I think the service of the staff and the taste of the food are also No.1. If you go by car, it will open the door at the hotel entrance. You can feel like a princess (laughs) The car does not go to the parking lot by oneself, and the staff goes to leave. Only me, who has never tasted this service except Mandarin.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is spectacular. The lobby on the 38th floor is such an incredible feature and so exciting just to check in. We stayed 4 nights, with a room, you can use the spa facilities free every morning from 6:30-9am. I didn t miss a morning. Steam, sauna, water lounge, spa, showers, intimate but wonderful. We loved the bar and late night menu.

We did not care for the afternoon tea. The scones where flavorless biscuits and had nothing to do with actual scones. Most of the other items were equally disappointing. Minus some of the desserts.

Overall, the stay was remarkable and we will likely be back.

The food was delicious, but it is not a high evaluation because it's a 'price'.
I would like to use it again because it is a passing score if it is a cospa from the atmosphere and food.

The kindness and thoughtful consideration of the employees was remarkable in order to give the customers happiness. The taste of the food was good too. Everyone there was a space full of laughter.

Stayed in early March 2020. I was also impressed with the warm hospitality and delicate care.
We were provided with wonderful guest rooms and views, and an elegant and relaxing space where you can fully enjoy the extraordinary.
In addition, we also carefully responded to corona countermeasures so as not to make users uncomfortable.

I used Chinese food, but all the dishes were delicious and I was very satisfied.

I felt the service was great and it was truly amazing.

I also wanted to see different dishes.

The bar also has a calm atmosphere.
I was surprised at the seeds of the handmade sweet potato!

Monopolize the view of Tokyo! I had a dreamy time in the deluxe corner room. I could see the Sky Tree up close, and although I live in Tokyo, it was a stay that reaffirmed the charm of Tokyo.
It's hard to fully enjoy the hotel I admire for one night, but it was great to be able to stay for 28 hours just by becoming a free member. If you have that much time, you can relax slowly.
I would like to stay in the same room next time, or in a suite if I can afford it.

I have stayed many times, but in all respects, I think that it is a Mandarin Oriental and I feel relieved. Then the spa here is the best view. There are some parts that are short on the short side, but foreigners often take bathing in bathing suits, but bathing suits are fine here.

Have you heard Omotenashi? It means hospitality in Japanese. You can experience proper hospitality at Mandarin Oriental Hotel :) Also they have fabulous views! This one is one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo!

Mandarin Oriental Hotel has great service and facilities everywhere in the world, but Tokyo has better service and is cozy and I love it

In translation, it was a person's wallet and stayed at the luxury hotel, but I couldn't stay at the luxury hotel, so I was not calm (not because of the hotel). It was a wonderful hospitality that was just right for me.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views and rooms and F&B in the middle of the Tokyo business district which makes the location sub optimal if you are looking for something to do on weekends or after work. The bar is to die for with its view of the cityscape and the spa is amazing

Our stay was amazing. Everyone really made us feel welcomed and special. I also really enjoyed the fact everyone spoke English, and helped us out. I wanted to give a 10 out of 10 to Shogo at concierge. He really went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He also was very personable and just made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, I wish we could have a Shogo at every hotel we stay at. He really did a great job!!!

I stopped by the restaurant at the end of the year.

Thanks to the female staff who responded when leaving the car at the side of the car, as he carefully taught me the question "I want to give a postcard, is there a post nearby?" I said, but an incredible service, "Would you like to put it out instead?"

Although it is a small thing, the service beyond customer's imagination was an event that made me feel impressed after a long absence.

The hotel has such a staff and the wonderful system of the hotel which can provide such an education.
It was a really good year-end event.

I thought that the service of Hotel Western without it was the best now (I think it is also beautified), but the hotel that seems to be the best in 10 years has been replaced (laugh)

Used in the ceremony (participation). The food was the best I've ever eaten in my life, and it was at a level I've never tasted at any wedding. I want to go there again. The quality of the hotel staff was high, the hospitality was full, and I did not feel any inconvenience. When a two-year-old kid went to sleep, she prepared a simple bed next to the ceremony hall and let me sleep. I was really kind. I think this is a hotel worth paying for.

I have lived in several different five-star hotels in Tokyo. This is the first time I have stayed at Mandarin Oriental. I am very surprised. There are many intimate designs and facilities that other hotels don't have. The service status of the hotel staff is also very friendly and polite. With a kind smile, I will definitely stay again.

I was at work in July this year.

I was at work in July this year.
Although it was not a hotel guest, I stopped the car at the designated place on the hotel side, but I heard that I would like to move it to a place that is not the place I stopped.
As we were not guest, we used carry-in elevator for traders, but as it was around 8:00 am, we got in with hotel employee of commuting.
I happened to be with my co-workers, "Time to say this is wasted. From the female employee who was riding in front of me suddenly when I was told that there are many transmission errors such as:
"Do you complain? I will listen if you complain, please say here! Please don't say anything like this at such a place! "
Suddenly without naming your name or department.
I clearly felt that I was looking down.
Hotels in Tokyo, including foreign-affiliated companies, have been used many times for both work and private use, but this is the first time such a rude thing has been done.
It was very unpleasant.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sense's dim sum all-you-can eat weekend special is not bad if wanting to eat some fancy dim sum. The house tea is very good but over priced considering you can buy 10 individual tea bags at the gift shop for the same price. The restaurant doesn't use loose tea but the same bag you can buy. Good tea though and get about 6 cups of tea from the pot.

Close to the station, you can enter from the basement, it is easy even in the rain. Restaurant in hotel is delicious, but there are many places to eat in the neighborhood, too, and there is also good choice. The quality of the breakfast buffet is also high. The staff's attention is also kept in good condition, and the price is adequate. It is also appreciated that fitness is free and available. It was also appreciated that the clothes and shoes could be brought to the room as soon as they were called.

My mom and I were guests at the Tokyo Mandarin Oriental Hotel on September 19th-22nd and October 2-4th, 2018. While our stay in Japan was a wonderful two week authentic Japanese cultural experience, I will say that our brief stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was exceptional on all levels. Gracious service greeted us from the outset of our arrival at Reception. Smiles, warmth, courtesy, promptness, and a very high level of professionalism welcomed us following a 12 hour flight. Concierge, Housekeeping, the Spa staff, ever so pleasant and genuinely concerned for our comfort and general inquiries. I have never experienced such seamless service in all my travels. In fact, the overall service exceeded our expectations. Above all else, I would like to commend Robin, Flora and the team-spirited staff at breakfast every morning. We were greeted cheerfully, and personally escorted to tables overlooking spectacular panoramic views of Tokyo. Robin and Flora ensured our orders were prepared to taste. They both managed to memorize our orders on Day 2 of our trip! Incredible! Our start to each morning was engaging, interesting and always informative as both Robin and Flora addressed our litany of questions about the hotel amenities and must-dos while in Tokyo. They spent considerable time serving, cleaning and resetting the table several times over on any given morning. Again, I have never had the pleasure of being cared for so completely as a traveler and guest. Kudos to Robin, Flora and hotel management for offering such personalized service. Truly outstanding. Without a doubt, you have made us loyal customers! I am truly grateful to have met such an interesting, intelligent, highly professional and knowledgeable staff. The grace and elegance in which you serve others is truly exemplary.
