooey potato cake rather than a fluffy light texture. Rice in ramen soup (broth) was also too intense so after two bite, I wanted to drink a whole glass of beer or water. Duck seems to be the most liked dish by everyone. Highlight was the real-banana looking dessert which was white chocolate cover with banana mousse filling.
