Amazing hotel! I personally don t gamble or drink when I am in Vegas so for me not having a casino keeps the place nice, quiet and professional vs more touristy, smokey and loud.

This was my 7th hotel in Vegas. Fantastic hotel, amazing rooms as you would expect. However breakfast was ridiculously expensive, much better to go to the Starbucks near the entrance. Same with dinner, took one look and went to New York New York instead. There is no self-park and valet is $35 a night. With so many alternatives I would not stay here again.
One of the best hotel I have stayed in hands down. Highly recommend.
The Skybar has an absolutely beautiful view of the strip. Top-notch service, but be prepared to pay for it. The drinks ran approximately $20 a piece, but they were creative and very tasty.
Had a wonderful time at my stay here! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, courteous & attentive. The food is delicious, the drinks are perfect! The atmosphere was very invigorating & energizing. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Vegas
Service in the Tea Room for High Tea was impeccable with pleasant service. Valet was awesome and Evan was helpful and delightful.
This was the Mandarin and Hilton just took it over. The hotel needs some TLC - Musty smell in the elevator areas, lobby is on the 23rd floor, cafe on the 3rd, gym/pool on the 8th - different elevators to get to each, the TV s in the room have an input console from 2010 that no one uses anymore. Music in the room is tied to Tunin radio that doesn t work.
Update - none of the three phones in the room (two cordless and one wall phone that says out of range ) work.
Amazing service, beautiful room and luxurious bathroom. Such a wonderful way to spend our date!
Honestly the best place to stay in all of Vegas.
Quiet and luxurious the Waldorf is a Vegas treasure hidden just in the middle of everything.
Order a Mojave at the Sky Lounge and snack on a brilliant fry trio. You won t be sad that you did while soaking in one of the best views of the Las Vegas strip in this humble viewers opinion.
A short or extended stay will provide fine lodging. I recommend blocking some time to visit the spa; a place where a steam bath and dry sauna will help you escape to somewhere completely new.
Wake up for the best breakfast cafe that the Hilton company of resorts is able to offer. For a healthy start the Avocado toast is brilliant choice to tackle the Nevada paradise.
Speak with the staff as they are always ready and willing to provide assistance. Your next stay is about to take a turn for the better once you book your reservation at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas.
Hilton did a great job taking over the Mandarin Oriental property in Las Vegas. Very high-end but the customer service and rooms are incredible.
My stay is a wonderful experience. My dinner at the hotel resturant was beautiful and delicious. Tomorrow I go to the spa for a scub and get my nails done.
Not the best, first room sent to was not made up. Second room was clean but spoons in coffee making facilities dirty. On leaving tried to charge me valet parking when didn't have a car!
I spent a beautiful evening at the cocktail bar enjoying an exquisite selection of cocktails. Ambience was amazing, the views are stunning, the place is comfortable, and the service is top notch! Highly recommend visiting the Cocktail Bar!
Before arriving at the hotel, I thought I was going to be staying at a brand new hotel. I didn't realize that it is basically just a rebranding from the Mandarin Oriental to a Waldorf Astoria and so I was a little let down initially, but the service and hospitality are still the quality you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria.
A little confused as to why they insist upon charging for a daybed when there are a total of 3 people at the pool during covid. Hotel is nearly completely empty; I m sure our business doesn t hurt but definitely won t be coming back
Great location and used to be a great hotel but since the Waldorf took over for the Mandarin Oriental they haven t done much as far as remodeling.
I get it. Covid-19 is going on. The hotel isn't due to reopen until 07/01/20. But why isn't anyone answering the phone or returning messages? If we're planning to stay there starting on 7/3, we may want to book some things in advance and have some questions answered. I've been calling for over 2 weeks now and cannot find anyone to help me. Furthermore, when I called reservations (because that's the only extension answering calls... convenient) the agent couldn't care less about my business. When I explained my concerns to her, she offered no solution and the explanation was Covid-19. When I said it's probably better to just cancel the reservation, she literally canceled it before I finished speaking the words. And just like that our honeymoon stay was ruined. I honestly cried after hanging up with the agent. I would never expect a 5-star, world renowned hotel to treat us this way. Our honeymoon to Europe was already ruined by Covid-19 and now this. I know I'm venting but I just don't understand why the customer service was so bad. We'd been looking forward to this stay because we were confident in the service and quality that Waldorf is known for. Big disappointment!
