So far not so great... I work for a dental office, we've been signed up with Mango Voice for less than a month and our phones have gone down for at least an hour- usually longer, 3 times! We are a very busy office so to not receive any phone calls for 1 hour+ is a big loss of business.

Their online account system is great, they give you total control of your system and where/how your calls are run through but not very helpful if your phones are not even working. Whenever the phones go down I try to have them forward to an employees cell but the call gets dropped within a couple of minutes. If you try to call customer service during this time- if you actually can get through and be placed on hold "you are caller 20+" always and then if you wait long enough and get somewhere less than caller 5 it drops your call. I have called customer service regarding other issues and can usually get right in so it appears to me that when our phones go down ALL of their customers phones are going down and that is why it is so ridiculously hard to get a hold of someone.

I'd just cancel our service but they locked us in a 3 year contract and made us pay for a whole year of service up front. We may still look into cancelling since if this trend continues we'll be losing more money keeping them as our phone provider than if we just paid for 2 different phone companies.
