Its a very good hotel. We usually stay here. However one of the hotel managers ms yee. Recommended us an udon place called mimiu kobayashi. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. None of the waiters spoke any english. Food was average. What happened was after the dinner for payment we were told to go downstairs. I handed cash to the cashier. However my uncle insisted to pay. The cashier took his credit card also and swiped the card and refused to return my cash. The managers refused to replay back the camera to prove that she didnt steal my money. I think mimiu kobayashi is run by dishonest people. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its a shame that proclaimed six star hotel concierge or manager recommends their customers to an unfriendly environment and dishonest establishment. I suggest that the hotel blacklists mimiu kobayashi if they want to keep their reputation as a six star hotel...

The entire hotel has 34 different themes in every regular room, which has amazing visual effects. The extraordinary design of Mandarin Oriental, the mystery of Zen and the extraordinary service of redefinition, I am confused why some people choose another 5 star hotel in Tokyo.
A luxury hotel on the 38th floor of a building that should be called a new landmark of Nihonbashi. The world's first "6 star" rating, including the Michelin Guide "the most comfortable hotel" and one of the top rated hotels throughout the hotel. On sunny days, you can see the Sumida River, Tokyo Bay, the Imperial Palace, the Fukutoshin, and Mount Fuji.
We used at afternoon tea of lounge. Although it was a holiday, I was able to smoothly guide you because I had made reservations, and I was able to taste luxury time slowly. I am not very good at tomatoes, but the sandwich here is very delicious and the impression of tomatoes has changed a lot. As I will avoid foods that I don't like if I tell in advance, I think those who are not good at all can use it with confidence.
Location, close to the station and close to Tokyo Station. The rooms have a good view on the high floor above the 30th floor, and the sky tree can be seen well. The service is first class and there is nothing to say. It was a great day.
One of my favorite hotels among luxury hotels in Tokyo. It has been 11 years since its opening, but it is getting better and better. I also like eating at Katsukiki and afternoon tea at the lounge, but the Chinese restaurant is excellent. Guest room is healed by mist shower and rain shower. The splendor of the spa is the height of the staff's skill, but the breathtaking view from the high floor.
You can be satisfied with anything. Because our destination was Ginza, Nihonbashi and Akihabara, the location of this hotel was great. Thank you very much.
It's definitely my favorite hotel among the hotels I stayed in.
There is an entrance that hides in the buildings of Nihonbashi, and you can enjoy the atmosphere of another world. Of course, the hardware is also great, but after all, it will be very healed by the pleasant customer service. The price is high, but it is the best place to enjoy bliss on a special day.
I have been indebted since the opening. This is the pioneer of a luxury hotel in Tokyo. Stay alone and stay for your reward. I am especially looking forward to breakfast, spa and gym use.
It is often used for elegant lounges (afternoon tea) with friends and lunches, but sometimes it is surprising that the customer base changes and the dress code is loose. In addition, lunch buffets often have a single table, so it is sometimes difficult to talk to the staff.
Previously, I participated in a chapel early morning yoga. I loved the luxurious moment to start the day in the fantastic sound of water. It is still regrettable that it ended in a short time.
There are rooms where you can overlook Tokyo, so you can taste extraordinary. I like the use of the spa before the beauty salon and the atmosphere of the rest room. At the moment I was collecting all the original gowns and Mandarin Oriental Tokyo Healing Music CD etc. .
Many of the things that are now commonplace, such as luxury and early morning yoga, are from Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. The first floor shop is also a favorite.
A stunning hotel in a great location right on the subway. Just don't let your GPS fool you.... The hotel is essentially in the middle of the block so make sure you look up for their signage. And while you are there, check out the pizza bar or tapas Molecular
Service, hospitality, food, whatever you take is the best! Even without a club lounge, you can receive the best service equally. Later, when I asked for the type of aroma, I checked and contacted me. I would like to visit various hotels, but I would like to go there again! One of the few hotels to make you think.
We used a lunch buffet in the second floor of Ventario. You can enjoy cuisine from various countries and they are all very delicious. The service is also great.
The top floor, the Oriental Lounge, the Ventario and the ground floor gourmet shop are also cozy and favorite places. Of course it's delicious, everything is full of hospitality. I was very healed by the highest level of hospitality!
