About 6 reviews back you will see our son,Jonathan Biggs, posting 1 star about 2 years ago. Jon has Down Syndrome and sees the world through a slightly different lens. For him, and us, The Rockets are # 1 which means 5 stars +! Trainer Scott Hoyer and the team have welcomed and honoured Jonathan for a few seasons as a volunteer and big fan. For him, 5 stars aren't enough to say how much he loves the players and being with them backstage. At the end of the round with Seattle, he could not be convinced that there were to be no more games this year but after a bit, he ceremoniously tore up the schedule and put it in the potbellied stove in the livingroom. and began texting encouraging words to his team friends.

I'm a huge Rockets fan... BUT.... WOW... do the rockets ever have a long way to go before they are even in the same league as Portland. Where was the defence both nights. Lucky Mr. Cooke didn't throw something at his defence men, Oh wait, they would have had to be close to the net for that to happen,LOL. Look who is laughing now, Portland.

Best run WHL Franchise. Bruce Hamilton and staff are second to no one. Beer a little pricey, but great entertainment

Really fun to go watch a hockey game, like all arenas food and drink is about 400% more expensive, but other than that the arena, atmosphere and team are all worth experiencing

Hockey is great. Secondary entertainment needs help. Way too many ads during breaks in the action. Too few replays because of the ads. Need music to keep the crowd pumped up, not ads.

Had a great time at rock the lake. Very organized. Great choice of food and beverages. Awesome staff

The Rockets always put on a good show. It would be more enjoyable with a reasonably priced beer, but we can't win them all lol

World class organization! Administration helped me propose to my beautiful girlfriend on the jumbotron last minute. She said YES! The game was fun, the Rockets won and our night was just short of perfect. I left my wallet at concession and greatfully was easily able to retrieve it the next day, thanks to the helpful staff! I really can't say enough about how great the organization really is. Thank you all for a night we will never forget!!

Great atmosphere and presentation (lights, smoke, inflatables, mascots, etc.). Lots of intermission fun. I've seen better crowds, this one was sold out, but not overly engaged, but the hockey was good.

The Kelowna Rockets is a premier hockey club, in the WHL.

Rockets hockey is the best. Great team. Great fans.
