II have purchased Snaplock floor (chair) mats through reseller American Floor Mats two months ago, I have not been able to use them as the transition strips are of different dimensions. The male transition strips are the same thickness as the 12" X 12" tiles, however, the female transition strips are 1/8" thicker, creating a toe catch as somebody walks off the mat. Also the female transition strip is 1/4" wider than the male transition strip, they do not meet properly at the corners. Repeated attempts with American Floor Mats have not resulted in any correction of the problem. I have now talked with a representative from Snaplock and she assures me the correct strips will be sent out. Thank you!! PS: Avoid American Floor Mats.

I have always wanted one of those garages that has a "wow" factor and in my minds eye, I had a red border with black and white checkered center in my thoughts. I did quite a bit searching and reading and came across the Race Deck flooring website. There's a really cool floor design tool on their site where you simply plug in your dimensions, then pick style of tile and you can manipulate the tool to what ever your heart desires, patterns, colors, etc. etc. When you come up with something you like, there is a button to submit for quote. I did this, and very shortly after, I received an email from Ashley Burton, who is one of their flooring specialists. Ashley was very helpful in multiple questions I had about the product and even giving me feedback on the designs I came up with. In reading other posts here on the Garage Journal about Race Deck having a yearly Black Friday sale and a special discount including free shipping for forum members, I asked Jorgen, who is their CEO, since I have a surgery scheduled, and didn't want my flooring (should I purchase) to be delivered during my recovery time, if they would honor their special sale price early so I could receive delivery prior to my surgery date. Since their answer was "Absolutely", I placed my order with Ashley and she saw to it that it was shipped right away and today, three days later it is delivered, stacked in my garage and awaiting me to do the install once I am fully recovered from surgery! Normally, I would write a review like this after I completed the install so I could also provide input on the installed finished product, but because of my surgery situation, I will have to report that part later on!

Their products are fabulous, we started with their floor tiles in a large basement storage area, my wife now wants the tiles all over the house, and says the living room carpet is about to go. Only thing better is their extraordinary service. Erin in particular has been especially helpful and responsive. Can't recommend these folks enough!
I recently worked with Jennifer Storms with Snaplock Industries/Race Deck for garage flooring. She was fabulous. She always took my phone calls, did a great job with the drawings to consider, etc. I didnt have any experience with garage flooring but she certainly made a huge difference. We installed it and it looks great.
When I went to install the flooring I found I was two boxes short. After working closely with a snap lock rep to ensure I received the correct amount of product I still was short. Upset that I had to stop and wait for more product, I was told by a MANAGER that they would rush my order out to me. I called today to find out it has not shipped yet, there are no notes on the order, I wont have it before the weekend and have to push my installers off again. Time is money and snap lock is waiting mine...
Literally my favorite company to work with. The floors are beautiful and although I was worried about putting them together, they simply "snap" in place. It was easy to install and I moved them to different areas of my house for dance practice. Customer service was top notch and I will highly recommend Snaplock for anyone who needs a simple solution to their flooring.

I just put Snaplock flooring in my garage. It looks great and was super easy to install. The tiles easily snap together and the cuts for half pieces were easy to make with a jigsaw. Hailey was super helpful! She helped me do the design for the floor and figure out my order. I would do that again vs. painting in a heartbeat!
