Located near the Music Academy, Mylapore - I visited this Savera Hotel for my cousins marriage and I've no complaints on the ease of location or the quality of services offered. There are plenty of conference halls and banquet halls available for rent. They offer per plate system, inclusive of both rental and decoration and the cost varies from 1100 to 1300 for veg and non veg respectively(additional GST). They also offer the halls without food, but I felt the rent to be on a bit higher side, provided one can rent a hall just for 5-6 hours, the rent can go up to 4 lakhs (for samavesh) and decoration cost is extra.

A nice place to stay. Spacious rooms, but could be cleaner. Good service, good food. Most rooms have different interiors. Choose to stay in the 10th floor if you want to have a 'room with a view', for the sunsets look heavenly through those windows.

Lodging is good. Due to uncleaned carpets in the lobby, in some places you may feel a bit fungus smell. Before ordering in the restaurant, Malgudi, please decide your complete menu as there is limitation in the varieties. We called our friend also for dinner but was completely unsatisfied due to very limited vegetarian menu

Honestly I like your services provided to customers. I would like to say that Savera Hotel provides best services to their guests as i experience in these Five days. Your food quality, room services are also good. One more thing behaviour of your staff is very friendly as i experienced here.

The most important thing I like here is that you provides Holy Books like The Holy Bible, The Quran, The Bhagvad Gita in the rooms for the reading.

Rooms are nicely decorated, furnished and maintained. Situated in Chennai. All kinds of latest room facilities are available. All over a good experience.

Good hotel. Room, service, food are all nice. The dining area was closed due to current situation. Stayed during Feb 2021.

Not so good hotel South Indian food is best compared to North Indian here...

Presently this place is using by govt. for paid quarantine facility. For a couple stay for two days they are charging Rs 7000/- including food. Food is simple and good. If you order extra food other then they provide are very expensive. Due to lockdown there are other facilities suspended as laundry service, gym etc. It is very difficult time as how to wash your undergarments and where to dry them. Rooms are very good, hygienic, clean. Staff are well behaved and cooperative. Out of all we feel comfortable stay here.
One thing I doubt that hotel having central A/C and for Corona patient centralized airconditioning system are not recommended as it could spread infection to every room. Why govt. Choose this hotel for temporary quarantine is to be checked.
