Simply the best gourmet restaurant I have had the chance to visit. Two visits from Anne-Sophie Pic at the beginning and end of the service with extraordinary kindness and accessibility. The interior decoration of the restaurant with its exterior Japanese garden allows a real enchanted break in the middle of this unspecified avenue of Valencia.
The cuisine is simply extraordinary, combining France with Asia and more particularly Japan. Each dish is an explosion of flavors and delicacy, a balance and harmony that are all Franco-Japanese.
Also flawless for the service, with a perfect pace and relaxation to its proper extent.