Very personal and hands on service. As you would expect from the Waldorf...by the second day everyone on staff greeting me by name....would be rated a 5 star experience but still trying on that Waldorf name....Mandarin Oriental still very much on peoples minds
The best secret spot in Vegas. Amazing views, great drinks, and fantastic bottle service.
wonderful ,great service and such a beautiful hotel.we will definitely stay here again...
Great hotel, great service. Suite was fantastic. Restaurant was worth its star. Top class.
Great view from all sides
Some of the best views on the strip. The location is amazing and centered in the middle of everything. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping options, restaurants, and has an amazing bar with panoramic views of the strip and surrounding suburbs. The staff here are friendly and they have amazing amenities. They also are fully handicap accessible with parking options, elevators, ramps, and restrooms.
This is an exceptional property. It is very clean and everything you would want in a hotel. They give diamond members a generous 50/day in spending too. Only thing to beware of is with the strip view rooms, it can get too noisy on busy weekends. If you are a light sleeper and coming during a peak time, I would recommend booking city views and not strip views. That being said, the hotel staff, especially Jeremy, really took care of us and went above and beyond. Thanks for a great stay! This will certainly be our Vegas go-to from now on.
Amazing experience. Free upgrade with diamond membership rocks
Great place to get away in Vegas. A no smoking and no casino environment makes for a nice place to relax after a day on the strip. Rooms are quite and suites are good size. The beds are very comfortable and shower and soaking tubs are very nice. Pool was clean and warm around 85f. Spa and Room Service were closed. The Zen restaurant was open dine in Friday through Sunday morning, but was available for takeout all week. Views were amazing but opening the shers and draps was slightly confusing. They are electronic and switch is at front door. Also, though a good security feature, having to take multiple elevator transfers to get to the room was cumbersome. Once you get used to it is not so bad. Not hard to enjoy the stay since hotel is truly A+ and staff is best and most helpful I have encountered. They are truly commendable for their efforts to communicate the constantly changing covid rules. This a tough job they did very well. Cannot wait to stay here once pandemic is over and try out SPA and Room Service. Still best place to spend Thanksgiving week in 2020 that I know of.
This is an amazing experience. They many other options besides tea, but if you feel like something different this tea room is amazing. It feels like those tea times you see on TV with an amazing view of the strip. I will definitely be returning. This place is for people who enjoys putting like this. It is not turn up hour but more catch up hour. Amazing staff, food, and of course tea.
Terrible hotel. A five star hotel with very bad service. I'm very disappointed about this hotel. My husband and I had a big fight so I took off the my wedding ring and engagement ring in the room. When we left the hotel, we forgot to take the rings but when I call back to ask them to find my rings, they said that they couldn't find my rings. Their employee stole my rings and they were not honest. the rings are special to us so we want to keep them in a very special way, not be stolen like that
Hidden behind the aria...you take an elevator to the top and then another to your room. Weird. Felt exquisite. Room was fine just odd elevator situation.
Great, quiet, covid-safe way to do Vegas. No casino, so no smokey lobby and rowdy crowds. Top notch hospitality. Beautiful choice. Rooms show their age, in need of a renovation, even in the penthouse suite. But dim the lights and you wouldn t know. Lol. Still great choice for a sanctuary on the strip.
It is my first trip to Vegas and I have to say this was the absolute best experience I have had at a hotel anywhere! From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel safe. Jenleen helped us at the front desk and she was wonderful and attentive to us our entire stay. The room was clean and the view was to die for on the 20th floor. We had no contact room service which was super easy to set up as well, lots of hand sanitizer and wipes available. The location is right on the strip and easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, we will be coming back!
Loved our stay at the Waldorf Vegas! Felt peaceful and luxurious, staff were super friendly, no waits to check in or out, no casino in the lobby, pool was relaxing and not a scene. Very close to shopping and other great hotels, restaurants, and casinos. Stay here!
