Excellent detour table required during a visit to the region

You might not understand but for me it was a little like heaven everything was awesome I had no reason to leave and it was the best night of my entire life thanks to one beautiful stranger I'd recommend this place a million times

An absolutely perfect moment! I loved the food, light and full of creativity!

The accommodation is of excellent quality, the rooms are modern spacious and pleasant ....
But do not spend a night in this place without dinner at the gourmet restaurant of Anne Sophie PIC. This table is a must, and you will not be disappointed! We took the menu "discovery" ... an explosion of unknown flavors, that refined dishes, special breads and even butter deserves a special mention .... we want more ....

A place where discovery, passion and know-how come together!

Everything about this place is incredible!!! The staff is so courteous and friendly and they caught onto every detail during our stay. For example gluten free cookies and the restaurant is INCREDIBLE! Be sure to eat there on an empty stomach because it is worth savoring every bit of the food from Chef Anne Sophie Pic who even greeted us during dinner! Highly recommend staying here!

This is only my third gourmet restaurant and my first 3 stars ... Extraordinary, I will never forget this experience. And despite the high price, everything is relative as the setting, service and cuisine are exceptional, I will return.
It is not a cuisine that is described through simple words as our senses are put to use. It's an adventure that you have to live by yourself for the best, I guarantee it.

The only downside was a very noisy group of customers who spoke at times of the very high end of this renowned house.

Simply the best gourmet restaurant I have had the chance to visit. Two visits from Anne-Sophie Pic at the beginning and end of the service with extraordinary kindness and accessibility. The interior decoration of the restaurant with its exterior Japanese garden allows a real enchanted break in the middle of this unspecified avenue of Valencia.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary, combining France with Asia and more particularly Japan. Each dish is an explosion of flavors and delicacy, a balance and harmony that are all Franco-Japanese.
Also flawless for the service, with a perfect pace and relaxation to its proper extent.

Renowned compliant, perfect kitchen and work of food in perfect harmony. Only downside the chef is not present and prices too high.

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic is gorgeous and very friendly at the same time. Her story is well known and admirable. The lunch we had overall is worth the restaurant s reputation. Most dishes are good. One is exceptionally great - the pigeon we had is one of the best pigeon dishes that we ever had. Its texture and taste are at the top quality. Also, one thing that could reveal a female s consciousness to details is that the presentation of the meal is perfect. There are beautifully drafted small cards for each dish detailing the chef s theory and thoughts behind.

I had the chance to go taste the various dishes offered by the menu discovered at pic on the occasion of my application for engagement in 2017 !! A wonder, setting and very friendly waiter. We even had the opportunity to visit the kitchens and make a photo with the chef, very smiling! Beautiful evening

Very good food and really very fine and refined. A lot of research into the flavors and some breathtaking presentations.
I put 5 stars because it would be difficult not to appreciate the talent of Ms. PIC and his team. Without a doubt talent and art are present.
However, something makes it not our favorite, but I can not say why ...
Perhaps the simplicity of my meat compared to the general talent of this restaurant ... no doubt.
Obviously this restaurant is to do in the region and I will return with great pleasure!

When looking for culinary excellence, we choose the PIC house without hesitation.

Coming back to Switzerland from our stay in south France, we decided to break the trip with one night stay at Anne Sophie Pic. I reviewed the restaurant separately so this is about the hotel itself.
The Maison Pic is truly like an oasis in this street of Valence. First the service was excellent, the valet and front office personnel took care of everything for us as we had to rush for our diner reservation.
The rooms are very spacious and well designed with carefully chosen materials. They also have large terrasse for you to enjoy the sun and the beautiful patio. The amenities are from Hermes, you are welcomed with a very enjoyable half bottle of champagne and delicacies. Unfortunately, didn t stay long enough to enjoy the pool but the settings were wonderful.
This coupled with the culinary experience the two restaurants provides makes this a must go destination if you are travelling in the area.