I used a lunch buffet. Gold meal was interesting because there were many types of food that you would not normally eat. There are some breads such as tomato focaccia. There are four types of hot meal. It was delicious except that pilaf was thin and basking. It was a plan that included pasta, but the type was not selectable and it was cold pasta this time. It was disappointing that the sauce was not like much and it was like a noodle without distortion. There were not many desserts, but all the quality was high. Although salt caramel ice cream was quite sweet. Black tea is Mandarin original. I liked drinking it cleanly with oolong tea and bergamot.
After asking for breakfast at room service at check-in, I suddenly wanted to eat Chinese porridge in the morning, and when I called if there was something else I could eat, I made Chinese breakfast porridge with room service. I did it.
The next morning, as a side dish, it was a menu saying "This is the best for ordinary Japanese porridge", so it was not recommended to everyone that "the option to make Chinese porridge is the correct answer".
The important thing is that it is important to fulfill the selfishness of the guests to enjoy the stay, and it became a favorite hotel because it was fully understood.
The hotel itself is situated on the top floors of the building, thus providing a breathtaking view of Tokyo during both day and night.
Room: spacious, comfortable, and with a great view (can see Mount Fuji and overlooks the Imperial Palace). As a bonus, the room comes with two kimonos, which I have tried on, since I'm a tourist.
Service: ridiculously good. The room is clean and always made to fit for the time of day pillows propped up at the morning cleanup, put away when we return in the evening; slippers placed by the bed; coffee, tea, and water pot refilled; new water bottles; linens placed beneath the bathroom toiletries. When we first arrived, directions to our restaurant reservations were already printed and ready. When we come back from a day of shopping and sightseeing, concierge delivers the bags to the room while we go out to dinner. They are always ready and willing to oblige our every request.
Food: we breakfasted every morning at the Oriental Lounge. The ambience is quiet and peaceful, the view over the city is scenic, and the food is good. The special pancakes are thick and fluffy and light.
I have stayed at various hotels in Tokyo, but I think it is one of the best hotels. Hospitality is the best. The location is good and I have a wonderful experience every time.
My friend stayed at several times. Not only the guests but also the other guests are friendly and the hospitality is excellent. It is very cozy with a luxurious atmosphere and a clean feeling.
There are far too many excellent things about the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo to cover in a short review, but one thing that I wanted to explicitly mention was the front desk, and specifically a person named Hilda.
Hilda escorted me from the front desk to my room and spent a lot of time explaining the room's features and the view from the room (such as the Bank of Japan building which looks like a yen symbol when seen from above), all the while letting me inflict my terrible Japanese on her. I note in passing that she had asked me whether I would prefer to speak in English, given that I am from the UK, but I requested Japanese for the practice and she was kind enough to oblige.
It's often said that the people working at the front desk of any company are seen as the face of the company, and so it is here. Hilda and all of her colleagues at the front desk left me with a wonderful first impression that started off my stay in great style, and that carried on throughout every interaction that I had with the staff there, from housekeeping and room service, through to the excellent service that my wife and I received from the restaurant during both dinner and breakfast the following day.
In a word, the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo is superb, and well worth the money.
Tokyo Mandarin Oriental is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. Centrally locates, extremely clean, due diligent in all services, rooms are very elegantly equipped and food is so delicious. Staying there even for a day is an experience itself.
A very nice hotel overlooking. Not only in the rooms but also in the restaurant. However, the service is a bit inconvenient for traffic, and too much service that I think I need to get there. I think it is a hotel that you like and like.
The service, rooms and view are absolutely stunning. Everything at the hotel is if the highest quality and luxury. Would absolutely come back to stay here again.
I asked Keisuke for paper wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful sunset, good food, and a wonderful anniversary! If you are happy again, I would like to see you in commemoration
38th floor lounge There is no doubt about luxury space It's nice to see the sunset during the evening sun falls. It was a moment to forget the city center.
A place my family has come to call home when visiting Ginza area, the hotel is exceptional on every level. Location's decent in a quieter stretch. View is stunning. But the one that distinguishes Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo from others is their wonderful service helmed by Paul Jones and stellar concierge team led by Masumi Tajima. This was our third stay at The Mandarin Suite and the team still manages to find fresh ways to delight my family. We left, already longing to return.
PS: loving the freshly renovated suite featuring subtler but still opulent colors.
IMPECCABLE. The rooms are quite spacious, excellent view of Mount Fushi and the Sky Tree. The breakfast is IMPERDIBLE, buffet style. All very kind and the best predisposition. Unbeatable location, very well connected. It's a Hotel 10 !!
Good location. Excellent staff. The room we had was in need of refurbishment so slightly disappointed in the room. Mostly the badly scratched wooden floor. Otherwise OK. Even view of Mount Fuji from our room on a clear day!!