This place is like a dream come true. Our room was beautiful and peaceful. The room service was delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The heater was easy to control and effective. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smelled amazing and left me soft and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I could go on and on. It was a full five star experience. I often give five stars based on the type of establishment I'm rating, but this was a genuine five star experience!
Ledo made us feel pampered from the moment we arrived and addressed us by name during our stay. The lobby smells lovely, and the rooms are impeccable. The soaking tub was a dream at the end of a long week. We will definitely return to this exquisite hotel.
Beautiful hotel and nice amenities but as I have experienced, anyone can just walk in and steal your belongings with no consequences or protection. I stayed here last week and someone (staff member) rummaged through my luggage and found my wallet inside and took a significant amount of cash. Security has been unhelpful and lackluster in addressing the issue.
Favorite Waldorf Astoria location I've been to thus far. Amenities are top notch as can be expected, but I was even further impressed by their discreet and attentive room service. Centrally located on the strip at the City Center, once checked in we walked over to the SKYBAR for an amazing craft cocktail and to rest with one of the best views offered. Our room was beautiful, with a seperate shower and bathtub with soothing salts and Salvatore Faragamo shower gel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary shoe shining service was available to all guests and had all of my dress shoes ready for dinner the same evening. A seperate valet closet allowed for laundry and pressing to be returned without interruption. Everytime we left no later the time, we returned to a fresh room, something I've never personally experienced before. Since it was our anniversary my wife surprised me by letting the concierge know and a bottle of champagne was brought up to our room compliments of the hotel. Transportation was offered if need be and valet as well at $35/day. Check out was every bit as much a breeze as the entire experience and I could not have been happier with it. Thank you, Waldorf Astoria, for making this anniversary unforgettable.
Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was a perfect place for a long weekend stay. Staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Don't miss the views from the 23rd floor Sky Bar!
Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. 24hour room service. Full sized bathtub. No set check out time.
We loved the Hotel, view and room details were fantastic. So close to Aria, NYNY, Park MGM, MGM Grand great location. Service was the best feature, Lauren was the best ambassador we could ask for. Will most certainly stay here again!
I was in love with mandarin oriental, it was a unique hotel in Las Vegas, with exquisite ambiance and decorations. Right now it s like most others, very disappointed.
Didn't stay but the skybar is one of the best chill bars on the strip. Great cocktails. Great service. Classy place for a drink and snacks.
Everyone treats you like royalty here, so amazing. And no casino makes this a great place to stay, the lobby actually smells great, I don't know what they put in the air. Room was fantastic. Make sure you read the great services list in the room as it is extensive and surprising what they will do for you here (i didn't read it until the end and that was a mistake). Can't wait to come back!!!
Great place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are very clean and lots of space. The tub was awesome. Really convenient to the strip without having to walk through a casino. Also a short walk to shows at the Park MGM. The view is outstanding. My favorite thing would be the automation in the room. Curtins, TV, Lights, Sound, all done with the TV remote and the front counter is reached by text (even for check out). The restaurant and room service is what you would expect from the Waldorf. If I'm back in Vegas I'll look to stay here first. The view is spectacular too.
Overall service of the hotel was okay, but not on par with other 5 star hotels. I would expect better customer service and amenities from a Waldorf Astoria. Not impressed with how they treat diamond members, had to call twice to get someone to clean our room. I honestly had better customer service at the Embassy Suites in Ontario, CA. Hilton really needs to up their game in the luxury segment.
Very big rooms and clean. Room overlooking Strip is awesome. Breakfast in the room Daily a pleasant thing. The cabanas to be rented should be a little neater and cleaner. Otherwise, if you are looking for a good hotel and no casino in the hotel is in Waldorf Astoria gold right.
Check in and check out quickly and easily.
Hands down my go to spot on the strip. I love the staff from the doormen to bar staff. If you are in town and want the hidden gem this is it.
Atrocious customer service when I contacted them. Staff indifferent to complaints, unwilling to assist, and just passed the problem along to someone else by telling me to contact customer service. The service reprasentative was so quick to cancel the reservation as if it didn't matter. Pathetic excuse of an alleged "5 star resort." Not worth spending 5 star prices for 2 star service.
Excellent view of the Las Vegas strip. Fine dining. Fun and safe New Year's Eve party. Comfortable rooms.
Super nice,modern hotel!!
