Mango Voice has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly care about your company and you as a person. They will only sign you up for what you need. They are extremely knowledgable! They are constantly evolving with the times so I know I won't have to change providers at all in the future. Thanks you guys! You rock!

Mango Voice resolved our issues in a timely manner.

So far not so great... I work for a dental office, we've been signed up with Mango Voice for less than a month and our phones have gone down for at least an hour- usually longer, 3 times! We are a very busy office so to not receive any phone calls for 1 hour+ is a big loss of business.

Their online account system is great, they give you total control of your system and where/how your calls are run through but not very helpful if your phones are not even working. Whenever the phones go down I try to have them forward to an employees cell but the call gets dropped within a couple of minutes. If you try to call customer service during this time- if you actually can get through and be placed on hold "you are caller 20+" always and then if you wait long enough and get somewhere less than caller 5 it drops your call. I have called customer service regarding other issues and can usually get right in so it appears to me that when our phones go down ALL of their customers phones are going down and that is why it is so ridiculously hard to get a hold of someone.

I'd just cancel our service but they locked us in a 3 year contract and made us pay for a whole year of service up front. We may still look into cancelling since if this trend continues we'll be losing more money keeping them as our phone provider than if we just paid for 2 different phone companies.

We have used Mango Voice to replace our aging Shoretel phone system. Not only did we save a bundle of money, we were able to integrate some of the latest Telephony technology into our Saleforce based platform. David made our conversion easy and seamless. We had our system go down once (at no fault of Mango Voice) and David even helped solve a very complex technology issue caused by another vendor. Super surprised by these review. Their customer service is VERY condescending. I will say, it has gotten better the last couple of months, so maybe those employees are no longer there? We had calls dropped multiple times, phone not working ( because of a coding/technical issue on their end) multiple times. I would not recommend.

Recently our business found ourselves in a nightmare situation where our office was destroyed overnight when a drunk driver crashed into our building. Our local phone company could not get our service transferred for weeks which was unacceptable as it was the beginning of tax season and we are a tax firm. Where they failed Mango came to the rescue! We relocated to a new space and updated our phones to a Mango VOIP system and were able to get up and running in a few days instead of weeks. The phone system is far superior to a what we had before and the customer service has been outstanding since day one! I really cannot say enough about this company and the team over at Mango. If you are thinking of upgrading your old phone systems to a VOIP, Mango is the way to go. Thank you so much for playing a huge part in getting our business back up and running!

We've been clients for over a year and it's been great. We've had a couple of minor hiccups, but their support is second to none...always willing to help answer questions or make tweaks to the system.

As a small business we needed more phone lines and features without a huge price tag. We also needed something user friendly. Mango Voice has been great. We have been able to customize the phone system with a simple drag and drop system. The support we receive is prompt and professional. We have loved working with Mango Voice!

I have used Mango Voice and Call IQ for a few years now and have been impressed with their ability to create react to my special requests and needs. I would certainly recommend them if you are upgrading your phone systems. Previously is used Shoretel and was quite happy however i was limited to there software and could not optimize my request. Mango Voice worked with me to set up multiple locations with no effort. Things went very smoothly.

Ok when it works. If something is not working you can't get it fixed for hours or days. Not a good option for a small business that needs phones to operate

My phone number was taken illegally by another client after going through the proper channel and having my number ported back to me Mango has helped them port the number back Ilegally on two separate occasions by doing so within less than 24 hours of my port with no notes or record of the port. It looks as if the number is still with my carrier when it s in fact with Mango. I ve called their company three times and left several messages and no one has called me back it has been 2weeks. Beware of a company that doesn t follow the industry protocols.