Use the Halloween buffet. Because it was a weekday, it was not crowded and I was able to spend it slowly. Fresh vegetables, rare Mediterranean cuisine, Halloween sweets ... all delicious and satisfied.
Until before Corona Accommodation, bars, restaurants, cafes, All sections With a brilliant spirit It was a service that accompanies it.
But after Corona, It collapses in the blink of an eye Poor customer service and lack of consideration are revealed Service has deteriorated sadly.
Even though it was a place where you could have a heartfelt hospitality Being caught up in the form of hospitality The hotel that lost sight of the essence It is no longer a "first-class, luxury hotel".
It s a place I ve always admired. Because it was a place where I was impressed and energized every time I used it I will have such an impression It's a shame.
I chose Mandarin Oriental Hotel to meet my son's family, who I haven't seen since the end of the year. My son's family did not stay, but we had dinner together in K'shiki. Corona measures are well taken, all the dishes are delicious, and considering that there are small children, they provided me at the right time, and I was able to have a very good time. When we met in front of the front desk, our grandchildren, who were 1 year and 5 months old, received gifts containing crayons, etc., and they were warmly welcomed at the restaurant. There is only one. ", I was very pleased. "When you drink mandarin tea," he delivered the milk, and I was impressed by the hospitality. The young man who gave me directions by running to my son's family who came home with a stroller at night was also very smiling and warmed up. When I meet my son's family, I would like to stay again. Thank you for a good time.
We had such a fabulous stay! We were celebrating my husband birthday and you played a huge part in making it the most memorable one. Thanks for the kind notes and attentions. Despite Covid, you made us feel very safe. Thanks for the lovely experience in our own city!
Visited for lunch with a friend. Keshiki on the 38th floor. I had the cheapest lunch course of about 5,000 yen.
The location can see Mt. Fuji if it is sunny. It was cloudy on this day as well, but I was happy to see what seems to be the shadow of Fuji (^^)
Well, cooking. There is no main meat or fish, so as a course Welcome drink
Appetizer
Dolce (with coffee or tea)
4 items. Considering the price, it's a little lonely. You can think of it as the location and the price of the space. I was bloated because of the unexpected volume. The taste was also delicious.
You can also choose decaffeination for coffee. It also comes with petit fours. Tea is a pot service, but unfortunately you have to pour it yourself even if it runs out. The pot is large, so if you want to drink a lot, you should choose black tea. There was also herbal tea, but I didn't ask too much about it.
I'm pregnant, so I'd like the staff to ask if I need to use cushions or rugs. At other hotels, I was asked first. I think it's part of hospitality. It is a dry evaluation because it is easy to ask for services that other shops do not have in 5 star hotels.
On the surface, focus on customers, and if you peel it off, disregard customers Overnight with my family at a sweet wedding at this GW. problem 1 The staff does not admit mistakes and tells lies (1) A lie remark that the banquet clerk could not secure a connecting room, so it was inconvenient to have to go out once instead of the connecting room, and he immediately realized that he would give up this request. (2) The next person in charge asked me if the amount is high. When I asked how much it was, I changed the phone again and apologized that it was not available. It was a strange response. 2 If there is a problem, the service will drop When my daughter asked for a sauce for the fried egg for breakfast, she waited for more than 10 minutes because she wasn't ready. When I told the person in charge that the fried egg was cold, it ended with a pun of "sauce?" If you brought me a new hot fried egg, I would have made a fan. 3 Doubt the customer with a sloppy check There was a tel from Mandarin on the second day after returning. "Don't you take your pajamas by mistake?" That! The package I sent the next day arrived, so I checked it and found nothing. Check on what basis you called. If you ask me to show the document, I will run away with confidentiality. After all, my daughter got her pajamas wet by brushing her teeth, so it is presumed that the call was from the record I ordered another one. I didn't mention a word about my wife's forgotten mobile phone charger, so I think I asked for two of them because I couldn't check the total number of pajamas in the hotel without checking the room. I'd like you to check each room at least on site. It may be because I didn't write the company name and occupation column because I don't want to give out too much personal information. It seems that this hotel cannot assume the discomfort of customers, so how about the 6 display? The next day, I received a phone call from the manager to apologize, but what about future improvements? The East Indian Company is the parent company with a long history, but it may be that the bad colonial culture remains due to the past profits from the Ahen War. Good point 1 Good reception and luggage clerk 2 The room is gorgeous and clean 3 Breakfast bread is delicious