New amenities, great location and service.
Free coffee in the morning.
Service is excellent and really made the experience memorable. Special shout-out to Cici at the pool - personable and professional.
Great experience. Impeccable service all around. Best hotel in Las Vegas.
I love the teas. The scones are the best. The finger sandwiches from their normal menu I prefer over the holiday menu.
This is our favorite hotel on the strip. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. We especially like the blackout shades to get good sleep at any time of the day.
Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay. Clean, roomy with good service.
The ambiance are nice and the staff are so accomodating.
My partner and I had an amazing time at the Waldorf last weekend. This property is right on the strip (without feeling like you're RIGHT on the strip), non smoking (love) and has be best service we've ever experienced! FACT: nobody wants to walk all over Vegas then get to your hotel JUST to walk another mile to get to your room...at this property your room is conveniently close. Let's talk about the room - PERFECT! High-tech, comfortable, quiet, views, BATH SALTS, vanity (all me)...it was everything. We will only stay at the Waldorf from now on. Period!
First, the hotel is really compact in Las Vegas. Whenever you want to drive back to hotel, be careful to watch the entry. You may always miss the entry or drive into a wrong way.
Second, the Hotel Lobby is on 23rd floor (Yes, it is not on the first floor). Be prepare, there is no a decent lobby. Do not expect to see what you paid for. Yes, it is really cost to stay here. But the only make Waldorf Astoria stands out from other hotels is the price.
Third, You have to change elevator whenever you want to go to your room because there is no elevator direct to the guess rooms.
Fourth, be careful about the invoice after checked out. If you do not receive an invoice, ask for it. Check invoice carefully, they may charge more than you should pay.
Fifth, no Casinos , no shopping mall, no shows in the building. It is really inconvenience. It is even worse than MGM park, which may cost less than $60 per night.
More things to complain, but I believe the above comments help you make decision already.
Beautiful, quiet, refined hotel with a great location. Great service. I stayed in a Junior Suite on the 16th floor. The room was beautiful, and quiet. I had a nice view of the Strip as well. The hotel has no casino or loud clubs and is non-smoking which I loved. Very adult-oriented property so no obnoxious children to deal with.
The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were soo beautiful and had great views. Perfect location in the middle of the strip which made a superb view for the tea time at the Tea Lounge. Recommending to everyone!
Gorgeous hotel. You have to stay here. Jeremy and owen were amazing and extremely accommodating
Sky Bar has terrific views. Drink prices also sky high. Make sure you book first.
A beautiful and classy property, excellent customer service, you have to stay here as often as possible. We ordered in-room service and the food was delish. It's the ambience of the hotel that rolls over to the check-in process and to the comfortable room that puts the Waldorf in a class of on its own.
A beautiful hotel with amazing views! The FD, Bellman and Housekeeping staff was super hospitable and personable! I will always stay here!
Located near Universal Studios and offers a complimentary trolly to/ from Universal Studios . That is the best part of staying here. The decors are cute and minimal and so is the service from the valet to the front desk to the bartender. Rude rude rude . The bell hop was very nice and that is about it.
This location does not live up to its brand. Stick with NY and SanFran.
Best Hotel in Las Vegas! We booked the Mandarin, it switched over to The Astoria and our reservation carried over seamlessly. The entire staff is great, the pool was excellent and not overcrowded, it was more then we could have expected from a hotel on the Vegas strip. No casino, No smoking, No crazy people, and not one screaming kid. Breakfast at the Zen was by far our favourite, fresh fruits, healthy choices, and excellent service (Show up at 6:30am and you can get a great seat by the window). Amongst the insanity of LasVegas, the Waldorf Astoria is a refreshing step away from the madness of Las Vegas Blvd. to surprisingly unwind in a city that never sleeps.
Great view of LasVegas from 23rd Bar lounge.
Great atmosphere and a lot of choices of wonderful cocktails.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and professional our entire stay. Entire hotel was very clean and new and the rooms were beautiful. Very impressed with the ability to close the curtains to the room while in bed and control all the lights without getting up. Would stay here next time I'm in town!
Stayed for the first time. Rooms are luxury. It was the best.
Some staff issues. The room was decent. Wouldn't stay here again. The location is great.
