Stayed here on my last night in Japan at the end of our honeymoon. The staff made sure to make it a wonderful stay and gifted us with champagne and some fruit cake! Service was top notch! A great example of Japanese hospitality and service! We were given an upgrade with a higher level room as well! The room itself was spacious and upscale. We were very comfortable during our one night stay. Looking forward to staying here again in future trips!

Before my arrival, i've written to the concierge and request them to make reservations for quite several restaurants. though not all of the restaurants requested are successfully reserved, the service they offer is in no doubt impeccable.

Luxurious hotel, with almost excellent service. The female staff members were very friendly but the male staff member we encountered could improve his attitude towards paying customers. His attitude wasn't what I'd expect from staff of an establishment like Mandarin Oriental in a country internationally famous for its excellent service.

A great hotel.

A great hotel.
Check-in is also smooth and the rooms are very clean. From the breakfast restaurant, I saw Mt. Fuji!

The Cantonese cuisine "sense" is located on the restaurant floor on the 37th and 8th floors of the top floor of the building and offers a view of the Sky Tree side. The course is basically 8 dishes, but there are amuses and baked confectioneries, and there are 12 articles in the end and 18,000 yen per person. Abalone and shark fin and other high quality ingredients were on-parade luxury courses. For me, who usually don't use much sugar for cooking, all the food felt a bit sweeter. The most delicious thing was the soup, which was stained with the body. The atmosphere is very good, the waiters see me left-handed and change the position of the chopstick rest casually, and I am truly impressed by the hospitality.

Lovely hotel in Tokyo with all the luxuries you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The only downside was out with certain hours I was going to be charged for using the pool / spa facilities. The reception though did offer to me to use it for free which was nice.

It is a good cafe where you can relax and enjoy the coffee while relaxing on the first floor of a luxury hotel.

Luxury hotel is great to respond to reviews. It is truly a place that responds to poor reviews.

I suddenly become a fan.

However, since it is a really high-end hotel, I will be able to stay in a stately and dignified manner after it is worthy of a guest!

For the time being, it will be a cafe, but we will enjoy it.

Recommended!

The lobby is a bit small, but the lounge located down one floor by stairs is stylish.
The view from the toilet on the lobby level is good, and it feels better than the view from the restaurant on the same floor.

Excellent hotel. Probably the best hotel in Tokyo. Awesome view from every room. Firm bed. Great breakfast. Good and quiet location. Perfect for the runners too as it is really close to the imperial park.

We always stay here when in Tokyo. No better place!

Comfortable, friendly service, and there are Taiwanese employees who speak Mandarin in Japan and there is no distance.
In addition, the location of Nihonbashi is a very important business district in Tokyo. Mandarin Oriental has a folding page for making a trip to Japan. You can take a walk as you can!

After check-in, the person who guided me asked me how about a welcome drink, and I was able to proceed with my favorite drink from the menu table and received mango juice . It was rich and very delicious.
When I talked about collecting toiletries, I got an extra Bottega Veneta, and it was a great start for my stay.
The gym can be used 24 hours a day, and the set of clothing can be rented for free, which was helpful.
Breakfast was buffet style, fresh vegetables, a wide variety of breads, and the Eggs Benedict recommended by the hotel man was delicious.
When I asked the manager if he had mango juice, he made it specially.
When the meal was about to end, the manager recommended dessert.
It was a melon from Senbiya.
Welcome Back on the plate
I was very impressed with the excellent service from the time of check-in for the first stay in a year.
Thank you for all the help you have given me.
Also, I would like to return to Mandarin Oriental.

(Postscript 20191114) Also, thank you for your kind response. I visited as a celebration, but it was a better memory.

I live in Tokyo, but I stayed there for the first time in December. It was nice that the room was large, but it was a pity that the table for tea was a desk type. It was nice that the bathroom was large, but by the time I went to the shower booth, I almost slipped. Breakfast is a set type with K'shiki. I was expecting a buffet, but it can't be helped. Maybe it was crowded, but the food didn't come out easily. Also, I was a little surprised that the table next to me was close to this corona. Did you expect too much at a 5-star hotel?
But overall I liked it, so I couldn't go abroad, so I made a reservation at G.W. in May. I'm looking forward to it.

Amazing cloud cake and limited to 20 weekdays and 25 on weekends. If you want to get one will have to line up by 9:30am. The cakes don t release till 10:30am. Opening time on weekends is 9am but only available for confectionary, breads, cookies and coffee. Is it worth lining up 1 hour you may ask, yes it is! You will never find another cake like this anywhere else. Inside the white chocolate casing is mango mousse, mango pieces, mango syrup and thin layer of cake. Also highly recommended is the mango jasmine tart.

Baggage is advanced to the room than we are, very efficient. Dinner is a New Year's speciality of the New Year's soba. Fireworks show can be seen in the bedroom. The most pleasant surprise was to wake up the next day, the room is facing Mount Fuji, the view is unobstructed. Ps. The hotel can see Tokyo Tower, Sky Tree, Disney, and Mount Fuji at the same time.

What an amazing experience. Excellent service, Smooth check in and a beautiful room. The sushi restaurant was a perfect night for my wife and I with great sake recommendations. The breakfast overlooking Mt Fuji obviated the need for the any tree.

I sometimes use it for meals. It is a unique restaurant with French signature, Chinese food, Spanish food and tapas mora cura bar. Signature also includes collaboration projects with overseas famous restaurants once or twice a year. (It is quite expensive in the accommodation meal set.) "Hospitality" at any restaurant is the best and always welcomes you with a smile.
There are more complex buildings such as Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and Coredo Nihonbashi nearby, and Nihonbashi has become bustling.
But it is still a quiet town with few foreign people. It can be accessed by underground from Sobu Line, Ginza Line, and Hanzomon Line.
The gourmet shop cake bowl on the first floor is delicious.
I personally like Mandarin original tea.

I had a French course at "Signature". Late check-in but good food, wine and hospitality.
On the way back I stopped by the bar on the same floor, but it seems quite popular and some people are waiting for information. We had craft gin and wine while watching the night view.

The best hotel in Tokyo I've tried. Just came from Tokyo peninsula and was amazed by this hotel's service. Flora at the breakfast picked up on that I was going to South Korea next and made an amazing "useful phrases card"
