We recently purchased a Nordic Retreat tub and the experience could not have gone better. The salesman, Patrick Parent, was extremely knowledgeable and was enthusiastic about their product. He kept us informed as to the status of our order and the tub was delivered as promised. The delivery personnel were efficient and took time to explain the workings of our new tub.
