Needed a regulation Memorial Flag. Such a helpful and kind young woman at the counter. Great service. I highly recommend this business.

My son installed a 20-foot flagpole that we ordered from this company at our church as his Eagle Scout project. I very much appreciated the help and friendliness of the person who promptly assisted me through the process by email. The pole looked great and we have received many compliments about it. While the rod and two corners of the ground sleeve, as well as the bottom foot or so of the flagpole, were found to be slightly bent after being delivered to the church, I was able to straighten out the sleeve and the bottom part of the flagpole was not an issue as it was put underground into the sleeve. I was expecting the church to call me when they were delivered so that I could inspect them and return them if needed, but that didn't happen. Nevertheless, I would have kept both items anyway since the damage that apparently occurred during shipping was not an issue. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a flagpole. Just make sure to inspect it upon delivery so that it could be returned without charge should there be any damage.

Great customer service and quality flags and accessories

I ordered a Fairybell Christmas tree and it started flashing. Michelle stayed it contact with me while she contacted the manufacturer. They quickly figured out the issue then sent me a replacement extender priority mail. WONDERFUL customer service and wonderful communication. Couldn't ask for better. Will definitely order again.

I forgot to order our stick flags for our real estate farming material and we were struggling to find a company to help us and get us the flags before the 4th of July. We needed a 25 foot black flagpole for a prominent land mark in Rome GA. I had dealt with the company in the past when I needed flags. Flag Company was my first call for this request. Belinda was my service rep it only took one call and a great conversation for her to fulfill exactly what we envisioned. Not only did she reply promptly return with rates and options but was flexible with our delivery date. She is an asset to the service side of the Flag Company business. I ordered almost $600 of products from this company for my Veterinary Hospital. After a fire marshal's inspection, I was ordered to remove the light panels. For pet safety and county requirements, I complied with the order. I had ordered the products in good faith during the construction phase of my facility, and returned the products accordingly. However, I did NOT receive a credit. I only received hostility and rudeness! The company stated they do not accept returns. How can you ethically charge a client for goods they do not possess? I mailed the light panels back via Fed Ex and they acknowledged receipt of the products. Their customer service was extremely unprofessional. The office manager was combative from the moment I called. I recommend finding an alternative vendor for these products after my experience.

I was trying to buy a light lenses they advertise on their website Feel Good Light Ups... To the point that I have had my architect specify it in my new project to make it fit in my ceiling. I just needed a suggestion what kind of hard cover (in case I buy a new set of ceiling lights) would work best with their light lenses they offer on the website. I called their customer service and after a while they transferred me to somebody called Michelle. She was very rude and said to me - we just sell light lenses that go to your existing ceiling light and I don't want to spend any more time with you on this matter. WOW!!!! I believe that I haven't seen anything more rude than the people from The Flag Company, Inc. Very disappointed. Not helpful at all.

I've ordered regularly from The Flag Company over the past few years and they have been nothing short of amazing every...single...TIME! Teresa and team are quick to respond and also very easy to work with. The flags they've completed for our restaurant company look fantastic on our burgers and we couldn't be happier, as a company, to be in business with them. Terrible Customer Service. We ordered flags and their rep told us and we have in the email that our flags woudl be at our home by the end of business on the 10th. Our Event was the 11th. They never arrived! Then they lied and told us we can't gurantee delivery! WOW! And its almost 2 weeks later and we still have not received our full refund and they have the FLAGS! So we not only dont have the flags...but we are out money! Then they told us the flags were refused in person and thats a lie. Then they said they re-directed the flags back to their warehouse and we called yesteday and they said they have the flag and issuing the credit. Then today they told us they havent received the flags back. We are in Florida and they are coming or going back to Georgia! This order was placed almost 2 weeks ago! WOW! TERRIBLE! TELL THE TRUTH! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a rather large number of Farming Flags from them. Their turnaround time was great and the flags received were great quality. Will definitely order from again. Thanks!

Just ordered parts from them . Had no idea what I needed. They walked me through it. Needed old/odd ball parts . They had them ! Called when parts came in with questions , received answers that made me comfortable with the install. Shipping was surprisingly fast . Wonderful folks to work WITH .

We put in a phone order on Aug 30. My co-worker was assured it would be here before Sept 11.
Fast forward to Sept 9. When we tried finding out where our order was, we could not get ahold of them. At all. Left messages on ALL of the phone extensions. No response. We had to find last minute Amazon sources.
We REALLY wanted to find out where our flags were. So I blew up their social media asking them where our order was and low and behold they FINALLY called us back. First they said they called because of all the social media posts (it was A LOT) and then they had no record of our order. THEN they found it. Called an apologized.
Very disappointing that we almost did not have flags for our Sept 11 Memorial. Shake my head, very disappointing experience.

Dishonest and deceptive shipping practices. Buyer beware!! I tried to post a negative review on their facebook page and it was removed by the company. That says all you need to know about this company. Apparently they don't recognize the first amendment either.

My husband ordered a light for our flag pole to light up three flags. He has an American /Purple Heart/Marine flag. The light did not shed light on all of the flags.
We returned the light and inadvertently forgot part of the order and got a call from the Owner and his staff. We sent the additional parts back and we paid a total of 102.80 and were refunded 72.00!!!! Plus the cost of sending the two orders back.

Will NEVER do business with them again. It's sad that they have to charge a "restocking" fee to veterans that are so patriotic and fly their flags.

Belinda was an incredible help to me with the process of purchasing and delivery of our beautiful flagpole! Amazing customer service and quick responses to my many questions. She was a delight to work with and SO helpful! We couldn t be happier. Thank you Belinda!

Went in for an interview but never received a call back

-UPDATE- nearly 2 months, several phonecalls, and >40 emails back and forth later, I received an ample refund for the part I didn't need. I also learned that the height of the pole wasn't as advertised; it was 1' short (11'). In FlagCo's defense, some of the email chatter was to sort out what option I preferred, and they offered several options, including one that would get me up as high as 17'.

Bumped them up from 2 stars to 3 as despite considerable hassle, they treated me right in the end and the associate I worked with did her very best.

-ORIGINAL REVIEW-
Received a nice powder-coated aluminum 12-foot pole with decent (albeit cheap) hardware and a 45-degree wall mounting bracket. The product description did not clearly show that this was a 45-degree projection mount vs a vertical mount - I believe the words vertical and wall mount were prominent in the description. Only recourse provided was to ship both pole and bracket product back via a UPS store at my expense and buy new product. This would be a huge effort and cost, as shipping 12' items ain't cheap (and neither was getting it here).

Would have given Flagco 1 star but the customer service agent I worked with was very thoughtful and worked to get me to a satisfactory outcome through discounts etc. Flagco would support none, so I'm now the owner of an expensive piece of milled aluminum for which I have no use, but that wasn't her fault.

UPDATE - After not getting a response I blasted Google, FB and their CS on the website. I received a quick response from Travita who was super helpful and after further research she shipped a new flag out. It took 1.5 months from beginning to end, but they finally made it right. No longer feeling scammed, just a bit of a hassle overall. Changing my stars from 1 to 3.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Placed an order and received an Order Confirmation email and my account was debited $69.95. I never received shipment details and emailed customer service a couple weeks later, spoke to Michele Phillips who forwarded a tracking number that says it delivered a week prior "in or at mailbox". My mailbox is locked and it was never received. I paid extra to get it delivered faster and the company chose the carrier and didn't send me shipping details to track the package. I've reached out repeatedly to see how they will make it right, no response to any of my inquiries. I'm out $70 and no flag, unresponsive customer service not willing to help. You have one very unhappy customer who feels SCAMMED.
