For a triple star I'm really disappointed
Couple dinner
No refinement on the plate
Asparagus snatched
Lamb good but ditto no presentation
No announcement of flavors during service
Kitchen not very digestible
I guarantee that compare to other chefs whether they are triple stars like Georges Blanc, Paul Bocuse, Pierre Gagniere or Bernard L'oiseau (when he was still with us)
Anne Sophie PIC is very very very far behind
Chefs with a star do much better
Except for the note !!!
