Cool conference venue. Spacious. There is where to eat, eat and drink. Nice view of the city and the sea

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the website does not do it justice. The view from our room. Just a perfect weekend!

The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego hotel is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The room was not only spacious, but very comfortable. The view from my room was amazing; overlooking the city night scene and ocean. I'd definitely come back and stay again!

The rooms not worth the cost but location is excellent!

Ate downstairs at the craft beer bar and the service was awesome! We were running late for the movie on the roof and they were really cool about it. Movie was a fun time, and then a drink on the water at the restaurant behind the hotel. As a local, this was a fun option, wish we stayed there!

Just a bar visit for several tonic water. But, certainly you should visit evening or daytime. The view was surreal.

Service and staff were impecable with their services, answering all questions and concerns, especially during COVID limitations. We honestly cannot wait to go back.

I would give this 4.5 stars. Excellent hotel. Staff very conscientious! Wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible and our needs were looked after. The only reason for a half a star less is the linens on the king size bed were not luxurious .... the bottom sheet didn't fit. However we have found this has been the case at other hotels as well. They all need a new supplier. This Hyatt is right beside seaport village which is a great little dining and shopping village. Beautiful view from the window of our room.

Very nice, sometimes different,gets cool at night so take a sweater. Anything for SELENA!

Service was excellent especially in the restaurant 32 Brew I think it was called.

Top of the Hyatt has a great view of San Diego. But doesn't have an outdoor area. It's also a bit small.

I had the fortunate opportunity to attend the Hyatt's San Diego Blood Drive during the 2018 SD Comic-Con. There are at least two separate floors of event space, and there was a ballroom for the blood drive. Finding the room was easy, thanks to well-places signs along the hotel floors. The carpeting and flooring was well thought out! In addition to dining options, the Manchester Grand Hyatt has other attractions such as nearby Seaport Village.

Luxury hotel but needs improvements on still hospitability. Too many excuses and less proactive to resolve any complaints.

Room has been renovated I guess several years ago but the shower, toilet, and stuff like that are not quite in their prime condition. The room is clean and quiet for the most part. Not great but still good.

Walking distance to the convention center amazing views of the Pacific Ocean

Wow! Amazing hotel, with huge facilities and lots of nearby attractions.

The grand hyatt ia positioned between the marriot marquis and seaport village. The food at the bar is alright and the bathrooms are reasonably stocked. Everything is very nice with the exception of the signage leading towards the fourth floor. It's quite confusing and unclear.

Cheap upgrade to Ocean view room ... To many homeless people sleep in day time on walkways near the ocean in vicinity of hotel.

Manchester Grand Hyatt staff and facilities were truly World Class.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for the conference.

I liked it! It's big but there are many people, signs and touchscreen directories to help you navigate around it. Like it says in the name, the lobby does look very "grand". It is clean, modern, spacious, has 2 pools, eateries (1 for adults only) and a spa. It is comfortable and the staff are readily available to help you.

The rooftop cinema club is a great place to go on a date.

Stay was great! But when i valet my vehicle there for 3 nights, someone stole my belongings that was left in the vehicle. Unfortunately the Valet is under another company "ACE" and the manager referred to Hyatt is "McDonalds" and while we should be calling "Jack in the Box" which is ACE the valet company.

**Update***
Mathew the manager at ACE Valet Grand Hyatt reviewed the tapes and was not able to find a good view to verify. HOWEVER, he still acted in good faith and credited me 2 nights of Valet cost that made up my losses.

Changing from 3 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Grand Hyatt Team. I will be back.

Great Hotel. Awesome Pool and meeting room areas.
Rooms have spectacular views when looking towards the ocean. Within walking distance of many attractions in the area.

While the hotel is absolutely lovely the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. By that I mean normal volume conversations, sniffling, EVERYTHING.

Great rooms, but I was not impressed with the in-room dining. Marriott brings a nice tray with real silverware and your food in a real dish. It was all paper products here. It seems it should be comparable with Marriott, but that was the difference for me.

Large and beautiful location, staff was very polite and efficient.

Great accommodations, the pool area is very relaxing. It's also very close to downtown and the harbor. Never used room service, the menu was too price and didn't have any real vegetarian meals.

Was here for a conference so can't comment on the role but the conference space and foyer area where clean and well staffed

We went to the Seaview Restaurant for our Thanksgiving meal. The buffet was incredible. The variety and quality of food was fantastic. A wonderful way to celebrate the holiday.

Very nice hotel. They were very flexible in room assignments, and are in a great location.

WOW!!! What a gorgeous hotel and the amenities are out of this world! I was there not too long ago for a conference and the hotel just blew me away. From the rooftop restaurant to the gorgeous pool, this is a place worth returning. The staff was extremely courteous and the location was fantastic. I will definitely be returning.

Fabulous hotel especially during a work conference. Nicely located in the middle of everything. Close to conventional center, restaurants, and water. Fun place to be. I love the easy access to jogging opportunities along seaport village. Amazing views from all around. Make sure to check out the cocktail bar on the top floor.

I went for an event and everyone there was really efficient.

The hotel is gorgeous, well maintained and the staff are impeccable. We enjoyed the pool and walked around downtown with everything easily accessible.

A typical 4 star hotel. Comfortable but characterless rooms in a convenient location for the San Diego conference center. Rather pricey, even at the group rate, but I suppose that doesn't matter too much for those travelling on business.
The hotel is directly at the harbour, and only a 10 minute walk from the famous gaslamp district.
There are the usual ameneties like a spa, gym, pool, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, gift shop, etc.

I love this place, the view is amazing, the amenities are great, the only drawback is the price of ibuprofen

Gorgeous hotel! Adult pool. Close to everything in downtown San Diego!!
