My wife and I decided to try this place after reading good reviews about it on TripAdvisor; we were delighted by the experience. The chef (Ping) is a culinary mastermind, and every course is creative and original.

The hotel is right outside the subway, so we didn't have to spend time wandering around looking for it.

The service is excellent and I felt the staff worked very hard to accommodate our every request.

I couldn't get the best pitch from this hotel because of the corona, but I received the same kind hospitality. While there are many facilities that prioritize business over infection control, I felt that guests were valued. This is my favorite hotel, so I want all the staff to do their best to put health first.

Hospitality was really nice, cozy and I had a blissful time

It is close to the station, but the entrance was a bit confusing when going from Mitsukoshimae Station by underground.

Next day she walked me to store next door where I could buy Appenzeller cheese, she is lobby attendant, not concierge. But, concierge also amazing... just wow... wish European hotels like George V staff could have the humility and smarts of this place...

This is the hotel I felt the most wonderful in Tokyo. I was convinced that it was 6 stars. I used it for afternoon tea and lodging several times, but it was the hospitality that was impressed when I stayed. It was a really small thing, but it was the first time I had put sweets in my room twice when I arrived and prepared for bedtime, and I felt the hospitality. At the time of bed making, fluffy slippers were neatly arranged beside the bed and made beautifully. The room is refined and you will feel comfortable from the moment you enter.

The restaurant Bar on the lobby floor is also wonderful, and the Oriental lounge is decorated in a beautiful design based on orange, and the service was great.

Also, I have stayed at various hotels so far, but this was the first hotel that was impressed with the breakfast buffet. I was impressed with the product lineup that I am not familiar with.
