10 years later, nothing has changed, the meal is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, there have been some changes to get the 5th star, it shows and it is beautiful.
There is a pool, small but sufficient.

I wish I could say great things about the restaurant but I was quite disappointed when I watched the documentary on the owner and the restaurant on BBC. I congratulate Anne Sophie Pic for being the second female chef who received three Michelin stars. I am very proud of her as a woman but I hoped to hear words like sustainability, environment, seasonal eating, clean eating. Unfortunately she said she eats to enjoy. I understand French culinary culture but times change. I hope one day Mademoiselle Pic could also change and hear the nature's call.

About Maison Pic

Maison Pic: A Culinary Journey with Anne-Sophie Pic

Maison Pic is the official website of Anne-Sophie Pic, a world-renowned chef who has earned three Michelin stars for her culinary excellence. The website offers a glimpse into the culinary universe of Anne-Sophie and her establishments around the world.

Anne-Sophie comes from a long line of chefs, and she is the fourth generation to run Maison Pic, which was founded in 1889 by her great-grandfather. She grew up in Valence, France, where she learned to cook from her father and grandfather. After studying at École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and working at several restaurants around the world, she returned to Maison Pic in 1997 to take over as head chef.

Since then, Anne-Sophie has transformed Maison Pic into one of the most celebrated restaurants in France. In addition to its three Michelin stars, it has been named Best Restaurant in Europe by Opinionated About Dining and Best Female Chef by The World's 50 Best Restaurants.

But Maison Pic is more than just a restaurant – it's a culinary empire that includes several other establishments around the world. There's La Dame de Pic London, which opened in 2017 and earned its first Michelin star within six months; La Dame de Pic Paris; Le Bar à Vins Anne-Sophie Pic; and even an eponymous cookbook.

On the Maison Pic website, you can explore each of these establishments through stunning photography and detailed descriptions. You can also learn more about Anne-Sophie herself – her philosophy on cooking (which emphasizes simplicity and seasonality), her favorite ingredients (including truffles), and even some of her signature dishes (like blue lobster with lemongrass).

But perhaps most importantly for foodies planning their next trip abroad – you can make reservations directly through the website for any of these restaurants. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner at Maison Pic or a casual lunch at Le Bar à Vins Anne-Sophie pic , this site makes it easy to plan your perfect culinary journey.

In addition to information about each establishment, there are also articles on various topics related to food culture – like how wine pairings work or what makes French cuisine so special. These articles are written by experts in their fields (like sommeliers or food historians) but presented in an accessible way that anyone can understand.

Overall,Maison pic is not just a restaurant but rather an experience that combines exquisite cuisine with beautiful surroundings . It’s no wonder why people travel from all over the world just for one meal here!
