Kudos to Major World for contacting me; apologizing for my long wait and inviting me to return to the dealer! When I went back, I was pleasantly greeted by the original salespeople; a sales manager, and service manager! All took the time to explain every step of the process and we made the deal in a reasonable amount of time!
